Wij zijn zeer tevreden met hoe Tim onze Eliá uitgelaten heeft. Eliá is normaliter (Waarschijnlijk door traumatische ervaringen met mannen in het verleden) nogal terughoudend naar mannen toe. Echter bij Tim wilde ze knuffelen en als ik zijn naam maar noemde stond ze al klaar met een groet helicopter staart te zwiepen :slight_smile:. Ze vond het een feestje. Als we Tim in de toekomst nodig hebben, zullen we zeker contact met hem opnemen en we raden dan ook iedereen aan om hem te boeken. Hartelijk dank Tim.

We can't live without our furry friends! This is 100% true for me. Dieren zijn altijd een belangrijk onderdeel van mijn leven geweest. Ik ben opgegroeid met verschillende huisdieren, waaronder katten, cavia's, ratten, gerbils en hamsters. Later heb ik zelf twee Perzische katten gehad, waardoor ik veel ervaring heb opgedaan met de dagelijkse verzorging, vachtverzorging en het herkennen van de behoeften van katten. In de afgelopen jaren heb ik regelmatig op honden, katten en cavia's gepast. Ik vind het belangrijk dat ieder dier zich veilig en op zijn gemak voelt. Daarom neem ik de tijd om een band op te bouwen en pas ik mijn aanpak aan op het karakter en de behoeften van het dier. Naast de dagelijkse verzorging heb ik ook ervaring met kammen en het toedienen van medicijnen als dat nodig is. Omdat ik regelmatig van huis ben, kan ik zelf momenteel geen huisdieren hebben. Juist daarom geniet ik extra van de momenten waarop ik vrij ben of thuis werk en voor de dieren van anderen mag zorgen. Ik behandel ieder huisdier alsof het mijn eigen dier is, met veel aandacht, geduld en liefde. Ik pas met veel plezier op zowel katten als honden van alle leeftijden. Rustige honden, senioren en katten voelen zich vaak snel op hun gemak bij mij, maar ook actieve en speelse dieren zijn van harte welkom, zolang hun behoeften duidelijk worden besproken. Kleine diertjes zoals hamsters en cavia's kunnen ook bij mij terecht! Alleen met puppy's heb ik weinig ervaring, dus die liever niet. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar vind ik belangrijk, zodat ik de verzorging zoveel mogelijk kan voortzetten zoals het dier gewend is.

Flexibele thuiswerker & enthousiaste hondenfan

Sinds kinds af aan, heb ik altijd voor buren en vrienden honden uitgelaten of opgepast. Nu pas ik regelmatig op de golden retriever van een familielid, vaak meerdere dagen achter elkaar. Ik werk regelmatig vanuit huis, waardoor ik veel flexibiliteit heb om tijdens de lunch lekker te wandelen in het Haagse Bos of Clingendael. Samen met mijn vriend, die is opgegroeid met honden en net zo’n liefhebber is, zorgen we ervoor dat honden zich hier welkom, veilig en gelukkig voelen.

I have always been around animals and genuinely enjoy taking care of them. I have a 13-year-old male Chinchilla Persian cat who I have grown up with since I was little. When he was younger, he had some kidney problems, so I was closely involved in taking care of him and making sure he was comfortable and received the attention he needed. We also regularly take care of cats around our family home. In addition, our neighbour’s dog has been a part of our lives for the past seven years. Whenever our neighbours are away, I take responsibility for walking him, making sure he has enough food and water, and keeping him company. I also have experience with two Rottweilers, a female and a male sibling pair, who are regularly cared for at my father's company. They came to us when they were only two months old, so I had the opportunity to closely follow their development and training from a very young age. This taught me a lot about understanding dogs' behaviour, routines, energy levels, and individual personalities. I am comfortable with both cats and dogs and really enjoy getting to know each pet individually. I am happy to follow their usual routines, whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, giving them attention, or simply keeping them company. I especially enjoy friendly, playful, and affectionate pets, but I am also comfortable with larger dogs.
