Nina took great care of our dog when we were away for a couple of days. She made our dog feel at home immediately and shared updates and pictures with us so we knew the dog was in good hands. Also, communicating with Nina was a pleasure, she's very responsive, friendly and has an obvious love for animals. Our dog and we are very happy to have met Nina!

When I lived in Spain, I volunteered at dog shelters, and while I was in Colombia, I was part of an association that fed stray dogs. I’m a fitness instructor at SportCity, so I’m naturally very active and enjoy movement and being outdoors. I have several free hours during the day, which gives me plenty of time to go for walks or spend time with your dog. Ervaren en zorgzame hondenoppas🐾🐶

Hi lieve allemaal, ik ben Isa! Van jongs af aan ben ik thuis met honden opgegroeid. Op mijn 10e verjaardag kreeg ik mijn eerste eigen hond, een Duitse herder pup. Waar ik jarenlang veel plezier en liefde mee heb gedeeld. Wij hebben vroeger ook 2 Amerikaanse bulldogs gehad en een New Foundlander. Toen ik op mezelf ging wonen had ik mijn eerste kleine chihuahua hondje gekocht, waar ik met veel liefde en mooie herinneringen op terugkijk. Ik heb meerdere honden en gedragscursussen gevolgd. Daarnaast heb ik een half jaar gewerkt bij de honden daycare van mijn zus. Daar heb ik ook ervaring opgedaan met verschillende rassen, van kleine tot grote honden. Sinds ik voor mezelf ben begonnen met oppassen heb ik al op veel leuke en lieve hondjes mogen passen. Hierdoor heb ik brede ervaring opgebouwd met uiteenlopende hondenkarakters en behoeften. Omdat ik momenteel veel tijd heb, leek het mij leuk om als hondenoppas aan de slag te gaan via Petbnb. Ik werk vanuit huis, waardoor ik vaak thuis ben. Ik ben energiek en vind het leuk om te wandelen en met dieren om te gaan. Ik heb veel geduld, begrip en vooral genoeg tijd en liefde om te bieden. Ik ben dol op echte knuffelkonten 🐶 Het is fijn om baasjes een gerust gevoel te geven wanneer zij hun hond bij mij achterlaten, terwijl ik er met veel plezier en liefde voor zorg 🐾 Sinds een jaar heb ik zelf ook weer een klein hondje (toypoedel) genaamd Murphy. Hij vindt het superleuk om andere hondjes te ontmoeten en te spelen 🐶 Hij is lief en speels, maar respecteert ook honden die liever wat meer op zichzelf zijn en laat ze dan met rust 😊 Murphy weegt ongeveer 3 kilo, daarom neem ik in huis alleen kleine honden aan (tot ongeveer 15 kg) die goed met andere honden overweg kunnen. Voor uitlaatservice of huisbezoeken bij de eigenaar thuis ben ik ook beschikbaar voor grotere honden. Wij gaan regelmatig naar het strand en maken ook leuke boswandelingen. Ik heb een ruim balkon, gemaakt zoals een smal tuintje die volledig veilig en dicht is. De gehele week ben ik beschikbaar om op jouw lieve viervoeter te passen en te vertroetelen! En uiteraard ontvang je elke de dag de leukste foto’s en updates van jouw lieverd tijdens een verblijf bij mij🐕🌸 Oppassen in de avonduren is ook mogelijk tot maximaal 22:00. Na 19:00 geldt een avondtoeslag van €2,50 per uur. Energieke hondenliefhebber zoekt leuke oppashond

Ik ben mijn hele leven lang omringd met huisdieren thuis, waaronder twee hele lieve hondjes: Max en Lodewijk. Yorkshire terriër hondje Max hebben we nog een mooi laatste jaren kunnen geven toen we hem adopteerden, maar ook geleerd om met getraumatiseerde/bange honden om te gaan. Daarna kregen we puppy Lodewijk, een mix van Maltezer en Shih tzu, die ik heb mogen opvoeden en hondentrainingen mee heb gedaan. Na tien jaar is Lodie er niet meer en nu mis het enorm om soms voor een hond te zorgen, uit te laten, mee te spelen in Amsterdam. Ik ben dol op bijna elke soort hond, maar als het mogelijk is om op te passen op een teckel zou dat geweldig zijn. Ik denk graag mee in hoe de veiligheid van de hond verbeterd kan worden zodat er vertrouwen is van beide kanten zowel thuis als tijdens het uitlaten. Een goede voorbereiding is het halve werk ;) Momenteel ben ik veel beschikbaar en lijkt het me heel leuk om die tijd te besteden aan oppassen op honden. Dus zoek je een energiek, lief en betrouwbare oppas die weet hoe ze met honden omgaat en grenzen kan stellen, neem dan vooral contact op met mij!

