We make sure they get all the necessary attention, love, entertainment & care. We try to adapt to what they like. If it’s an active dog we don’t hesitate on take them to a park, play togheter, have a walk and dedicate the time they are used to so they feel comfortable. Dieren hebben altijd als een rode draad door mijn leven gelopen. Als kind hadden wij thuis altijd honden, katten, konijnen, cavia's ( niet alles te gelijk:), heb jarenlang paard gereden. Hebben nu nog 1 poes van 14 jaar en sinds maart 2023 een zeer sociale, rustige, goed opgevoede, 3 jarige Siberische Husky die ik vanuit de pleeg , ( toen werkend bij een asiel) en training uiteindelijk bij mij is gebleven. Het lijkt mij heerlijk om in een andere mooie omgeving voor een lieve andere sociale hond ( en ) te zorgen, mits ik Zoya ,mijn Siberische Husky mee kan/mag nemen.Samen te wandelen, te spelen en genieten van de omgeving ( mogen ook andere dieren bij zijn natuurlijk :)) Eind 2019 aan werk gegaan als vrijwilliger bij een dierenasiel op de honden afdeling. Begin van Corona, was ik daar zo'n 3 tot 4x p.w.en hielp de kennels schoonmaken, wandelen, socialiseren, trainen van de honden, inwerken nieuwe mensen, ondersteunen vrijwilligers, bijeenkomsten enz. Veel geleerd en meer passie voor de honden gekregen. Hierdoor besloten o.a. een opleiding te volgen tot hondengedragstherapeut Tevens met 8 anderen in dienst geweest als Puppyteam voor 7 maanden In wisseldiensten, 18 Drachtige mama's ondersteund + socialisatie met geboorte van totaal 142 pups en bijkomende werkzaamheden. Een bijzondere en rijke ervaring. Daarna blijven hangen bij het hondenteam zelf. Nu niet meer werkzaam bij het asiel, wel zelf coachen en trainen van honden en mensen. Tevens Sport & Ontspanning therapeut. Daarvoor jaren in evenementen branche gewerkt. Beurzen, congressen, evenementen nat.+Int. Alles zzp, wat mij vooral de laatste jaren zeer flexibel maakt:) Ik hou van de natuur en buiten zijn. Vooral bos,duin,heide. I am a student studying at the VU. I have been pet sitting for almost 3 years now here in Amsterdam. I have taken care of 50+ different dogs and cats until now and I am experienced with different breeds and habits of pets. Originally I am from China, and I am currently studying at the VU. I have a cat and a dog back home (the cat is 5 years old, and the dog is 6 years old). I've been responsible for taking care of them since they were a few weeks old, so I'm really used to the life rhythm with these cute little angels around. In 2024, I volunteered at an animal rescue center in Crete, Greece, where I had to take care of 15+ dogs. I enjoyed spending the whole day with them, taking them to the beach, and cooking for them. I treat my pets as my friends – not only loving and caring for them, but I also pay attention to the small habits and characteristics that make them unique. This is what motivated me to become a pet sitter, to make more fluffy animal friends! I study at home most of the time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My daily routine is very flexible and can be adjusted to fit the walking/feeding time of your pet. I love sleeping with dogs and cats too and I am happy to let your pet be in all places in the house. But if there’s specific requirements for no pets in bedroom/on couch etc I will also follow them. For house sitting, I will make sure to keep the place tidy, water plants/ pick up deliveries if needed, will also do a thorough clean up at the end of the sit. I will make sure to be careful with windows and doors, not letting the pet get out accidentally. Ofcourse, I will also ensure not to leave food out unattended. During heatwave I will keep a close eye on the behavior of the pet, for dog walks I will also check the temperature of the ground before leaving.

She was incredibly trustworthy, respectful and proactive from the very beginning. She was equally thoughtful when it came to anything around the house, always checking with us whenever she had a question. Communication throughout the three weeks was excellent. Enthousiaste ervaren honden liefhebber

Ik ben opgegroeid vroeger met vier honden, twee Duitse herders en twee havanezers (kleine hondjes). Mijn liefde voor honden is enorm groot. Momenteel hebben mijn vriend en ik een hele lieve labradoodle (Valerie), uit het asiel gehaald. Zij is 3 jaar oud en nu bijna 1 jaar bij ons. Wij vinden het leuk om met Valerie naar het Amsterdamse bos te gaan of om ergens anders een lekkere wandeling te maken. Betrouwbaar, zorgzaam en dol op alle dieren!

Hoi! Wij zijn Donalda (32 jaar) en David (36 jaar) en ouders van een dochtertje van 4 jaar oud en wij zijn dol op dieren! Mijn partner David en ik zijn allebei opgegroeid met dieren (honden en katten) en passen geregeld op de honden van familie en vrienden. Omdat het op dit moment niet helemaal passend is in ons leven om zelf voor een huisdier te kiezen, vinden wij het wel extra leuk om geregeld op te passen als dit schikt. En met als kers op de taart het Amsterdamse bos, wat met de auto op 5 minuten rijden ligt.

Donalda & David hebben met veel zorg en liefde op Syskha de Chiwawa gepast. Ze is niets tekortgekomen: fijne wandelingen ook in het Amsterdamse Bos, goed gegeten en volop aandacht en knuffels gekregen. Het was ook fijn om foto’s te krijgen en Sys vrolijk te zien. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen, de volgende keer vraag ik hen zeker weer om op Syskha te passen.:dog2:

I had my own dog till 2025 November, currently looking for the right timing to have my new family 🐕 I hosted more than 30 pets in Singapore during 2022-2023, more than 50 pets in Amsterdam since 2023 May including 5 long term foster cares. -SERVICE 🎖️ I will offer dog boarding and day care. My house is just bellow Westerpark, also close to a small park near my house. I normally walk your dog 3 times-every morning, at lunchtime, and at night time to either of the park. If your dog needs more often short walk I will adjust for it. Feeding will be on schedule and I have experience of medication feeding too. For home visit and dog walking, I will only offer if the location is near my residence area. -BOARDING ENVIRONMENT 🏠 I work from home everyday as Project Manager of IT software. I live alone and my house has living room + 1 dining room + 1 bedroom. There are multiple dog beds. So enough space and calm envrionment for your best mates. And the home is very close to westerpark for long walk ! While I have a dog visitor, for less than 3 days I will be at home the whole time except an errand about an hour occasionally. For more than 4 days, I can't promise to stay the house all the time. I may be out from home few hours (less than 5hours), but I will make sure the environemnt is safe and comfortable to them. Maximum dogs number in the house at the same time will be 3 for over night, 4 for day care. Also I am very flexible with drop off and pick up times, as well as stay extention. I am looking forward to seeing your floff family!
