Ik pas het liefst op honden die max. een half uur per x uit moeten (al ben ik dol op af en toe een lange wandeling te maken). Het enige waar ik mee heb, is 'valse' honden, ofwel honden die agressief zijn aangelegd waar je erg streng tegen moet zijn. Ik laat zeker zien wie 'de leider' is, maar vind het fijn om onbezorgd de hond uit te kunnen laten. Ik ben in het algemeen een dierenliefhebber, dus voor katten of andere dieren mag je me ook zeker benaderen! Ik heb de meeste ervaring met honden, katten, konijnen en vogels. I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. Plusha had a great time this summer staying with Maria & Pedro for 10 days. They have an adorable rescue of their own and therefore were well equipped to take care of Plusha. They maintained regular communication and I could see Plusha having a great vacation with them and enjoying the company of their dog. The neighbourhood is also great for dogs as there are lots of walking areas around . I would sudden then highly, and I am sure Plusha would love to visit them again.

I understand sometimes it is hard to make travel plans or even go to the office if you have a furry friend waiting for you at home. We are living in Diemen with my boyfriend and our 3 year old australian shepherd dog Tommy. We are working from home most of the time, I wont accep’t dog boarding or daycare if we are not home the whole time. And never leave your dog home alone. We would be happy to support you and give the attention your dog deserves during the times you are apart from each other. You can be sure that your dog is safe with us. Tommy is very friendly with all dogs and people. He socialized very well with puppies when he was small and he is still a very social dog. However male dogs tend not to like him(unless it’s a puppy) and that’s why we always try to let them meet before we commit to anything. He is very playful and full of energy. There could be times where Tommy is away. But it cant be guaranteed. We see every situation as a training opportunity, and we try to improve ourselves to be better to take care of our own dog in the best way possible. The only reason we do this is only to help other dog owners like us, who needs a safe and warm home for their dog. Hope to help you as well.

Rennen, spelen, chillen; ik doe het allemaal.

Hoi, Robin hier! Ik ben opgegroeid met een Dobermann in huis, wat nog steeds één van mijn favoriete rassen is. Hij was fantastisch afgericht, geobsedeerd met ballen en mijn beste vriend. Later kwamen er twee Franse Bassets in huis. Erg schattig, maar ook lekker lui. Deze hondjes hebben de tijd nodig om te snuffelen, dus hoe ik eerst kon rennen en gooien met mijn hond, moest ik nu rustig lopen en soms zelfs even wachten tot de hondjes weer een beetje bij mij in de buurt waren. In mijn tussenjaar woonde ik bij een gezin met twee hondjes uit Ecuador, die allebei totaal verschillend waren. De kleine wilde graag geaaid worden en spelen en de grotere waardeerde rust en af en toe een aai over haar bol, maar hield wel van rennen tijdens het wandelen. Naast dit alles heb ik nog vrijwilligerswerk gedaan bij een asiel. Kortom, aan ervaring met verschillende honden heb ik geen tekort. Op het moment studeer ik in Amsterdam. Ik woon in een 18m2 kamertje, waardoor ik liever geen grote honden langs heb, maar wandelen met grotere rassen is zeker geen probleem. Mijn beschikbaarheid varieert, maar overdag heb ik vaak veel vrije tijd, ‘s avonds iets minder.

Lief, duidelijk, behulpzaam. Ze kan goed omgaan met onze springende Hollandse herder. aanrader!
