Friendly dog sitter in Den Haag!

I have had dogs most of my life, from varying sizes and am comfortable with most to all dogs. I, however, am not a dog trainer and unfortunately won’t be able to look after dogs with large tempers. I live on the Laan van NOI and have a clean space that all dogs and cats will love. I also am available to walk the dog to the Haagse Bos or any green areas where they will be able to play (on a leash) and enjoy the outdoors. I had my own mixed Labrador, Pepe, who peacefully passed away last August at the age of 13.5. Since then, I’ve truly missed having my best buddy beside me for hikes in nature and swims by the sea. I live in the center of The Hague, within walking distance of forests and parks. I also have a fenced garden with a parasol that provides shade during the summer months. I only accept vaccinated dogs and prefer calm, non-aggressive, and non-excessively barking dogs so the neighbors are not disturbed. I generally prefer dogs staying longer than 5 days, as it takes time for them to feel comfortable and get to know me, and I enjoy building a real connection with the dogs I care for. While your dog is staying with me, you can expect regular photo and video updates from our forest walks and outdoor adventures. During weekends, I often drive to the beach so the dogs can play, explore, and enjoy the sea as well. Your dog will be cared for with patience, respect, and love, and I’m confident they will be in very good hands with me.

Dawn took great care of our dog while we were away. She gave him a lot of love and attention and I could tell by the videos he got comfortable really fast, to the point he wanted all attention for himself xD We are very grateful that she had the time and that Spico had a great time as well. I didn't feel the need to keep asking questions because Dawn seemed very reliable and good with dogs. Pepe is also a great company and a delight to be around. Also grateful to Pepe that he put up with our overly enthusiastic Spico who is indeed used to having all the attention, keeping his stuff his etc All in all, Dawn and Pepe are a great duo to take care of your dog while you are away!

Helaas heb ik niet de tijd om altijd voor een hond te kunnen zorgen ivm werk, maar vind het enorm leuk om zo af en toe op te passen. Ik ben zelf altijd opgevoed met honden (golden retrievers) en mis een hondengezelschap dus wel een beetje. mijn apartement is niet enorm groot (44m2) maar heb wel een tuintje en vind het lekker om te wandelen. Ruimte voor een wat kleinere tot middelgrote hond is er wel en we gaan er gewoon lekker op uit. Bijvoorbeeld wandelen bij de kralingse plas/langs de rotte of de maas… Misschien tot snel?!

Gezelligheid!

Een hele goedendag! Ik ben Sanne, 33 jaar. Ik woon alleen en dus ook zonder kinderen in een appartement in Rotterdam. Gezien mijn veelal wisselende diensten kan ik vooraf goed inschatten wanneer ik tijd heb . Regelmatig ben ik in de gelegenheid tijd te maken. Ik hou van buiten zijn en wandelen, maar zal de wandelingen uiteraard aanpassen aan de behoefte van de hond. Indien baasje en hond de voorkeur geven aan lange wandelingen denk ik daar graag in mee. Liever kleine rondjes in de buurt? Ook prima! Gezien ik op dit moment veel thuis ben maar dit in de toekomst kan gaan veranderen wil ik niet zelf een huisdier aanschaffen. Ik vind het belangrijk een huisdier de juiste zorg, aandacht en stabiliteit te kunnen bieden. Door middel van deze website help ik graag de baasjes die op zoek zijn naar een oppasadres en kan ik toch zorgen voor een huisdier. Ik kan niet wachten om de gezelligheid te ervaren van een huis met kat of hond. BELANGRIJK: Mijn appartement heeft 4 trappen en geen lift. Voor mij is het geen probleem de hond te tillen, maar natuurlijk wel met toestemming van zijn/haar baasje. Heeft u daar zelf ideeën over dan hoor ik dit graag.

Sanne heeft fantastisch goed voor onze beestjes gezorgd. Ze kwamen heerlijk relaxed thuis.

Before moving to the Netherlands I myself had a husky, a chow chow and a mix german shepard. I adore dogs and enjoy being in their presence. We maken lol! & we gaan lekker naar buiten!

Altijd in om ergens een handje te helpen maar daarnaast ook vooral graag zelf op pad met een hond! Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en katten en ik ga nu vaak zelf ook een weekend weg of een dagje naar de bossen of zee met de hond. wij hebben thuis altijd een labrador gehad maar ik heb al op veel verschillende honden gepast. bijv. de Portuguese waterhond, Toller, Labradoodle, Australian, Husky’s, Tekkel’s en Beagle’s. We zijn heel blij met de zorg en aandacht die onze hond Koester kreeg als ze bij Evy was of Evy bij haar. Ze is vriendelijk en flexibel, heel fijn. We kregen regelmatig updates en foto’s, wat erg leuk was. Doordat we gingen verhuizen is de afstand helaas te groot geworden maar we raden Evy zeker aan als oppas!

Al 27 jaar leef ik samen met honden en katten. Mijn ouders hebben altijd honden en katten gehad waardoor ik mij geen leven zonder kan voorstellen.
