Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en ben echt een enorme hondenliefhebber. Thuis hadden we twee lieve labradoodles, dus wandelen, spelen, verzorgen en vooral heel veel knuffelen met honden is voor mij altijd heel vanzelfsprekend geweest. šŸ¾ Met mijn baan als consultant lukt het me helaas niet om zelf fulltime een hond te hebben, hoe graag ik dat ook zou willen. Ik heb daardoor veel ervaring met het verzorgen van honden en weet hoe belangrijk het is dat een hond zich veilig, ontspannen en op zijn gemak voelt bij iemand anders. Ik wandel zelf graag en vind het heerlijk om samen op pad te gaan, maar ben minstens zo blij met een gezellige avond op de bank en een hond die graag komt knuffelen. I love animals and care about the needs of pets.

When I lived in Turkey, I had two cats that I adopted from the street. My older one is a deaf Van Cat, a special Turkish breed that cannot be taken out of the country. Because of that, I couldnā€™t bring him to the Netherlands and didnā€™t want to separate him from his brother. I can take care of all kinds of cats.I used to live in a small village where we had dogs.

Ik vind het ontzettend leuk om op huisdieren te passen en ervoor te zorgen dat ze zich veilig, geliefd en comfortabel voelen. Ik heb ervaring met het oppassen op honden en vind het heerlijk om met ze te wandelen, te spelen en ze veel aandacht te geven. Daarnaast werk ik bij een hondenopvang, waar ik dagelijks met veel verschillende honden te maken heb. Hierdoor heb ik ervaring met verschillende rassen, groottes en karakters. Hi! Iā€™m a second-year political science student with a big love for animals and lots of experience in caring for them. While my own two dogsā€”a calm and sweet 9-year-old brown Labrador and a velcro-dog 2-year-old Chihuahuaā€”are currently back home in France with my family, Iā€™ve been surrounded by pets most of my life. I also spent six years abroad when I was younger, where I had eight rabbits, and Iā€™ve looked after cats and dogs of all kinds, including terriers and a Golden Retriever. Here in Amsterdam, I live with roommates who have pets of their own back home; a cat and two Chihuahuas. So we're all used to caring for animals. Iā€™m used to animals with different personalities, and I especially love spending time with affectionate, velcro-type dogs who like to stick close and get plenty of attention. Iā€™m also happy to play, cuddle, or just be a calming presence for older pets. We live just a two-minute walk from Oosterpark, which is perfect for regular walks and playtime if your dog needs a lot of outside time. Thereā€™s almost always someone home, so your pet will rarely be alone and I can guarantee will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I can also help with oral medication if your dog needs it mixed into food, as I've done this with my Labrador. One thing to note however, our apartment is on the second floor with typical Amsterdam stairs. Most dogs manage just fine, but if your animal has mobility issues, itā€™s something to consider. Iā€™m available any time and happy to help, whether itā€™s for a weekend, a longer stay, or a last-minute booking. Hoi! We are Nick and Lili. We speak Dutch, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese in both human and dog language ;) We live on a peaceful island on the border of Zaandam, in a special place close to the Zaanse Schans and the Natural Reserve Area of Kalverpolder, near Amsterdam. Although we donā€™t have our own dogs, we love animals, and are lucky to have a fun "fauna" here already: from a turtle that visits from time to time to all kinds of waterfowl. Our 'dogiculum': Nick was brought up in France and Spain, raised with a lot of Irish Setters. Lili, growing up in Brazil made her very familiar with all types of street and rescue dogs. After more than 3 years as dog sitters, we have the experience of over 100 happy clients. It has been an educational journey for us learning about dogs, their various quirks and and getting to know so many different dogs and becoming a part of their lives. We now believe dogs have a unique experience here, as they can exist in near total freedom, in a pack, playing, foraging, chilling or even sleeping together, and with our near constant near-presence. That's how we reached progressively this ā€œspa-likeā€ bubble environment, where dogs can socialize and/or relax at their will. If we have only one guest, they stay with us in the main house of course. Some extra info: . Our island has 3 main buildings, one of them is the guesthouse transformed into a doggyhouse. Itā€™s surrounded by a big 'foresty gardenā€™ and the super clean air. They have a fenced and safe area at their disposition for playing and lounging outside. . As we both work from home, we have lots of time and love for our guests, and so they are usually supervised 24/7. . Walks are included as they have access to the garden whenever we go walking throughout the island's interwoven paths. . We do not take dogs that are either too anxious, protective or aggressive (ie. Met onze superlieve 5 jarige golden retriever Tommy en een grote afgesloten tuin, bieden wij een heerlijke veilige plek voor een opashond of hondje. Als kind ben ik opgegroeid met honden en heb inmiddels veel ervaring om honden goed te kunnen opvangen. Ik werk drie dagen per week thuis en kan daardoor geel makkelijk een 2e of 3e hondje erbij hebben. Voor Tommy ook gezellig en met uitlaten ook geen probleem. Twee hondenliefhebbers, dubbel de liefde

Hey hondeneigenaar, wij zijn Regina & Luuk, twee hondenliefhebbers met een gebrek aan honden. Wij wonen vlakbij het Oosterpark in Amsterdam. Beide hebben we vroeger honden gehad en dit is iets dat we graag weer terug willen in ons leven.
