As a dog mother for over 15 years to various breeds, I see dogs as my babies. My two Stafford mixes have recently immigrated back to South Africa, and I now have the capacity to share my home with a fur baby for a few weeks in the year when I am available.
I would prefer to keep your doggie at my place for the duration of your holiday, so please feel free to drop by for a visit to assess the environment.
Having our two power breed dogs here for 2 years gave us the experience needed to walk strong dogs around the neighborhood and keep them very secure in the property.
I am highly aware of the habits of these breeds, and I have personal experience with dogs with separation anxiety for 6 years.
We would walk them twice per day for at least 30 minutes each walk to provide them with the stimulation they needed, as well as include some playtime in the back yard. We have a nice garden for them to play!
I work from home up to 3 days per week, and my husband works shifts. Therefore, your dog will barely be alone!
