I cared for my Pomeranian, Twinkie, for 14 wonderful years, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand a pet’s needs and personality. I’ve also spent a lot of time around cats at my grandparents’ home, learning how to care for different temperaments. Eugene and his wife took great care of both my dogs and they are lot the easiest, they communicated very well and sent pictures throughout the boarding days and gave me a lot of peace of mind. I cannot recommended them enough.

I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. So, what better way than to spread my love for dogs, with all the dogs out there that need a new friend. Whether that is for a walk, a night, a weekend stay or a week. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing dogs live their best life. I now live looking over a huge park, watching the dogs run around makes me miss spending time with my pups. I work from home, meaning I am available for all your dogs needs and am able to take them for long walks, if thats what they like in the dog friendly park. If that's not what your pup prefers and they just like to chill in the sun chewing on some watermelon, that's also great for me. I want them to enjoy being here as much as I enjoy having them.

We left Luna for the first time and were very worried at first. But all our worries disappeared when we met Jadina and her partner! They are so kind and took amazing care of Luna. They kept sending us pictures every day, so we knew she was doing well. We were so happy that Luna was with them, and we’ll definitely leave her with them again next time we’re away :)

Ik laat zeker zien wie 'de leider' is, maar vind het fijn om onbezorgd de hond uit te kunnen laten. Ik ben in het algemeen een dierenliefhebber, dus voor katten of andere dieren mag je me ook zeker benaderen! Ik heb de meeste ervaring met honden, katten, konijnen en vogels. Locaties: Amsterdam west (hoge voorkeur), Amsterdam centrum & zuid, Amstelveen. Locaties inc. gebruik mogelijk van een auto: Haarlem, Overveen, Amsterdam noord, Amsterdam oost en zuidoost. Talen: Ik spreek Engels, Spaans en Nederlands vloeiend. Reviews: Ik heb nog niet eerder via petbnb aan housesitting gedaan maar kan je voorzien van meerdere positieve reviews die ik via andere wijze heb gevonden! --- ENGLISH: I am very responsible, love dogs, walking them, playing and cuddling them. I prefer to take care of dogs that need to be out for a maximum of half an hour each time (although I love to take a long walk every now and then). I’m 28, live by myself in a 50sqm apartment in the Amsterdam West area; by the OLVG West. I have always loved and respected animals and my heart has always been drawn to dogs! Originally I am from Romania and I grew up in Greece, where I moved out from last year; traded sunny beaches for moody weather and picturesque houses and squares with which I’m consistently in love! A few things about my parenting style - my curiosity of dog psychology and my will to be a better mom to Milu lead me into long hours reading and researching all topics regarding behavior and psychology, nutrition, exercises and training and well as the specific needs of different breeds. I bring love, patience, understanding and curiosity about the intricacies of each breed and character. What brings me here is how much I miss my little girl! Unfortunately I lost her to a heart condition and while I still find it painful, losing her and to balm down my wounds, I think caring for and receiving a little bit of love here and there would also make me very very happy! Na opgegroeid te zijn met katten begon ik op mijn 13e al mijn eerste honden uitlaatservice voor familie en kennissen. Zo was ik twee jaar lang de vaste oppas voor Beer (kruising). Inmiddels heb ik ruime ervaring met verschillende (kleine en middelgrote) rassen en heb ik een aantal terugkerende oppashondjes. Ik woon in een appartementje aan de rand van het centrum van de stad en kijk tijdens het oppassen altijd uit naar de spelen, knuffelen en de wandelingen naar bijvoorbeeld Bilderdijkpark of Geuzekade. Indien de gasthond houdt van spelen met andere honden heb ik voldoende vrienden met honden die graag een playdate inplannen. Hierbij laten we al-tijd(!) de honden eerst op een veilige manier kennismaken. Ik ben een betrouwbare oppas die haar thuiswerk dagen en vrije tijd gemakkelijk kan aanpassen naar de routine van een gasthond. Verwacht regelmatig updates (met foto’s) gedurende het verblijf van jouw hondje. Note: In verband met mijn relatief kleine appartement op 1-hoog pas ik enkel op kleine en middelgrote rassen die zindelijk zijn.

This is my second time using Danielle, and again she is the BEST dog sitter there is. She has a stash of dog toys and treats at her house that she greets your pet with to make them feel comfortable immediately. She consistently sends pictures/updates of your pup- which is something I love. I honestly think my dog may *almost* prefer her over me.
