Hey there, I'm Eva, an expat who has been living in Amsterdam for over 10 years. I live at the Westerpark area (close to Nassaukade tram stop) and I work primarily from home. I really miss is having pets, as I grew up with dogs and various other animals, many of which were strays or rescued from shelters. During the beginning of the pandemic, I brought a senior dog in need from abroad, whom I fostered for nearly a year. This experience woke up my desire to share my life with furry companions! Unfortunately, my frequent travels and living in my own do not allow me to be the dog parent I aspire to be just yet, providing the life and stability that a pet deserves. (Note - We speak a little Dutch, but English is our first language!) We zijn al meer dan 25 jaar hondenbezitters en al die honden zijn reddingshonden geweest, dus we zouden in staat moeten zijn om voor honden te zorgen die speciale overwegingen hebben. Getrainde dierenliefhebber!

Vanaf jongs af aan ben ik opgegroeid met honden. We hadden op Curacao 8 honden die we hebben opgevoed en getraind. In me familie zijn we heel erg diergericht en zien we dieren als ons familie! Heb daarna in Nederland 1 hond gehad namens Erasmo (Maltezer) voor bijna 14 jaar lang. Helaas is hij overleden en doordat mis ik toch wel een beetje aanwezigheid van een viervoeter. We hebben ervaring met het oppassen op honden, van uitlaten tot logeren. We willen dat jullie hond zich thuis voelt en stemmen graag met de baasjes af over aanpak en verzorging. We hebben oog voor het gedrag van onze oppashond en zorgen voor rust, wandelingen, speelmomenten en afgemeten voeding (zoals het baasje wil). Onze dochter van 10 vindt met de hond spelen heel leuk en weet ook dat een hond duidelijkheid en rust nodig heeft. We zijn liefdevol en zorgzaam gezin. Onze beschikbaarheid is met name in het weekend en op de woensdagen en vrijdagen heel goed. Voor een logeerhond geldt dat we in overleg bepalen wat mogelijk. Amrita has took great care of our dog! She is a really nice and kind person with a genuine interest for the dogs. Karmen,our dog, immediately liked her and she was really enjoying her time with Amrita. I appreciated the communication style of Amrita, who was sharing with me everyday multiple videos and photos of Karmen, this was really helpful as this has been the first time we leave our dog to a petsitter.
