I'm an expat from Malta for the past three years, a 30 year old freelance creative focused on documentary photography. I couldn't bring my dog Nina, 7 with me so I fulfill my love for dogs by spending my time with them in this way until I am ready to adopt another. 🫶🏼 Close ones see me as sensitive, gentle, caring and very connected to animals. I'm happy to take them to the park, play and help you with your routines and their needs. Since I am flexible with my work schedule, I'm happy to build long-term connections to be trusted and more comfortable in spaces and also the connection of the pets. Later, I will also allow the pets in my space if needed. (I will only accept vaccinated pets in my space) I am new to this app, but not with dogs. Nina's breed is a King charles spaniel but my dream is to one day make space for a Great Dane which is double my size.

Hondenmens zonder hond heeft liefde over

Vanwege werk kan ik helaas geen eigen hondje hebben, dus veel liefde over. Ben vanaf kinds af aan al opgevoed met honden, en er is niets leukers dan een hond uitlaten, lekker spelen of knuffelen. Ik woon in een twee-verdiepingen appartement, dus ik pas liever op honden die geen tuin nodig hebben. Vroeger hadden wij eerst een Drentse Patrijs in huis en later een labrador. Dus wel gewend aan minder kleine honden, en ook zeker honden met een persoonlijkheid. Als ik oppas zal ik zorgen dat ik zoveel mogelijk thuis ben, maar mijn voorkeur gaat wel uit naar honden die ook heel even alleen kunnen zijn, bijvoorbeeld als ik een rondje ga hardlopen.

Rustig en gek op wandelen en spelen met dieren

Wij hadden vroeger een beauceron en vijf (buiten)katten. Met onze hond heb ik veel lange wandelingen gemaakt, gespeeld in de achtertuin en had ik een fijne band mee. Ik vind zowel kleine als grotere honden lief. En vind het heerlijk om met ze te knuffelen, spelen en wandelen. Aangezien mijn partner geen dierenvriend is, vind ik het leuk om op deze manier tijd te kunnen besteden met honden en katten. Ik ben als persoon vrij rustig en beheerst, wat in mijn ervaring goed werkt bij dieren. Ik wandel graag door Rotterdam en in de (Rotterdamse) natuur om nieuwe plekken te verkennen.

Ik hou van dieren en daarom heb ik besloten van mijn passie mijn werk te maken. Toen ik in Brazilië woonde, was ik lid van een niet-gouvernementele organisatie voor de bescherming van dieren. Als lid van deze NGO werkte ik aan de redding van dieren die op straat leven, aan de organisatie van vaccinaties en voedseldonaties en aan de ondersteuning van adopties. Mijn 2 katten leefden op straat, ze waren zo schattig dat ik ze wel moest adopteren. Voor deze baan kan ik bij u thuis komen en tijd doorbrengen met uw huisdieren. Ik voer ze, voeg vers water toe en maak de kattenbakken schoon, we spelen samen, ik knuffel en ik maak veel foto Sommige katten hebben tijd nodig om te wennen aan de anwezigheid van een vreemde, ik respecteer hun tijd en als ze me vertrouwen, komen ze dichtbij zodat we van onze tijd samen kunnen genieten.
