Dierenliefhebber met ervaring zoekt wandelmaatjes

Ik hou zo veel van honden & katten (en andere dieren)!!! Ik heb zelf nooit een eigen hond gehad, o.a. omdat ik katten had en veel reisde. Maar ik heb altijd geholpen met het zorgen voor (en soms ook het opvoeden van) honden van vrienden en buren waaronder een Cane corso, 2 Staffies en een Duitse herder. Ik heb tijdens de covid/lockdown periode ook een aantal maanden een rescue (pitbull) opgevangen die met spoed een opvang plek nodig had, omdat ik toen nog voltijd vanuit huis werkte en hier de tijd voor had. Dit heb ik ook een aantal weken gedaan voor een ander klein hondje en 2 katten waarvan de eigenaar overleden was. Ik vond het super fijn dat ik ze kon helpen en extra aandacht aan ze kon geven in die periode. Ik werk nu 3 dagen op kantoor en mijn partner 5 dagen dus helaas zit een hond voor onszelf er op dit moment niet in. Maar ik zou het heel leuk vinden om af en toe gezellig te wandelen en/of op te passen en hiermee iemand in nood te helpen.

Honden liefhebbers in de Rivierenbuurt 🤎

Hi, ik ben Aileen! Ik werk als freelance fotograaf, waardoor ik doordeweeks vaak flexibel ben en veel vanuit huis werk. Ik woon samen met mijn vriend, die ook zzp'er is. Daardoor is er bijna altijd wel iemand thuis. Daarom lijkt het ons leuk om af en toe op honden te passen via Petbnb. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en heb eigenlijk altijd honden om me heen gehad. Vroeger hadden wij thuis een Briard en tegenwoordig hebben mijn ouders een Labradoodle, Cavapoo en een Roemeense straathond. Daarnaast heb ik de afgelopen jaren regelmatig op hun honden gepast. Mijn vriend en ik hebben zelf ook een hond: Moos, een jonge Border Collie x Samojeed kruising. Hij is sociaal, speels en kan goed overweg met andere honden. Daarom vinden we het belangrijk dat een eventuele logeerhond ook vriendelijk is naar andere honden. We wonen in de Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam, in een ruim appartement met twee balkons. Op loopafstand liggen verschillende parken en groenstroken waar we dagelijks wandelen. Honden die bij ons logeren worden echt onderdeel van ons dagelijks leven: we maken fijne wandelingen, zorgen voor voldoende rust en natuurlijk ook voor de nodige aandacht en knuffels. Omdat we maar af en toe oppassen, nemen we alleen honden aan waarvan we denken dat ze goed bij ons en bij Moos passen. Daarom vinden we het fijn om vooraf eerst even kennis te maken. Stuur gerust een berichtje als je denkt dat jouw hond zich bij ons thuis zou voelen 🐶

Onze labradoodle Kiwi heeft 3 weekjes bij Aileen en haar vriend mogen logeren. Ging super! Veel updates en foto’s gekregen en onze lieve kiwi is erg goed verzorgd :grin: heel blij mee!

Ik heb mijn hele leven huisdieren gehad; een kat voor 16 en een half jaar, een hond voor anderhalf jaar, vissen voor meerdere jaren, vogels voor 10+ jaar, schildpadden voor 2+ jaar, een konijn en vlinders. Plus planten door het hele appartement. Voor mij is het hebben van een huisdier de standaard, en niet andersom. En ik mis ze vreselijk als ik op reis ben. Ik wil graag van deze gelegenheid gebruik maken om op uw huisdieren te passen, aangezien ik dit erg heb gemist sinds ik onlangs mijn kat verloor. I am a student studying at the VU. I have been pet sitting for almost 3 years now here in Amsterdam. I have taken care of 50+ different dogs and cats until now and I am experienced with different breeds and habits of pets. Originally I am from China, and I am currently studying at the VU. I have a cat and a dog back home (the cat is 5 years old, and the dog is 6 years old). I've been responsible for taking care of them since they were a few weeks old, so I'm really used to the life rhythm with these cute little angels around. In 2024, I volunteered at an animal rescue center in Crete, Greece, where I had to take care of 15+ dogs. I enjoyed spending the whole day with them, taking them to the beach, and cooking for them. I treat my pets as my friends – not only loving and caring for them, but I also pay attention to the small habits and characteristics that make them unique. This is what motivated me to become a pet sitter, to make more fluffy animal friends! I study at home most of the time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My daily routine is very flexible and can be adjusted to fit the walking/feeding time of your pet. I love sleeping with dogs and cats too and I am happy to let your pet be in all places in the house. But if there’s specific requirements for no pets in bedroom/on couch etc I will also follow them. For house sitting, I will make sure to keep the place tidy, water plants/ pick up deliveries if needed, will also do a thorough clean up at the end of the sit. I will make sure to be careful with windows and doors, not letting the pet get out accidentally. Ofcourse, I will also ensure not to leave food out unattended. During heatwave I will keep a close eye on the behavior of the pet, for dog walks I will also check the temperature of the ground before leaving.

