Beide hebben we vroeger honden gehad en dit is iets dat we graag weer terug willen in ons leven. We hebben ervaring met het oppassen van een paar verschillende andere honden via dit platform of van familie. Gelukkig vinden de meeste honden ons al snel leuk. We hebben een druk sociaal leven, maar zijn alsnog ook vaak thuis omdat vooral Luuk vanuit thuis werkt. Regina is actief en houdt van lange wandelingen langs de Amstel. We kijken ernaar uit om weer vaker een hond in ons leven te hebben.

I understand sometimes it is hard to make travel plans or even go to the office if you have a furry friend waiting for you at home. We are living in Diemen with my boyfriend and our 3 year old australian shepherd dog Tommy. We are working from home most of the time, I wont accep’t dog boarding or daycare if we are not home the whole time. And never leave your dog home alone. We would be happy to support you and give the attention your dog deserves during the times you are apart from each other. You can be sure that your dog is safe with us. Tommy is very friendly with all dogs and people. He socialized very well with puppies when he was small and he is still a very social dog. However male dogs tend not to like him(unless it’s a puppy) and that’s why we always try to let them meet before we commit to anything. He is very playful and full of energy. There could be times where Tommy is away. But it cant be guaranteed. We see every situation as a training opportunity, and we try to improve ourselves to be better to take care of our own dog in the best way possible. The only reason we do this is only to help other dog owners like us, who needs a safe and warm home for their dog. Hope to help you as well.

Since the day I was born, I have always lived with an animal. I have cared for many different animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, budgies, fish, turtles, parrots, and hamsters. I recently moved here from abroad, and to ease the longing I feel for my dogs, I wanted to help take care of someone else’s pet and look after them. Plusha had a great time this summer staying with Maria & Pedro for 10 days. They have an adorable rescue of their own and therefore were well equipped to take care of Plusha. Het hele appartement is gelijkvloers en er is genoeg ruimte voor een hondenbench of grote mand. Ook hebben we een werkkamer waar de hond kan slapen als dat fijn is. We zijn flexibel met het afspreken van ophaal- en brengmomenten. Laat het vooral weten als je een keertje kennis wilt maken! 😊

Belle was absolutely fantastic and our Mochi loved her time with her! She sent constant updates, loads of cuddles, and walks in mochis favorite park. We would highly recommend and hope to have you both watch Mochi again soon 😊

Hi allemaal! I.v.m. internationale hondeneigenaren is de introductie in het Engels. I’m a 26-year-old student with lifelong experience in training and raising dogs. By taking behavioral dog training courses as well as teaching our late Swiss shepherd agility and tracking, I’ve grown to love shepherds and retrievers. However, I am a big fan of most other breeds too! While I live in an apartment, it is located right next to the Amstel - with plenty outdoor space and a short metro ride from Gaasperplas. I’m well-versed in outdoor and indoor activities, and like to keep dogs occupied and happy. Open for discussion is the question whether your dog likes to do shared walks - my parents live nearby with our Collie-Husky mix (as seen in my fourth photo). (Note: when I’m unavailable, my mother (an experienced dog trainer) likes to offer herself up as a back-up. I can ask for her availability too, if your dog doesn’t mind staying with her and the family dog.)