Shelter Dogs | Animal Behaviour Student

Hello there! After exploring different paths, I realized that my heart has always been with animals, so I decided to follow my childhood dream of working with them. I’m now a Clinical Animal Behavior student, and I couldn’t be more excited to turn something I love so much into my future career. I also volunteer at DOA, the largest animal shelter in the Netherlands, where I work with dogs from all kinds of backgrounds and personalities. I help with socialization, basic training, and supporting dogs with different behavioral needs. I’ve completed training focused on fearful and reactive dogs, as well as an 8-week course tailored to an individual dog’s needs. My sweetheart Milo crossed the rainbow bridge in June, and he’s the biggest reason I decided to follow this path. Spending time with other dogs is one of the ways I still feel close to him and I know he’d be happy to see me doing this. ❤️ Having loved Milo as much as I did, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. If it were up to us, we’d take them everywhere but sometimes that’s not possible. So no worries, I’ll treat them like my own and keep you updated with plenty of pictures and little updates along the way. 😊 I live with my boyfriend, and we both have flexible schedules. Our place is just 15 minutes from Vondelpark and close to two local dog parks, so your dog will have plenty of opportunities to sniff, explore, and have fun. Your Dog’s Best Friend

I understand sometimes it is hard to make travel plans or even go to the office if you have a furry friend waiting for you at home. We are living in Diemen with my boyfriend and our 3 year old australian shepherd dog Tommy. We are working from home most of the time, I wont accep’t dog boarding or daycare if we are not home the whole time. And never leave your dog home alone. We would be happy to support you and give the attention your dog deserves during the times you are apart from each other. You can be sure that your dog is safe with us. Tommy is very friendly with all dogs and people. He socialized very well with puppies when he was small and he is still a very social dog. However male dogs tend not to like him(unless it’s a puppy) and that’s why we always try to let them meet before we commit to anything. He is very playful and full of energy. There could be times where Tommy is away. But it cant be guaranteed. We see every situation as a training opportunity, and we try to improve ourselves to be better to take care of our own dog in the best way possible. The only reason we do this is only to help other dog owners like us, who needs a safe and warm home for their dog. Hope to help you as well.

Rennen, spelen, chillen; ik doe het allemaal.

Hoi, Robin hier! Ik ben opgegroeid met een Dobermann in huis, wat nog steeds één van mijn favoriete rassen is. Hij was fantastisch afgericht, geobsedeerd met ballen en mijn beste vriend. Later kwamen er twee Franse Bassets in huis. Erg schattig, maar ook lekker lui. Deze hondjes hebben de tijd nodig om te snuffelen, dus hoe ik eerst kon rennen en gooien met mijn hond, moest ik nu rustig lopen en soms zelfs even wachten tot de hondjes weer een beetje bij mij in de buurt waren. In mijn tussenjaar woonde ik bij een gezin met twee hondjes uit Ecuador, die allebei totaal verschillend waren. De kleine wilde graag geaaid worden en spelen en de grotere waardeerde rust en af en toe een aai over haar bol, maar hield wel van rennen tijdens het wandelen. Naast dit alles heb ik nog vrijwilligerswerk gedaan bij een asiel. Kortom, aan ervaring met verschillende honden heb ik geen tekort. Op het moment studeer ik in Amsterdam. Ik woon in een 18m2 kamertje, waardoor ik liever geen grote honden langs heb, maar wandelen met grotere rassen is zeker geen probleem. Mijn beschikbaarheid varieert, maar overdag heb ik vaak veel vrije tijd, ‘s avonds iets minder.

Lief, duidelijk, behulpzaam. Ze kan goed omgaan met onze springende Hollandse herder. aanrader!

De natuur in

Hi ik ben Douwe, 30, en ik woon in Amsterdam, vlak bij de Amstel, en ga graag naar buiten om te wandelen of hard te lopen. De Middelpolder het Amstelpark en het Amsterdamse bos zijn mijn favoriete plekken om de natuur in te gaan dichtbij Amsterdam met honden. Daarnaast ga ik graag naar het strand. Zelf heb ik op dit moment geen hond, maar ik geniet erg van hun gezelschap. Mijn huis is rustig en makkelijk toegankelijk, met één niet steile trap (1e verdieping). Ik ben flexibel beschikbaar en pas graag op honden die van beweging en buiten zijn houden. dus bijvoorbeeld langere wandelingen of een rondje mee hardlopen/ suppen en dergelijke.

Douwe heeft een hele leuke dag gemaakt met onze oude jachthond Up. Onze hond is een beetje krakkemikkig dus zijn ze samen gaan zwemmen. Aardige vent die douwe, ga hem zeker vaker vragen!

I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. So, what better way than to spread my love for dogs, with all the dogs out there that need a new friend. Whether that is for a walk, a night, a weekend stay or a week. My boyfriend Tim and I love dogs. I grew up in a vet family with loads of pets and all sorts of dogs around. Since our Cypriot dog passed away last year we have been dog sitting various neighborhood furry friends. We work from home most of the time, which gives us flexibility to do frequent walks and little adventures. We live right next to Erasmus and Rembrandt park. If time permits and if your dog is up for it, we love going to the forest or the beach. The appartment isn’t huge but well catered for a dog, and we love playing and training with dogs as well. The house is only accessible by stairs.

Tesse and Tim alternated the walks with - and care for - Felan. He loved them equally. On the pictures sent by Tesse an Tim is clearly visible that Felan had a great time when they sat him. Communication went smoothly, all in all I can only hope that we can prolongue this petsitting arrangement in the future.
