My whole life I loved being surrounded by animals and especially dogs! I looked after the dogs of friends and family, but never had my own because of work commitments. Now that I am retired, I finally have the time to walk with dogs in my neighborhood again hopefully. I have experience with mostly small dogs, for example a Teckel. I live nearby the Vondelpark and walk there every day, so hopefully a dog will soon join me there and enjoy nature together. We zijn met z'n tweeën en hebben geen andere huisdieren. We wonen in Amsterdam maar hebben 2 parken dicht in de buurt om de hond uit te laten. We hebben allebei vanaf onze jeugd honden gehad bij onze ouders en weten dus goed hoe we met honden om moeten gaan. We werken afwisselend thuis dus kunnen veel tijd met de hond doorbrengen. Ik ben gek op honden, maar heb er momenteel zelf geen. Op deze manier kan ik toch af en toe zorgen voor, spelen en knuffelen met honden (of katten!). Ik zorg graag voor verzorgde, opgevoede huisdieren. Vroeger hebben wij altijd een boxer gehad, mijn zus heeft er nu ook een en daar pas ik dan ook graag op. Verder pas ik vaak op de huidige hond van mijn ouders, een ‘vuilnisbakkie’ die al 13 is! Ik woon in de Pijp en heb momenteel ontslag genomen waardoor ik zoek naar een leuke, relaxte bijbaan zoals op huisdieren passen, waardoor ik ook veel tijd heb en flexibel ben in mijn uren. Ik pas niet op valse huisdieren of moeilijker handelbare dieren, omdat ik dat niet veilig vind.

Vera is een ontzettend lieve en leuke oppas voor onze boxer (hond) Reina. Ze houdt van wandelen en gaat liefdevol met haar om. Als je een vrolijke fijne oppas zoekt dan moet je zeker bij Vera zijn! Wij gaan haar de volgende keer weer inschakelen.

Hi! It’s Clara, Italian living in Amsterdam :) My little Maya, a 12-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, taught me patience and unconditional love for animals. Mijn hele leven lang ben ik al omringd door katten. Hun speelse, maar tegelijkertijd luie karakter trekt mij heel erg aan. Ik speel graag met veters of met laserlichtjes. Ik kan gieren om de sprongetjes die katten maken als ze aan het spelen zijn. Maar naast het spelen, vind ik het ook heerlijk om met katten te knuffelen en hun gespin te horen. Ik zou de hele dag met een kat op schoot kunnen zitten. Ik ben opgegroeid met een moeder als dierenarts, dus het was onmogelijk om niet van dieren te houden en daardoor zit het dus verzorgen van dieren in hart en nieren.
