Ik wil graag op je hond passen

Ik houd van niet al te grote honden, die graag willen knuffelen! Ik houd ze het liefst aangelijnd buiten, omdat ik een Shiba Inu gewend ben die nog wel eens de hort op gaat. Ik ben verschillende soorten honden gewend en mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar rustigere honden, deels omdat ik in een niet al te groot appartement woon. Er is een binnentuin, maar daar kan de hond eigenlijk niet terecht, wel zijn er veel parken in de buurt voor een langere wandeling! Tijdens een werkdag kan ik drie keer wandelen met de hond. Het lijkt mij leuk om op je hond te passen en naar het park te gaan samen!

Jet was erg fijn, ondanks dat Rumi een beetje lastig was (hormonaal van slag). Maar jet was een topper!

Have just moved to the Netherlands from Ireland and have had to leave my family dogs behind- missing company on my walks and evening cuddles. Liefdevolle, ervaren én flexibele oppassers

[ENGLISH BELOW] Hi! Wij zijn Braden (27) en Ashley (28). Wij wonen sinds 2023 samen in Amsterdam, nadat Braden (Brits/Zuid-Afrikaans) is verhuisd naar Nederland. Wij hebben beide altijd verschillende soorten honden gehad en missen dit enorm nu wij zelf samen (nog) geen hond hebben. Daarom vinden we het superfijn om via deze manier anderen uit de brand te kunnen helpen én zelf omringd te blijven met viervoeters. Wij wonen 5 minuutjes van zowel Rembrandtpark als Erasmuspark (hier heb je zelfs een plek speciaal voor honden!) vandaan wat een ideale omgeving is om erop uit te gaan. Ook werken we allebei grotendeels thuis en zijn we ontzettend flexibel, waardoor we veel aandacht hebben voor oppashonden of makkelijk langs kunnen komen voor een wandeling. We hebben verder geen voorkeur voor een bepaalde dag of hoeveelheid dagen, mits we genoeg tijd hebben om het in te plannen. Ashley heeft een aantal jaar geleden met haar eigen Shi-Tzu en Chihuahua een nestje gehad, en dus ervaring met zowel het opvoeden van (zeer) jonge puppies als omgang met senioren. Natuurlijk is iedereen hond anders, maar we zijn er erg van bewust waar verschillende rassen en leeftijden aan toe zijn (en waar niet!). Last but not least, staan we er allebei voor open om natuurlijk even (digitaal of thuis) kennis te maken. We snappen dat het best spannend kan zijn. Dus stuur ons vooral een berichtje als je meer wil weten! Liefs, Braden en Ashley ---- Hi! We are Braden (27) and Ashley (28). We have been living together in Amsterdam since 2023, after Braden (British/South African) moved to the Netherlands. We've both always had different types of dogs in our lives and miss it greatly now that we don't (yet) have one of our own. That's why we're really happy to be able to help others by offering dog-sitting services, while surrounding ourselves by dogs. We live just 5 minutes away from both Rembrandtpark and Erasmuspark (which even has a special area for dogs!), making it the perfect environment for outings. We both work mostly from home and are very flexible, meaning we can give a lot of attention to any dogs we’re looking after or easily drop by for a walk. We don’t have a preference for specific days or number of days, as long as we have enough time to plan accordingly. A few years ago, Ashley raised a litter with her own Shih Tzu and Chihuahua, so she has experience with both raising very young puppies and caring for senior dogs. Of course, every dog is different, but we are very aware of the unique needs of different breeds and ages. I’ve been a dog owner since I was a child and have always been surrounded by pets, so taking care of animals comes naturally to me. When I’m pet sitting, I dedicate myself to spending as much time as possible with the pet, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I live by myself in a one-bedroom apartment in the center/east of Amsterdam, right next to a beautiful city park. I only pet sit one pet at a time to give them all the attention they deserve. Pets will sleep in their own beds in the living room, and I make sure they feel comfortable and secure. I work from home most days, so I’m with your pet all day, offering companionship and supervision. Walkies are a big part of the routine—2-3 walks daily. I can also administer medication, following detailed instructions from the pet’s owner. Your pet will feel right at home here!

I’m 28, live by myself in a 50sqm apartment in the Amsterdam West area; by the OLVG West. I have always loved and respected animals and my heart has always been drawn to dogs! Originally I am from Romania and I grew up in Greece, where I moved out from last year; traded sunny beaches for moody weather and picturesque houses and squares with which I’m consistently in love! A few things about my parenting style - my curiosity of dog psychology and my will to be a better mom to Milu lead me into long hours reading and researching all topics regarding behavior and psychology, nutrition, exercises and training and well as the specific needs of different breeds. I bring love, patience, understanding and curiosity about the intricacies of each breed and character. What brings me here is how much I miss my little girl! Unfortunately I lost her to a heart condition and while I still find it painful, losing her and to balm down my wounds, I think caring for and receiving a little bit of love here and there would also make me very very happy! Ik ben opgegroeid op een boerderij in Friesland, waar dieren altijd een groot onderdeel van het dagelijks leven waren. Ik heb door de jaren heen ervaring opgedaan met honden, katten, geiten, konijnen, kippen en paarden. Daardoor ben ik gewend aan dieren van verschillende soorten, groottes, karakters en behoeften.
