Lief, enthousiast en gek op honden.

Heerlijk buiten wandelen en lekker kroelen en spelen binnen. Ik vind alle honden geweldig en heb zelf een hele lieve Engelse Cocker Spaniel (vrouwtje). Ik werk 40 uur in de week maar ook veel thuis dus ik ben heel flexibel. Ook in het weekend flexibel. Hou erg van wandelen en buiten zijn. Maar ook binnen kan ik de hond goed vermaken of hem/haar lekker laten uitrusten. Ik ben een lief, verantwoordelijk en zorgzaam baasje en altijd heel erg enthousiast. Ik zal dikke vrienden worden met de hond. Via Petbnb al veel ervaring ondertussen. En natuurlijk ervaring door mijn eigen hondje.

Super happy with Nikki! She was super sweet with out dear Pancho and sent me updates everyday about him with pictures. We will definitely contact her again whenever we need a sitter for Pancho :smiling_face_with_3_hearts:

Animal lover in the city centre

I have always grown up with a house full of animals which I love very dearly. Since moving to the Netherlands I have longed to have animals in my care again. I enjoy walking my dogs and taking them to the park for new smells and making sure they get their daily steps in so they are settled when they are home. Most importantly I love to spoil animals and give them as much love and attention as they deserve. I have experience with both smaller breeds such as my Chihuahuas and medium breeds like the Staffordshire terriers I have grown up with. I have also had 3 cats in my lifetime. Work from home dog lovers

Jose and myself are both pet lovers who grew up around animals. Sadly, we do not have enough space at the moment to have a pet for a long-period. That’s why we think that this concept is brilliant! We could look after your pet if you have tight schedule or simply want to go for a holiday. While occasional work travel makes a permanent pet infeasible, we would love to welcome your pooch into our home! We both mostly work from home, so are on-hand to give your fur baby all the attention they need. Due to the work from home situation, we are unable to look after loud dogs.

Here to take care of the furry ones!

I absolutely adore dogs and cats, and I really enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. Whether it’s taking a leisurely walk or playing with them in the park, every moment spent with these animals is pure joy. Although I don’t have a lot of space at home, I’m lucky to have a garden where they can play and relax. Plus, living so close to the Noorderplantsoen is a real bonus. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful stroll or an energetic game of fetch, making sure the dog gets plenty of exercise and fresh air. Even with the limited indoor space, having a nearby park means there's always somewhere to explore and enjoy nature together. I truly believe that spending time outdoors, surrounded by greenery and the simple pleasure of a pet's company, brings a sense of calm and happiness to my day and to theirs.

Ik hou van honden en help graag op de jouwe passen. Vrienden weten mij altijd te vinden om op hun honden te passen. Ik werk regelmatig thuis en heb altijd genoeg tijd om te wandelen en te spelen. Ik woon in een ruim appartement met balkon dichtbij verschillende parken dus er is genoeg gras en ruimte in de buurt. Zelf heb ik geen hond dus alle aandacht voor de oppashond. Zelf vind ik het heerlijk om te wandelen dus ik neem je hond graag mee naar buiten. Iedere hond is natuurlijk anders dus ik luister goed naar de instructies en behoeftes voor ik besluit op te passen. Ik moet tussendoor wel kunnen werken, een hond die altijd aandacht nodig heeft of een kleine puppy is daardoor moeilijk, maar als na een goede wandeling of speeltijd is het vaak ook tijd voor rust.

My training philosophy is based on César Millán's (The Dog Whisperer's) approach to training, as well as my work with trainers for dog service animals. My current male cat, Chaos, is 15 years old. The high point of his day is his morning walk, followed by breakfast - to say he is food motivated is a an understatement. When I lived in Houston, I would take him for a walk in the neighborhood every day, and used to attract other cats on the walk. At times I had up to five cats going on walks with me!

I was very happy with the care Erik provided for our cat, Puck. When he first came to meet Puck, Erik brought catnip, which Puck clearly enjoyed, and spent a full hour playing with him. Puck was active and engaged the whole time, showing how comfortable and happy he was. The sitter also earned Puck’s trust by letting him curl up on their lap to purr, which speaks to the gentle and caring attention he gave. It was reassuring to know Puck was not only looked after but truly enjoyed his visits.

Friendly Dog/Cat sitter in Amsterdam

I had 3 years of experience taking care of my dog and cat when I lived at my parents’ place, before that I had experience pet sitting my grandparents’ dog. Now I also have experience pet sitting dogs at my current place for short term (2-3 days) and a bit longer period (3 weeks), and it has been working quite well. When I am spending time with dogs, usually I will take them to parks or somewhere peaceful and full of nature. I will play balls (or their favorite toys) with them, and let them walk/run as much as they want. I always bring a water bottle, wet cleaning paper, and a trash bag with me, so when dogs are thirsty, I can give them water, or when they get dirty, I can clean them with the wet paper, and after they poop, I will pick it up and put it in the trash bag. It’s important to make our little friends feel happy, relaxed, and content, while keeping the environment clean. With cats I am quite experienced, because I spent almost everyday with my cat during Covid. We shared the bed together every night, and I love giving him massages and petting his little belly. I am quite sensitive to cats’ abnormal behaviors, so if anything goes wrong I can notice very fast. I find cats very lovable and healing, and luckily cats usually find me trustworthy. My room is 27 square meters, and I have a big living room, so there will be enough space for cats/dogs. Besides, there is a beautiful park near my place. If you need someone to take care of your pets, I highly recommend myself :)

Ruby was very sweet with Scotty. Took great care of him and sent me reassuring pictures when I left him with her for a couple of days. Would highly recommend her.

Leuke lieve oppas wonend tegenover plantsoen!

Ik ben geboren op dierendag, dus wellicht dat ik daarom zo gek ben op dieren. Maar ook omdar ik ben opgegroeid met heel veel katten en honden.
