Looking for a sitter for my blind dog (5 nights)

Hello,
I am looking for a reliable pet sitter to take care of my sweet dog for 5 nights while I am away traveling.
My dog is blind, so I am looking for someone who has experience with senior or special-needs dogs, or someone who is patient, gentle, and attentive.

■ Health Condition: Blind, but otherwise healthy. No medications
■ Care Required
* Help with meals and fresh water (guiding her to the bowl).
* Guiding her to the toilet area/pee pad.
* Indoor safety supervision.
* Walks: 3 times a day. Walking slowly on a familiar/safe route. No need to play but verbal communication is plus.
