Onlangs, eind 2025, ben ik begonnen met de opleiding Prive-Hondentrainer bij Edupet. Mijn ervaring met honden is altijd goed geweest, houd er van om de hond tijdens het wandelen de volledige aandacht te geven. Denk aan oefeningen tot het gooien van speeltjes of natuurlijk takken. Het is tijdens de wandeling even het feestje van de hond, dus zo min mogelijk afleidingen. Zelf ben ik erg rustig met honden en zal mijn relatie met de hond altijd baseren op vertrouwen en niet op domineren. Liefst als de hond het kan ga ik ook ergens op een mooie plek wandelen. Bijvoorbeeld in het bos of op het strand, zodat de hond lekker zijn energie kwijt kan. Bespreek dus ook graag de mogelijkheden.

Tom is gek op dieren! Onze hond springt altijd een gat in de lucht als hij bij ons langskomt en kwispelt dan bijna zijn staart eraf! Tom vindt het heel leuk om met honden een lange wandeling te maken en dan met ze te ravotten of te trainen.

Doordat we al jaren samen zijn, hebben we ook veel voor elkaars huisdieren gezorgd. Daarnaast hebben we regelmatig opgepast op de huisdieren van familie en collega's. Dat beviel ons zo goed dat we besloten hebben om ons ook via Petbnb aan te melden. Bij ons kun je terecht voor zowel dagopvang als meerdaagse opvang. Of je nu een dag weg bent of meerdere nachten of weken op vakantie gaat, jouw huisdier is van harte welkom om bij ons te komen logeren. Kirsten werkt in een ziekenhuis vlak bij huis en is na haar dienst snel weer thuis. Bram werkt meestal vier dagen per week vanuit huis en is op de andere dagen vaak al vroeg in de middag thuis. Hierdoor is er veel gezelschap en hoeft jouw huisdier zelden lang alleen te zijn. Wij behandelen ieder huisdier alsof het ons eigen dier is. Tijdens het verblijf sturen we graag foto's en updates, zodat je met een gerust hart kunt genieten van je tijd weg. We kijken ernaar uit om jou en je huisdier te ontmoeten!

Alleen maar lovende woorden voor Kirsten en Bram. Mijn vriend en ik gingen 10 dagen op vakantie en wij hebben Mochi met een goed gevoel achtergelaten. Ze komen professioneel over en ik merkte dat ze allebei ervaring en verstand hebben van dieren. Ik heb dagelijks updates gekregen over hoe het met hem ging. Het contact verliep soepel. Hello from a local dog lover and enthusiast! I have loved dogs for all of my life, and had my own (Captain, a rescued mutt) since I was 12 years old. Although I've only sporadically had a dog in my own vicinity since then, I spent a few months dog-sitting a doberman during a workaway two years ago, and spent this summer on a husky kennel in Tana, Norway caring for and doing the daily routines of 47 huskies (including 4 puppies and 11 yearlings). My experience with dogs I would consider wide-ranging, and I am so happy to hang out with dogs as it really brings me the greatest joy. I have a cosy and relatively large flat which I share with my roommate who is a horseback-rider and fellow animal lover and enthusiast. This means that your pooch will get a 2-for-1 deal and friend in us both (although the dog would be my responsibility and remain in my space mostly). However, as there are two of us, and I live in a building with many friends nearby, the dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. I am a student with a schedule that is heavy on Mondays and Thursdays, with the other days all 'off' (and a 3 hour course on Wednesdays), meaning I have plenty of free time to watch after and hang out with a canine companion. Additionally, there is always someone nearby should there be an emergency that needs tending to, and my uni is a 6 minute walk from the flat, for extra insurance.

Home away from home!

I live with my husband, who love dogs as much as I do and also have experience taking care of them & we love having a furry friend at our place to shower lot of love!
