[ENGLISH BELOW] Hi! Wij zijn Braden (29) en Ashley (30). Wij wonen sinds 2023 samen in Amsterdam, nadat Braden (Brits/Zuid-Afrikaans) is verhuisd naar Nederland. Wij hebben beide altijd verschillende soorten honden gehad en missen dit enorm nu wij zelf samen (nog) geen hond hebben. Daarom vinden we het superfijn om via deze manier anderen uit de brand te kunnen helpen én zelf omringd te blijven met viervoeters. Wij wonen links aan Westerpark, een rustige plek wat een ideale omgeving is om een fijne wandeling te maken, lang of kort. Ook werken we allebei deels thuis en zijn we flexibel, waardoor we veel aandacht hebben voor oppashonden. Bij voorkeur maximaal 3 nachten, mits we genoeg tijd hebben om het in te plannen. Ashley heeft een aantal jaar geleden met haar eigen Shi-Tzu en Chihuahua een nestje gehad, en dus ervaring met zowel het opvoeden van (zeer) jonge puppies als omgang met senioren. Natuurlijk is iedere hond anders, maar we zijn er erg van bewust waar verschillende rassen en leeftijden aan toe zijn (en waar niet!). Last but not least, staan we er allebei voor open om natuurlijk even kennis te maken. We snappen dat het best spannend kan zijn. Dus stuur ons vooral een berichtje als je meer wil weten! Liefs, Braden en Ashley ---- Hi! We are Braden (29) and Ashley (30). We have been living together in Amsterdam since 2023, after Braden (British/South African) moved to the Netherlands. We've both always had different types of dogs in our lives and miss it greatly now that we don't (yet) have one of our own. That's why we're really happy to be able to help others by offering dog-sitting services, while surrounding ourselves by dogs. We live just 5 minutes away from Westerpark, making it the perfect environment for walks, short or long. We both work from home a few days per week and are flexible, meaning we can give a lot of attention to any dogs we’re looking. We prefer a maximum of 3 nights, as long as we have enough time to plan accordingly. A few years ago, Ashley raised a litter with her own Shih Tzu and Chihuahua, so she has experience with both raising very young puppies and caring for senior dogs. Of course, every dog is different, but we are very aware of the unique needs of different breeds and ages. Last but not least, we’re both more than happy to meet for an introduction beforehand. Voor het uitlaten moet er wel eerst met mijn hond (een lieve Thai Bangkaew Dog (TBD), reu van 7 jaar) kennis worden gemaakt om te kijken of het ook klikt tussen de honden. Meestal zal dat wel goed gaan, maar het is niet altijd vanzelfsprekend. 🫣 Samen met Yindee (mijn hond 🐶) heb ik verschillende cursussen doorlopen over opvoeding, gedrag en verzorging. Ook in mijn jeugd heb ik honden gehad en heb dus genoeg ervaring opgedaan. Van mijn kant beloof ik aandacht en oplettendheid naar uw geliefde huisdier. Alsof het mijn eigen hond is! Vrijblijvend even aan mekaar snuffelen (de honden dan hè 😜) kunnen we altijd even regelen en vind ik ook zeer wenselijk! Tijdens de opvang kan mijn eigen hond bij mijn ouders verblijven, zodat ik alle aandacht aan jouw hond kan geven. Mijn ouders vinden het altijd leuk om op mijn hondje te passen, dus dat is helemaal geregeld. Ik kijk ernaar uit om kennis te maken met jou en je hond!

Sarah gaat heel natuurlijk met honden om en behandelt de uitlaatgas als haar eigen hond. Ze heeft de laatste twee weken vijf keer met Ollie gewandeld en zij was heel tevreden. Ze wandelt lang met de hond en is betrouwbaar, communiceer goed. Ik ben heel tevreden over haar en kan haar van harte aanbevelen!

Ik ben gek op honden!

Ik ben Melissa, 28 jaar oud, woon bij hoofddorplein en heb bij mijn ouders altijd een Duitse Herder gehad waar ik gek op was. Daarnaast heb ik via Petbnb een paar maanden drie keer per week de hond uitgelaten met veel plezier, totdat ik mijn eerste fulltime baan had werd het teveel. Hallo daar! Ik ben Celine en 30 jaar oud. Ik ben oprecht een hondenliefhebber. Mijn hele leven ben ik al met honden geweest en ik heb veel ervaring met het oppassen op honden; ik heb vrijwel elk ras wel een keer gehad. Daarnaast heeft mijn zus een eigen hondenuitlaatservice, waar ik regelmatig mee ga en veel van honden heb mogen leren, doordat zij hiervoor is opgeleid. In de toekomst zal ik hoogstwaarschijnlijk onderdeel worden van haar bedrijf, omdat ik een sterke band heb met honden en goed weet hoe ik met ze om moet gaan. Honden geven mij energie en vreugde. Ik weet hun behoeften goed aan te voelen en bouw gemakkelijk een connectie met ze op. Ik ben een sportief type dat houdt van veel wandelen, en mijn wandelingen vind ik nog tien keer leuker met een hondje erbij. Ik werk en studeer veel vanuit huis, waardoor ik veel tijd heb om met honden te zijn en jouw hond 24/7 bij mij is en mijn volledige aandacht krijgt. De hond wordt bij mij standaard drie tot vier keer per dag uitgelaten. Bij een overnachting is dat vaak vijf keer. Tijdens de grote middagwandeling probeer ik altijd minimaal 40 minuten te lopen met jouw hond. Ik woon vlakbij leuke wandel gelegenheden en ga ook vaak naar het Groenendaalse bos, dus jouw hond wordt daar ook standaard lekker uitgelaten. Bij een overnachting mag de hond in de woonkamer of in de slaapkamer slapen. Welke van de twee maakt voor mij niet uit; ik vind het belangrijk dat jouw hond zich op zijn of haar gemak voelt. Verder woon ik in een ruim appartement, omringd door groen. Ik hoop dat ik je met deze achtergrondinformatie een goed gevoel heb gegeven en vertrouwen dat jouw hond bij mij in goede handen is en dat mijn volle aandacht altijd op jouw hond gericht is als hij of zij bij mij op bezoek komt. :) Ik zou graag kennis willen maken!
