Looking for a sweet companion for walks!

I am looking for a sweet canine companion to take care of on either daily bases or a few times per week! I also do house sitting or dog boarding, depending on availability :-) I'm a calm person who loves animals and find dogs to be great companions and have taken care of both dogs and cats before. I can house sit or host your pet, depending on arrangement. I have experience and a lot of patience for young dogs who are still learning how to walk on a leash and like being a part of their learning journey. As an Illustrator, I have a lot of free time on my hands and like to spend my days outside, going to parks, the beach and I walk a lot in general, so a dog would have lots of fun and different days with me, full of all sorts of smells and open areas to play in.

Voor ons de eerste keer dat onze Sjakie uit logeren ging. Hij voelde zich meteen thuis bij Anna en heeft een hele fijne tijd bij haar gehad. Ze is super aardig en heeft veel ervaring met allerlei soorten honden. Heel erg bedankt! :relaxed:

Ik en mijn dochter Zoey passen graag op je huisdier! Ik ben zelf opgegroeid met katten en ik heb ze altijd heel leuk gevonden. Ik heb vaak gepast op katten en honden van anderen tijdens hun vakantie. Het is best spannend voor huisdieren als hun baasje weg is, en we zorgen voor rust en regelmaat voor de dieren, een vriendelijk gezicht die elke dag langs komt. We hebben thuis andere dieren, bijvoorbeeld knaagdieren, vogels, vissen en reptielen. We kunnen ook op deze dieren passen. Kleine dieren kunnen ook bij mij thuis als dat beter uitkomt. We passen op dieren in de buurt van Wassenaar.

Fijne wandelingen met een echte dierenliefhebber

Ik ben dol op hondjes, maar door mijn werk kan ik er zelf geen hebben omdat ik vaak van huis ben. Daarom leek PetBnB me een fantastische tussen oplossing! Wandelen met honden geeft mij echt plezier en energie. Ik geniet ervan om buiten te zijn en te zien hoe een hondje bijvoorbeeld kan genieten van het strand, waar ik vlakbij woon. Mijn vriendinnen noemen me een dierenfluisteraar; dieren voelen zich snel op hun gemak bij mij. Of het nu gaat om een energieke wandeling (kort of lang), spelletjes in de tuin, knuffelen of gewoon gezelschap houden, ik doe alles met veel liefde en aandacht. Ik vind het heerlijk om een band op te bouwen met jouw hond en er samen een vrolijke, veilige en plezierige ervaring van te maken. Ik heb zelf een kat thuis, maar heb voldoende ervaring om dit goed te combineren met honden (mits het geen hondje is dat echt niet met katten kan). Ik heb veel opgepast op honden van vrienden en kennissen, en dat vind ik altijd geweldig. Ik begrijp hoe spannend het kan zijn om je hond aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom neem ik die verantwoordelijkheid altijd heel serieus. Ik respecteer alle afspraken, routines en aanwijzingen van het baasje; van voeding en wandelingen tot rustmomenten en regels in en buitenshuis. Met aandacht, liefde én zorgvuldigheid zorg ik ervoor dat zowel hond als baasje zich veilig en op hun gemak voelen. Schroom niet om me te benaderen met vragen!

Ik zorg dat jouw huisdier zich niet eenzaam voelt

Ik heb al van kleins af aan huisdieren. Zelf hebben wij nu een hond “Soof”. Soof is ons nieuwste gezinslid en is nu 1 jaar. Wij hebben haar sinds 18 mei. Ook hebben wij konijnen en kippen gehad. Ons andere hondje Benji is helaas net overleden aan ouderdom. Ik mis hem ontzettend. Dog lover!

I am a freelance musician, flexible with my time. This job came out of a hobby and I cherish it a lot. I enjoy interactions with dogs and love to see them in their comfort spaces or running around. I have been working with rescue dogs as well as well-trained - all are welcome. I grew up at a place with many stray dogs. We were building houses and feeding them, playing, and naming places after them. I got my own dog more than 10 years ago, a Jack Russell terrier called Cora. Moving around I could not bring her with me to The Netherlands. Now, I am looking for all kinds of dog characters to meet and care for. I am currently living in a nice but small studio flat. I can accommodate only small dogs for in-house stays. But I live in an area with plenty of space for walking and parks for dogs only. Overnight stays are also possible given that I work from home a lot of the time and can be flexible.

