I’m 28, live by myself in a 50sqm apartment in the Amsterdam West area; by the OLVG West. I have always loved and respected animals and my heart has always been drawn to dogs! Originally I am from Romania and I grew up in Greece, where I moved out from last year; traded sunny beaches for moody weather and picturesque houses and squares with which I’m consistently in love! A few things about my parenting style - my curiosity of dog psychology and my will to be a better mom to Milu lead me into long hours reading and researching all topics regarding behavior and psychology, nutrition, exercises and training and well as the specific needs of different breeds. I bring love, patience, understanding and curiosity about the intricacies of each breed and character. What brings me here is how much I miss my little girl! Unfortunately I lost her to a heart condition and while I still find it painful, losing her and to balm down my wounds, I think caring for and receiving a little bit of love here and there would also make me very very happy! Oppas met een groot hart voor alle honden

Ik ben een enorme dierenvriendin, en honden hebben daarbij een speciaal plekje in mijn hart. Al van jongs af aan pas ik regelmatig op huisdieren van vrienden en familie wanneer zij bijvoorbeeld op vakantie zijn. Honden, katten, konijnen of vogels, alle dieren zijn welkom. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar kleine tot middelgrote en wat makkelijkere honden.

Welkom op mijn pagina! Sinds enkele jaren pas ik via PetBnB met veel plezier op uw huisdier. In tegenstelling tot een pension krijgt uw maatje hier bij mij de volledige aandacht. Zijn of haar eigen rustige, warme plekje en dat met zoveel mogelijk gewoontes zoals thuis. Ik heb hiernaast een part-time baan, dat houd in dat ik soms een dagdeel van 4 uur van huis ben. Mocht u een aanvraag indienen, is het van belang dat de hond enige uurtjes alleen kan zijn Nadeel: Ik woon in een appartement waar de hond enkele trappen moet kunnen beklimmen. Voordeel: Ik ben een rustig persoon, en het is rustig in huis. Weinig prikkels. Ik heb veel ervaring met verschillende rassen honden, en kan goed omgaan met de grotere honden of honden die een wat sterker karakter hebben. Indien nodig is er hier e.a aanwezig, zoals een grote mand / eet en drinkbakken etc. Geen privé tuin, maar wel een grote gedeelde omheinde tuin. En het honden strand en losloop bos zijn vlakbij, en ik vind het heerlijk om op pad te gaan en lange wandelingen te maken.

Vanaf mijn geboorte tot aan mijn studeren hebben we altijd honden in huis gehad op de Veluwe. In mijn tijd op Aruba (10 jaar) heb ik in huishoudens gewoond waar ik mede voor meerdere (grote) honden heb gezorgd. (Bull Mastif, Deense Dogs, labrador, en verschillende geadopteerde straathonden). Het komt vaak voor dat honden heel blij zijn om mij te zien. Dat komt denk ik doordat ik een bepaalde rust uitstraal, respect voor ze heb en geen gekke dingen met ze doe. Mijn werkleven in Amsterdam is niet geschikt voor huisdieren maar ik kan wellicht wel zo nu en dan voor huisdieren van anderen zorgen.

Joost is een echte dierenvriend. Hij zorgt ervoor dat je hond geen aandacht te kort komt. Afspraken waren makkelijk te maken. Aanrader!

Martijn and Valeria were amazing with Milo. We took him over on a busy public holiday, he can be a bit anxious but they were very patient and understanding. They took him to a lovely quiet spot for walks and sent us lovely updates. Highly recommended!
