Ruby came by for an introduction a week ago and stayed in our house this weekend to take care of the cats and dog, she did a wonderful job, even though the dog is not easy, she is a puller and loves to chase birds, but Ruby managed really well! Hello there! After exploring different paths, I realized that my heart has always been with animals, so I decided to follow my childhood dream of working with them. I’m now a Clinical Animal Behavior student, and I couldn’t be more excited to turn something I love so much into my future career. I also volunteer at DOA, the largest animal shelter in the Netherlands, where I work with dogs from all kinds of backgrounds and personalities. My sweetheart Milo crossed the rainbow bridge in June, and he’s the biggest reason I decided to follow this path. If it were up to us, we’d take them everywhere but sometimes that’s not possible. Ik vind het ontzettend leuk om op huisdieren te passen en ervoor te zorgen dat ze zich veilig, geliefd en comfortabel voelen. Ik heb ervaring met het oppassen op honden en vind het heerlijk om met ze te wandelen, te spelen en ze veel aandacht te geven. Ons doel is dat jij met een gerust hart van huis kunt, terwijl jouw huisdier alle aandacht en zorg krijgt die het verdient. Bram is opgegroeid met katten en Kirsten met honden. Doordat we al jaren samen zijn, hebben we ook veel voor elkaars huisdieren gezorgd. Daarnaast hebben we regelmatig opgepast op de huisdieren van familie en collega's. Dat beviel ons zo goed dat we besloten hebben om ons ook via Petbnb aan te melden. Bij ons kun je terecht voor zowel dagopvang als meerdaagse opvang. Of je nu een dag weg bent of meerdere nachten of weken op vakantie gaat, jouw huisdier is van harte welkom om bij ons te komen logeren. We begrijpen dat ieder dier een eigen karakter, routine en behoeften heeft. Daarom leren we jouw huisdier graag eerst kennen en volgen we de verzorging zoals jouw dier die gewend is. Hierdoor is er veel gezelschap en hoeft jouw huisdier zelden lang alleen te zijn. Wij behandelen ieder huisdier alsof het ons eigen dier is. Tijdens het verblijf sturen we graag foto's en updates, zodat je met een gerust hart kunt genieten van je tijd weg. We kijken ernaar uit om jou en je huisdier te ontmoeten!

Alleen maar lovende woorden voor Kirsten en Bram. Mijn vriend en ik gingen 10 dagen op vakantie en wij hebben Mochi met een goed gevoel achtergelaten. Ze komen professioneel over en ik merkte dat ze allebei ervaring en verstand hebben van dieren. Ik heb dagelijks updates gekregen over hoe het met hem ging. Het contact verliep soepel. Leuke lieve oppas wonend tegenover plantsoen!

Ik ben geboren op dierendag, dus wellicht dat ik daarom zo gek ben op dieren. Maar ook omdar ik ben opgegroeid met heel veel katten en honden. In mijn familie hebben we een aantal generaties Hollandse en Mechelse herders gehad, een Rhodesian, Jack Russell en ik heb zelf vorig jaar mijn hond Raya geadopteerd in Mexico. Omdat ik zelf terugga over een half jaar heb ik besloten om haar daar te laten. In de tussentijd pas ik graag op andere honden en zorg ik graag voor ze. Ik heb Raya zelf veel geleerd en onlangs ook de 7 jarige Mechelse herder van mijn broer aan het stoppen gekregen met trekken aan de riem. Mijn familie en vrienden noemen me altijd de hondenfluisteraar en ik vind het fijn om omringd te zijn door honden, mits natuurlijk goed opgevoed. Dus ik help je graag uit de brand:)

Ik ben gek op honden!

Ik ben Melissa, 28 jaar oud, woon bij hoofddorplein en heb bij mijn ouders altijd een Duitse Herder gehad waar ik gek op was. Daarnaast heb ik via Petbnb een paar maanden drie keer per week de hond uitgelaten met veel plezier, totdat ik mijn eerste fulltime baan had werd het teveel. Juf met Ollie, maar altijd plek voor meer pootjes!

Ik werk als basisschoolleerkracht op een Montessorischool, maar naast het lesgeven word ik ontzettend blij van dieren. Mijn vriend is daarentegen een echte Amsterdammer, dat hoor je inderdaad niet vaak he? 😉 Ik haal ontzettend veel voldoening, ontspanning en geluk uit dieren en honden in het bijzonder. Tegelijkertijd help ik graag anderen en weet ik uit eigen ervaring hoe fijn het is als je iemand kunt vinden die met liefde en vertrouwen voor je dier zorgt. Een extra zakcentje is daarbij natuurlijk mooi meegenomen!