Viktoria was again awesome, our 2 rescue beagles where very relaxed when we got back (so we don't think they missed us much). The house was perfectly taken care of by Viktoria who is very tidy. Communicatie is clear and regular (with pictures). So glad we found Viktoria and it is such a good match with our 2 beagle boys.

De beste tijd voor de hond

Ik heb verschillende soorten hondenrassen die ik uitlaat, zoals husky's, bernerdoodles, dobermann, rottweiler, labrador, golden retriever, nova ducktoller, verschillende herder soorten etc. waarbij een aantal bij mij thuis komen voor dagoppas en logeren. Ik woon vlakbij 3 parken en een bos. Lekker wandelen en spelen... Ze hebben daar ook de gelegenheid om te zwemmen of pootje baden. In één van de parken is een speciaal honden gebied die omheind is, voor als honden normaal niet los kunnen lopen. daar kunnen ze veilig lekker rennen en spelen met andere honden. Thuis zijn er vrijwel geen regels, en mogen ze bijna alles

Hoi! Wij zijn Friso en Olga, een stel uit Leiden, en sinds een paar jaar is het delen van ons huis en dagelijks leven met dieren een heel natuurlijk onderdeel van onze routine geworden. OVER ONZE ERVARING: We hebben allebei ervaring met het verblijven bij mensen thuis om voor hun honden en katten te zorgen, én met het opvangen van huisdieren bij ons thuis. Het afgelopen jaar hebben we voor honden van allerlei rassen, groottes, leeftijden en met verschillende karakters gezorgd, van Pomeranians en Franse bulldogs tot labradors, retrievers en Ierse setters. We hebben ook ervaring met het tegelijkertijd verzorgen van meerdere honden, en natuurlijk met katten. Ieder dier is anders, en ontdekken wat elk van hen nodig heeft om zich prettig en op zijn gemak te voelen, is een van de dingen die we het leukst vinden aan dierenoppas. Olga heeft zelf tien jaar lang een Basenji gehad. Ze heeft hem vanaf puppy opgevoed en heeft daardoor veel praktische ervaring met alles wat komt kijken bij het leven met een onafhankelijk, intelligent en energiek ras: training, structuur, routines, gedrag en, misschien wel het allerbelangrijkste, geduld en consequent zijn. We weten dat het heel persoonlijk kan voelen om je huisdier aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom nemen we de routines en instructies van baasjes serieus. We proberen hun gebruikelijke eet-, wandel-, medicatie-, slaap- en huisroutines zo goed mogelijk te volgen, terwijl we ze ook de tijd en ruimte geven die ze nodig hebben om zich bij ons op hun gemak te voelen. Natuurlijk sturen we ook graag foto’s, video’s en kleine updates, zodat je kunt zien hoe het met ze gaat en hoe ze bij ons wennen. Wat we willen bieden is eigenlijk heel eenvoudig: een tweede thuis, bij mensen die het oprecht fijn vinden om jouw huisdier bij zich te hebben. Niet zomaar een plek waar je huisdier kan verblijven terwijl jij weg bent, maar een plek waar hij of zij zich veilig, betrokken en verzorgd kan voelen als onderdeel van het gezin. Als dit klinkt als het soort verblijf dat je voor je huisdier zoekt, maken we graag kennis met jou en je huisdier. P.S. Friso is moedertaalspreker Nederlands. Olga spreekt vloeiend Engels en is Nederlands aan het leren.

Charlie heeft twee weken bij Olga en Friso gelogeerd en we zijn heel tevreden. We kregen regelmatig foto’s en updates. De eerste week moest Charlie vanwege een wond een hondenkraag dragen, maar ook dat was geen enkel probleem. Bij het ophalen was Charlie rustig en ontspannen. Heel fijn om te zien dat hij het zo goed heeft gehad! We laten hem zeker weer met een gerust hart bij Olga en Friso logeren.
