I really miss is having pets, as I grew up with dogs and various other animals, many of which were strays or rescued from shelters. Hi, ik ben Aileen! Ik werk als freelance fotograaf, waardoor ik doordeweeks vaak flexibel ben en veel vanuit huis werk. Ik woon samen met mijn vriend, die ook zzp'er is. Daardoor is er bijna altijd wel iemand thuis. Daarom lijkt het ons leuk om af en toe op honden te passen via Petbnb. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en heb eigenlijk altijd honden om me heen gehad. Vroeger hadden wij thuis een Briard en tegenwoordig hebben mijn ouders een Labradoodle, Cavapoo en een Roemeense straathond. Daarnaast heb ik de afgelopen jaren regelmatig op hun honden gepast. Mijn vriend en ik hebben zelf ook een hond: Moos, een jonge Border Collie x Samojeed kruising. Hij is sociaal, speels en kan goed overweg met andere honden. Daarom vinden we het belangrijk dat een eventuele logeerhond ook vriendelijk is naar andere honden. We wonen in de Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam, in een ruim appartement met twee balkons. Op loopafstand liggen verschillende parken en groenstroken waar we dagelijks wandelen. Honden die bij ons logeren worden echt onderdeel van ons dagelijks leven: we maken fijne wandelingen, zorgen voor voldoende rust en natuurlijk ook voor de nodige aandacht en knuffels. Omdat we maar af en toe oppassen, nemen we alleen honden aan waarvan we denken dat ze goed bij ons en bij Moos passen. Daarom vinden we het fijn om vooraf eerst even kennis te maken. Niets leuker dan een hond!

Wij hebben altijd veel dieren in huis gehad, niet alleen honden maar ook varkens, schaapen en nog veel meer. Maar honden vond ik altijd het allerleukst. Voor hun kun je zorgen, met hun kun je spelen en ze zijn altijd gelukkig om je te zien. Ik heb 20 jaar ervaring met honden, we hebben huskeys, golden retrievers, border collies en terriers gehad. Helaas heb ik op dit moment zelf geen hond vanwege beperkte tijd en daarom heb ik me voor Petbnb ingeschreven omdat ik het heel erg mis om een hondje in huis te hebben. Ik vind lange wandelingen met honden geweldig, naar het bos, het park of zelfs door de stad. In bed bij mij mag ook maar niet op de bank. Lekker chillen, kroelen en een filmpje samen kijken of een lekker bot halen want die zijn goed voor de tanden. Natuurlijk hoor ik ook graag wat bij het baasje mag want als daar iets niet mag, mag het bij mij natuurlijk ook niet en anders gewoon lekker verwennen en samen spelen :-) ik vertel graag meer indien nodig!

Het lijkt mij heerlijk om in een andere mooie omgeving voor een lieve andere sociale hond ( en ) te zorgen, mits ik Zoya ,mijn Siberische Husky mee kan/mag nemen.Samen te wandelen, te spelen en genieten van de omgeving ( mogen ook andere dieren bij zijn natuurlijk :)) Eind 2019 aan werk gegaan als vrijwilliger bij een dierenasiel op de honden afdeling. Begin van Corona, was ik daar zo'n 3 tot 4x p.w.en hielp de kennels schoonmaken, wandelen, socialiseren, trainen van de honden, inwerken nieuwe mensen, ondersteunen vrijwilligers, bijeenkomsten enz. Veel geleerd en meer passie voor de honden gekregen. Hierdoor besloten o.a. een opleiding te volgen tot hondengedragstherapeut Tevens met 8 anderen in dienst geweest als Puppyteam voor 7 maanden In wisseldiensten, 18 Drachtige mama's ondersteund + socialisatie met geboorte van totaal 142 pups en bijkomende werkzaamheden. Een bijzondere en rijke ervaring. Daarna blijven hangen bij het hondenteam zelf. Nu niet meer werkzaam bij het asiel, wel zelf coachen en trainen van honden en mensen. Tevens Sport & Ontspanning therapeut. Daarvoor jaren in evenementen branche gewerkt. Beurzen, congressen, evenementen nat.+Int. Alles zzp, wat mij vooral de laatste jaren zeer flexibel maakt:) Ik hou van de natuur en buiten zijn. Vooral bos,duin,heide.