Yuyue have took care of my dog Nimo and I am very happy with the experience! She sents daily update, was always very kind to Nimo and you can really tell that she loves animal:) I would definitely recommend her.

Betrouwbare, vriendelijke en rustige oppas

Al sinds ik heel jong ben, ben ik gewend aan dieren om me heen. Ik zou mezelf dan ook omschrijven als een echte dierenvriend. Mijn ouders hebben een labradoodle en daardoor heb ik ook ervaring met het passen op honden. Ze hebben ook altijd katten gehad, dus ik weet ook goed hoe ik met hen om moet gaan. Als ik nu op een huisdier van iemand zou passen, dan zou ik er voor zorgen dat het dier zich op zijn/haar gemak voelt en er rustig mee om gaan. En ik zou luisteren naar de behoeftes van het baasje en me daar netjes aan houden.

Onze Monty was bij Berber in goede handen. Ze is betrouwbaar, op tijd en heel vriendelijk. Monty heeft een heerlijke wandeling gehad!

Van kinds af aan ben ik opgegroeid met honden ( en andere dieren ) Mijn vader trainde politiehonden en we hadden altijd Golden Retrievers in huis. Naast honden hadden we ook paarden, schapen , konijnen , hamsters en katten. Een gezellige beestenboel dus. Inmiddels woon ik 25 jaar in Amsterdam Niet lang geleden is mijn hondje Dex Welsh terriër overleden. ik mis haar ontzettend. maar wil nog geen nieuwe hond. dit is wellicht een leuke afleiding. Een Welsh is geen ‘ makkelijk’ hondje op te voeden, dus ik heb met Dex veel geleerd bij verschillende hondentrainingen bij hondenschool de Gabber.Ik heb Dex alles aangeleerd met een klikker. Ze vond de behendigheidstraining ( dus over allerlei hindernissen/ tunnels etc door ) ontzettend leuk. Dex kon dit zelfs beter dan ik op een gegeven moment. Hier hebben wij geleerd goed naar elkaar te kijken en zelfs met handgebaren wist ze wat de bedoeling was. Ontzettend leerzaam voor zowel Dex als baas! Omdat ik veel cursussen gedaan heb met Dex weet ik veel over het gedrag van honden. Ik snap hoe spannend het is je hond aan een ‘ vreemde ‘ mee te geven. Wees gerust, uw hond is in veilige, liefdevolle maar consequente handen bij mij! Naast honden heb ik ook ervaring. met het verzorgen van cavia’s, konijnen en katten. ( English? No problem ☺️) 🍀🐶 p.s. ik kan niet op vaste dagen in de week omdat ik zelf van maandag tot en met donderdag werk. Soms werk ik thuis. en dan kan ik de hond uitlaten. Dit kan dus in overleg.

Kim past geregeld op mijn hond bella. Bella is niet de makkelijkste hond maar ze is dol op Kim en luistert super goed naar haar. Kim is duidelijk heel erg dol op honden en kan er zeer goed mee over weg. Ze is lief en ook duidelijk.

Hi! Ik ben Ilse, 33 jaar en woon intussen 12 jaar in Amsterdam. Sinds mijn jeugd ben ik omringd met dieren. Hobbies zijn sporten (boulderen, wielrennen, hardlopen) en de bergen intrekken. Goed om te weten is dat ik door mijn werk niet altijd zo flexibel kan zijn als ik zou willen. Ik vul mijn kalender daarom voor de korte termijn in. Stuur me vooral een berichtje, dan kunnen e.e.a. afstemmen. Enthousiaste ervaren honden liefhebber

Ik ben opgegroeid vroeger met vier honden, twee Duitse herders en twee havanezers (kleine hondjes). Mijn liefde voor honden is enorm groot. Momenteel hebben mijn vriend en ik een hele lieve labradoodle (Valerie), uit het asiel gehaald. Zij is 3 jaar oud en nu bijna 1 jaar bij ons. Wij vinden het leuk om met Valerie naar het Amsterdamse bos te gaan of om ergens anders een lekkere wandeling te maken. Valerie is een hele makkelijke hond en kan eigenlijk met elke andere hond opschieten. Wij zijn flexibel met oppassen. Wij passen het liefst op honden die goed met een andere hond overweg kunnen.

I know their secrets spots of them to make them feel comfortable. I grew up with all types of animals back in North Carolina, from dogs to lizards, you name it. I learned how to care for creatures, big to small, whether they were my own pets or not. WHO let the dogs out

4 jaar het baasje geweest van Jimmy (Golden Retriever) tot 2021 en haar ook opgevoed. Mooie jaren met haar in Utrecht beleefd maar daar bij mijn huisgenoten ‘achtergelaten’ i.v.m. een nieuwe baan. Graag sta ik klaar voor baasjes om hen te helpen met het opvangen van hun hond en om vervolgens de natuur in te gaan.
