Hoi! Ik ben Karin van Leijen, 29 jaar oud en ik woon in Amsterdam-Osdorp, vlak bij het Sloterpark. Jarenlang heb ik met heel veel liefde voor mijn lieve Roemeense straathond Holly mogen zorgen. Helaas is zij in augustus overleden en sindsdien mis ik een maatje om mee te wandelen, spelen en knuffelen. Ik ben nog niet toe aan een nieuwe eigen hond, maar ik geniet er wel enorm van om tijd met honden door te brengen. Hi! Ik ben Max, 29 jaar en een enorme dierenliefhebber. Ik ben opgegroeid met zowel honden als katten en ben dus van jongs af aan gewend om dieren om me heen te hebben. goed met honden en dieren in het algemeen

Vanaf mijn geboorte tot aan mijn studeren hebben we altijd honden in huis gehad op de Veluwe. In mijn tijd op Aruba (10 jaar) heb ik in huishoudens gewoond waar ik mede voor meerdere (grote) honden heb gezorgd. (Bull Mastif, Deense Dogs, labrador, en verschillende geadopteerde straathonden). Het komt vaak voor dat honden heel blij zijn om mij te zien. Dat komt denk ik doordat ik een bepaalde rust uitstraal, respect voor ze heb en geen gekke dingen met ze doe. Mijn werkleven in Amsterdam is niet geschikt voor huisdieren maar ik kan wellicht wel zo nu en dan voor huisdieren van anderen zorgen.

Joost is een echte dierenvriend. Hij zorgt ervoor dat je hond geen aandacht te kort komt. Afspraken waren makkelijk te maken. Aanrader!

Pet lover who used to work in a dog rescue center

Friend application for your dog or cat 🐾

Hi ! I'm Wes, a Dutch 24 year old university student in Amsterdam. Looking after pets for payment sounded too good to be true but apparently it's possible. I love all types of animals, dogs and cats especially, and I only have a slight preference for dogs. I'm Dutch / American and grew up on a farm in the south of the Netherlands, where we had donkey chicken sheep dogs and cats. Unfortunately I have no dogs or pets anymore but I still think often about the two dogs we had on the farm. I stop by and say hi to any animals I can. My friends tell me I should get pets because of this but I have no space. Pet setting, for me it's a lot like looking after someone's kid so that's how I'll treat it. I think my place is too small to host animals but I can come check on them at your place or take them out for a walk. Currently I have quite some free time and am quite flexible. Having lived with dogs and cats in our household my whole life, I can safely say that I have extensive experience in pet care. I love animals and care about the needs of pets.

When I lived in Turkey, I had two cats that I adopted from the street. My older one is a deaf Van Cat, a special Turkish breed that cannot be taken out of the country. Because of that, I couldn’t bring him to the Netherlands and didn’t want to separate him from his brother. I can take care of all kinds of cats.I used to live in a small village where we had dogs.

Ayşe was amazing! She was incredibly caring and took wonderful care of our kittens while we were away. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay—she sent us regular updates every time she visited, which gave us great peace of mind. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter. Ik pas al heel lang op katten in Zaandam; de laatsten van mijn oppaskatten zijn helaas vorig jaar overleden en ik merk toch dat ik het mis . Ik heb zelf tot twee jaar terug altijd één of meerdere katten gehad maar dat kan helaas niet meer. Ik werk sinds vorig jaar niet meer dus zou overdag op kunnen passen .
