Anastasia was in our home for 10 days with our dog Koekie. She was the most loving and kind friend for our furbaby. We got updates and pictures or videos daily. Our dog really had such a good time with her, their energy really matched so well. We saw her multiple times before we went away. Every time Anastasia came, Koekie got so excited and wanted to go with her for nice walks and cuddle time. The house was left so clean too. Overall we highly recommend Anastasia! Ik heb in het verleden erg veel opgepast op een Teckel , Franse bulldog en een Labrador . Tegenwoordig pas ik regelmatig op mijn Koosje , de Yorkshire terriër van een goede vriendin van mij . I absolutely adore dogs and cats, and I really enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. Whether it’s taking a leisurely walk or playing with them in the park, every moment spent with these animals is pure joy. Although I don’t have a lot of space at home, I’m lucky to have a garden where they can play and relax. Plus, living so close to the Noorderplantsoen is a real bonus. Friendly Dog/Cat sitter in Amsterdam

I had 3 years of experience taking care of my dog and cat when I lived at my parents’ place, before that I had experience pet sitting my grandparents’ dog. Now I also have experience pet sitting dogs at my current place for short term (2-3 days) and a bit longer period (3 weeks), and it has been working quite well. When I am spending time with dogs, usually I will take them to parks or somewhere peaceful and full of nature. I will play balls (or their favorite toys) with them, and let them walk/run as much as they want. I always bring a water bottle, wet cleaning paper, and a trash bag with me, so when dogs are thirsty, I can give them water, or when they get dirty, I can clean them with the wet paper, and after they poop, I will pick it up and put it in the trash bag. It’s important to make our little friends feel happy, relaxed, and content, while keeping the environment clean. With cats I am quite experienced, because I spent almost everyday with my cat during Covid. We shared the bed together every night, and I love giving him massages and petting his little belly. I am quite sensitive to cats’ abnormal behaviors, so if anything goes wrong I can notice very fast. I find cats very lovable and healing, and luckily cats usually find me trustworthy. My room is 27 square meters, and I have a big living room, so there will be enough space for cats/dogs. Besides, there is a beautiful park near my place. If you need someone to take care of your pets, I highly recommend myself :)

Ruby was very sweet with Scotty. Took great care of him and sent me reassuring pictures when I left him with her for a couple of days. Would highly recommend her.

Leuke lieve oppas wonend tegenover plantsoen!

Ik ben geboren op dierendag, dus wellicht dat ik daarom zo gek ben op dieren. Maar ook omdar ik ben opgegroeid met heel veel katten en honden. In mijn familie hebben we een aantal generaties Hollandse en Mechelse herders gehad, een Rhodesian, Jack Russell en ik heb zelf vorig jaar mijn hond Raya geadopteerd in Mexico. Omdat ik zelf terugga over een half jaar heb ik besloten om haar daar te laten. In de tussentijd pas ik graag op andere honden en zorg ik graag voor ze. Ik heb Raya zelf veel geleerd en onlangs ook de 7 jarige Mechelse herder van mijn broer aan het stoppen gekregen met trekken aan de riem. Mijn familie en vrienden noemen me altijd de hondenfluisteraar en ik vind het fijn om omringd te zijn door honden, mits natuurlijk goed opgevoed. Dus ik help je graag uit de brand:)

Ik ben Bloem, een 22 jarige studente woonachtig in Amsterdam. Nu ik op mezelf in Amsterdam woon mis ik het ontzettend om veel met honden te zijn. Ik studeer op dit moment Politicologie aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam (2e jaars) en woon in het centrum. Playful, loving, down-to-earth & good communicator

I almost enjoy spending time with dogs more than with people. I really love social dogs and I love playing and training, which I find so rewarding! I get excited when dogs are excited and love learning, so I have no problem leaving the house 10 times a day to potty train a puppy or walk for two hours in the park with an active dog while throwing a ball or doing little search challenges. I also think it's much nicer to cuddle on the couch after a long (or short) day in the park. I have signed up to Petbnb, since I work too much to be a dog mom myself - instead I will be the fun aunt. More about my experience: I've grown up around labradors and a springer spaniel in my family, all family dogs and some also trained and used for hunting. It taught me simple training techniques and made me see the joy that comes with a well-behaved and loved dog. I was the regular dog sitter for a broholmer for a few years, we always had the best time together. Currently I am the regular sitter for an old staffy. We tend to spend more time on the couch than in the park, but that's her preference. I also love bringing her when getting a coffee with friends or take her on a drive somewhere fun outside the city. Additionally I volunteer at a dog shelter, where I clean and go for walks with the dogs. I meet many different breeds here every week, and additionally I get to learn from professional dog trainers and caretakers. I've previously owned an english bulldog, Benji, a young rescue. He had issues with eating, seperation and stress because of his experiences, which I worked on together with a professional trainer. I definitely have a soft spot for those bully breeds now. Dogs communicate so much to us, and it's very important to read their body language, while I only give simple, easy to understand commands and use my body language. I am always calm and let the dog come to me, so they feel more relaxed and they can trust me. I have a lot of patience when getting to know new dogs, and I really appreciate all the little wins along the way, also if your dog has any special needs. More about my personal life: I'm originally from Copenhagen and moved to Amsterdam three years ago, when my boyfriend got a job here. I took a chance, quit my job and moved. I have learned some dutch, but communicate better in english still. I work in the fashion industry in a creative job. - I currently work full time and commute, so only my weekends are available. - We have an elevator in our building, if we are dog sitting in our apartment.
