Hi! Ik ben Melanie, 37 jaar oud en woonachtig in Alphen A/D Rijn met de allerliefste Cypriotische rescue husky’s Lucy & Jordan. Zelf ben ik 30 jaar en heb mijn hele leven honden om mij heen gehad. Ik heb een deeltijd hond (Paco) met mijn beste vriendin die in Hillegom woont. Ik hou ervan om te kroelen en spelen met honden en om lange wandelingen met ze te maken. Op de dagen dat Paco er niet is, mis ik hem enorm. Een oppashond wil ik in huis als Paco er niet is. Als ik een klik verwacht tussen de honden, dan kunnen we ze een keer buiten laten ontmoeten en als ze elkaar beter kennen, kan de hond ook in huis als Paco er wel is. Maar daarvoor moet wel echt een band zijn opgebouwd. Overigens heb ik een diep balkon waar ze lekker van de buitenlucht kunnen genieten.

Dogs are pure love!

All my life I had a dog, unfortunately here in Netherlands I don't get enough time that I can bring my friend home forever. Therefore, I try to spend as much time as I can by babysitting and dog walking. They are my first love and will remain that way. I have had Doberman, German Shephard, pomeranian, Pug and Labrador Retriever(currently) as my pets back in home. From my experience, I can say that every dog is unique and deserves the best and unique treatment. I live in an apartment which consists of a balcony. The house is properly ventilated. I recently moved to a new apartment in The Hague, together with my boyfriend, Rupert (33 years old), and we are so excited because we are allowed pets at home for the first time since we moved from our home country! I learned how to take care of dogs when I was a little girl. Our family dog, Bicho, stayed with us until I was 12 years old. After that, I was the go-to person to babysit the two dogs of my grandma and thereafter, the puppy of my aunt (all of them schnauzers). And not so long ago, I volunteered at the 'Animal Rescue' organization of Madrid (I studied my bachelor over there), where I'd take care of rescued dogs, take them for walks, and incentivize people to adopt them. My boyfriend also has vast experience with dogs. He was lucky to raise a Weimaraner and have him as his companion for over 10 years, and he currently shares caring responsibilities of his sister's Poodle - they live in Hamburg and we babysit every now and then. When it comes to my availability, I am always available during weekends -24 hours a day. However, if the booking is done some days in advance, arranging having a dog during the week is also possible, as I have the flexibility of working from home, which adds some extra availability for weekdays too. I am looking forward to meeting your dogs and loving them forever.

For dog boarding multiple days, it’s important that your dog can be alone at least 4 hours. In case I need to go to the office in the afternoon. 3. We accept puppies but they need to be trained enough to not pee/💩 in the house. We understand if there’s a small accident but if it takes a lot of our time for a clean up, we need to charge a cleaning fee of 10 euro. ————————————————— I’m living with my boyfriend who also loves dogs! We’re both animals lovers, especially doggies! I have dogs in Thailand myself but I moved here to Netherlands for my work, so I’m really excited and willing to take care of your dogs for you. We both love walking dogs, playing with them as well as cuddling them! Also we’ll be working from home most of the time and will be able to take care of dogs when you’re away. I had 10 dogs back home but when I moved to Netherlands, I miss the presence of my pets and would love to host the dogs for the par time.
