I have a few spots during the week available for your pet! My Partner and me have always had a lot of animals growing up and we continued that trend in our own home. Unfortunately we found ourselves now without a furry friend to come home to. As we love animals, tired dogs especially, we decided to become petsitters for now and channel all that loving energy towards your pets! We have a lot of experience with dogs and cats as we have fostered dogs but also had our own dogs! We used to be the parents of a rescue Pitmix from Spain, who we managed to turn from a rascal to a fullblown cuddlebug. We do not discriminate when it comes to breeds and would love to care for your baby even if they might not have had the best start in life. Untill not too long we were using the services on Petbnb for our own dog, therefore we totally understand how scary it can be to leave your baby with a sitter and also what is expected of us to make it enjoyable for everyone. We love to give frequent updates/pictures to share how your pet is doing. Now for the house, we have an enclosed garden with a seperate entrance, so muddy paws are no issue! We have sun from 12:00 to 19:00, so most lazy dogs usually choose to follow the sun throughout the day in our garden. On top of that we live right next to Rembrandpark and always do a big lap per day. Our normal schedule is a walk at 9:00 and a walk at 15:00. I am also a keen and enthusiastic cuddler of all cute animals- a service I can provide at no additional cost to you. We'll make sure to treat everyone like we would our own and make it so they'll feel at home <3 Services: -Boarding and House Sitting: I would be available between the hours of 16.00-10.00am and the rate is per night. -Day care: Includes one 45 minute - 1 hour long walk and a pee break. Hours would be between Additionally walks, runs, or hikes in Oeverlanden or Amsterdamse Bos can be discussed upon request as I do have a pooch mobile. -Walks: My walk rates are based on 45 minute sessions. Be mindful that I live right next to an off leash dog park, therefore this might not be the best place to stay for your dog if they are leash/dog reative. We love dogs since we were little. We always had pets and were taught to not only give them love, but also take care of them, give attention and enjoy time shared. We make sure they get all the necessary attention, love, entertainment & care. We try to adapt to what they like. If it’s an active dog we don’t hesitate on take them to a park, play togheter, have a walk and dedicate the time they are used to so they feel comfortable. And if it’s a pup that enjoys resting and accompanying more, we love that too! We also enjoy to teach them when they’re puppies since we love seeing their evolution :)

I grew up with dogs and have had them around me pretty much my entire life. I don’t have a dog of my own anymore and really miss having one around, so I’d love to look after a dog from time to time. I’m comfortable with both large and small dogs and used to different personalities. Walks, playing, feeding, or just hanging out at home are all fine with me. I live with my boyfriend, who is also a dog person. We have a spacious apartment by Amsterdam standards and live close to a park. My boyfriend works from home, and I also work from home part of the week, so there’s almost always someone around. We both miss having a dog in the house, so an extra dog around from time to time would be very welcome here.

When I lived in Spain, I volunteered at dog shelters, and while I was in Colombia, I was part of an association that fed stray dogs. I’m a fitness instructor at SportCity, so I’m naturally very active and enjoy movement and being outdoors. I have several free hours during the day, which gives me plenty of time to go for walks or spend time with your dog. I don’t have any preferences when it comes to breed or age — I genuinely like them all and usually adapt to their personality very quickly. You can feel a dog’s energy almost immediately; you can’t really fake that with them. 😊

Since leaving my parents place when I was 18, I have been craving to be able to take care of dogs. During my whole childhood I grew up around (big) dogs at my grandparent's house as well as at my home. My grandpa taught me the do's and don'ts and how to train them and I would regularly take care of their dogs as well as the dogs of family friends. From age 10 to 18 we also had a male German Sheppard at home who I always felt was my "bear" brother. I'm definitely the kind of guy who will stop in the middle of the street to chat with someone about their dog and ask if I can pet him/her. I'm not afraid of any type of dog and feel confident being able to impose myself when needed while remaining calm and respectful. I'm a sporty guy who goes outside a lot and likes to go for long walks in nature or a run - also with my friends or my girlfriend. I could play with dogs for hours. I currently live on the top floor of a spacious flat with rooftop in Oud West near most of the big parks including Westerpark, Rembrandtpark, Erasmuspark and Vondelpark. Regarding the prices and hours, I'm quite flexible and happy to discuss them with you as for me this is really more of a pleasure than a side job. I currently work at New Balance and am flexible to work from home whenever I want and to structure my days to my needs. I speak fluent English, German, French, some decent level of Spanish and after living in the Netherlands for over 10 years also quite some Dutch. Feel free to reach out to ask me any questions!

Richard had 2 medium-large dogs growing up and I grew up with 2 cats (currently we do not have pets at our home but would love them in the future). I always exchange with friends to look after each other's dogs when we go on holidays. My last chow died at the age of 15 in March. I'm not ready for a new one but would love to be around with man's best friends again. I live in a pet-proof apartment with doggy door to the terrace facing south with green view. The building also has lift. The neiboughhood is very green, literally a dog park under my balcony. there are lake and grasslands nearby, perfect for walking dogs. The building also has lift. Last but not least, my partner and I have lived together since 2007, now both of us work from home and love dogs dearly, I guarantee we will have lot of time to play with your babies! ☺️😛 Ik had 4 honden in mijn 44 jarige leven. Duitse herder in mijn jeugd, en drie chows in de laatste 15 jaar. Ik ruil altijd met vrienden om op op elkaars honden te passen als we op vakantie gaan. Mijn laatste chow stierf op 15-jarige leeftijd in maart. Maart. Ik ben nog niet toe aan een nieuwe, maar... maar ik zou graag weer bij de beste vrienden. Ik woon in een huisdier-proof appartement met honden deur naar het terras op het zuiden met groen uitzicht. Het gebouw heeft ook een lift. De buurt is erg groen, letterlijk een hondenpark onder mijn balkon. Er zijn meer en graslanden in de buurt, perfect om te wandelen honden. Het gebouw heeft ook een lift. Last but not least, mijn partner en ik hebben wonen samen sinds 2007, nu werken we allebei werken vanuit huis en houden veel van honden, ik garanderen dat we veel tijd hebben om te spelen met uw baby's! ❤️

We had a great experience with Dillon and would definitely book with him again. He took excellent care of Hilbert, regularly sent us lovely videos from their walks, gave him the medication he needed, and even kept his health tracker charged. Everything went smoothly, and it was clear that Hilbert was well looked after throughout his stay. Highly recommended!

Hi ik ben Douwe, 30, en ik woon in Amsterdam, vlak bij de Amstel, en ga graag naar buiten om te wandelen of hard te lopen. De Middelpolder het Amstelpark en het Amsterdamse bos zijn mijn favoriete plekken om de natuur in te gaan dichtbij Amsterdam met honden. Daarnaast ga ik graag naar het strand. Zelf heb ik op dit moment geen hond, maar ik geniet erg van hun gezelschap. Mijn huis is rustig en makkelijk toegankelijk, met één niet steile trap (1e verdieping). Ik ben flexibel beschikbaar en pas graag op honden die van beweging en buiten zijn houden. dus bijvoorbeeld langere wandelingen of een rondje mee hardlopen/ suppen en dergelijke.
