Hi! Ik ben echt dol op honden, en katten. Vroeger thuis altijd katten en een hond gehad. Helaas is mijn leven tot nu toe niet helemaal gelopen zoals ik wilde en is het nooit handig geweest om zelf een hond of kat in huis te hebben. Ik woon namelijk vrij klein en ik vind het wel fijn als mijn huisdier een beetje de ruimte heeft. Wel word ik ongelooflijk blij van ze en heb ik ze graag om me heen. En als ik hen mag geloven, voelen ze zich ook altijd veilig bij mij 😊 Ik heb heel veel liefde te geven en weet zeker dat ze bij mij de volledige aandacht krijgen ❤️

Hi, Ik ben Maxime, 28 jaar en woonachtig in Hillegom. Ik heb 2 kleine hondjes samen met mijn vriend , Lizzy en Harley. Beide zijn het kruisingen tussen pomeriaan en chihuahua. Playful, loving, down-to-earth & good communicator

I almost enjoy spending time with dogs more than with people. I really love social dogs and I love playing and training, which I find so rewarding! I get excited when dogs are excited and love learning, so I have no problem leaving the house 10 times a day to potty train a puppy or walk for two hours in the park with an active dog while throwing a ball or doing little search challenges. I also think it's much nicer to cuddle on the couch after a long (or short) day in the park. I have signed up to Petbnb, since I work too much to be a dog mom myself - instead I will be the fun aunt. More about my experience: I've grown up around labradors and a springer spaniel in my family, all family dogs and some also trained and used for hunting. It taught me simple training techniques and made me see the joy that comes with a well-behaved and loved dog. I was the regular dog sitter for a broholmer for a few years, we always had the best time together. Currently I am the regular sitter for an old staffy. We tend to spend more time on the couch than in the park, but that's her preference. I also love bringing her when getting a coffee with friends or take her on a drive somewhere fun outside the city. Additionally I volunteer at a dog shelter, where I clean and go for walks with the dogs. I meet many different breeds here every week, and additionally I get to learn from professional dog trainers and caretakers. I've previously owned an english bulldog, Benji, a young rescue. He had issues with eating, seperation and stress because of his experiences, which I worked on together with a professional trainer. I definitely have a soft spot for those bully breeds now. Dogs communicate so much to us, and it's very important to read their body language, while I only give simple, easy to understand commands and use my body language. I am always calm and let the dog come to me, so they feel more relaxed and they can trust me. I have a lot of patience when getting to know new dogs, and I really appreciate all the little wins along the way, also if your dog has any special needs. More about my personal life: I'm originally from Copenhagen and moved to Amsterdam three years ago, when my boyfriend got a job here. I took a chance, quit my job and moved. I have learned some dutch, but communicate better in english still. I work in the fashion industry in a creative job. - I currently work full time and commute, so only my weekends are available. - We have an elevator in our building, if we are dog sitting in our apartment.

I work in Marketing and living south of vondelpark , , Amsterdam. My house is a 2BHK and quite spacious. My flatmate and i love dogs and dogs are great company to have! I also really enjoy going on walks so having pawprints along my walk is always fun. I treat a dog as a homie and will take care of it like my own :) I do not speak Dutch and dog love has no language. The dog owner needs to feel comfortable on few important points - the dog is well taken care of and a priority (not left on it's own, fed on time & taken for walks) and the dog is comfortable with the babysitter. Therefore, when i baby sit a dog, i'll ensure that i take care of it. I also love having a dog around as they are adorable and usually the dog shares the same with me. For dog sitting, I would like to understand any Do and don'ts, if any. I prefer to take dogs that are trained not to pee in the house and the dog must be vaccinated. Also, if any food needs to be given to the dog, the owner must provide me with the same. ( I ofcourse have some dog treats but not full meals) Lastly, if i keep your dog please be rest assured that the dog will be happy and safe : )

Whenever I see a dog, any dog - I think of Yara immediately. My first reaction is to grab my phone and film the dog I have juste seen, and send it to her. That is the kind of power she has over me. Even amongst my group of friends, it is a given that no one loves their dog more than Yara loves hers. She has great patience and care for animals, even more so when it comes to her own dog, Blondie. Yara will immediately notice when something is wrong with Blondie, and always knows what to do. She never uses violence, ever, and has a solution for all of Blondie's tantrums. She celebrates Blondie's birthdays, and knows by heart of all her dog's habits and ticks. She is overall an amazing owner and whenever I will be thinking of adopting a dog, I will definitely go to her for advice. Honden liefhebber die graag wandelt!

Ik ben een 23 jaar wonende in Amsterdam West, altijd op gegroeid met honden thuis. I cared for and trained these sweeties, gave them a safe and loving home to decompress from all the hardships, before they got adopted #savinglives Your dog will receive maximum attention, play time, walks, bathroom stops and belly rubs :-))). And of course I will sent you photo/video/text updates so you are assured your furry sweetheart has the best time ever. Your dog will be walked at least two to three times a day (depending on how long the sitting lasts). Your pup may be left alone 2 hours max. There are no other pets in my home. I live on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator, so be aware your dog needs to be able to take stairs or is fine with being carried. My home is near the Vondelpark so I am well situated to take your pupper to enjoy some exercise and fresh air. Please, feel free to reach out to me. 1- 1,5 uur wandeling

Elke dag maakt ik samen met mijn hond (Podenco) een mooie uitgebreide wandeling in diverse gebieden. Het lijkt mij erg leuk om deze wandeling te vergezellen met honden die dit ook erg leuk vinden en dit ook goed kunnen gebruiken. De wandeling wordt ervaren als een van de leukste dingen op de dag. Ik kies elke dag zorgvuldig weer een andere route waardoor het elke dag weer een nieuw avontuur wordt. Bij voorkeur kies ik de wat rustigere gebieden op waardoor ik mij vaak alleen waan met de hond. Dit vind ik heerlijk! Mijn hond is een adoptie-hond Podenco uit Spanje en heb ik vanaf pup. Ik ben helemaal in het honden gedrag gedoken en heb direct een 12 weken cursus praktijk en theorie gedaan. Hier heb ik enorm veel geleerd en is de band met mijn hond versterkt. Het samenzijn gaat nu zo natuurlijk dat ik voel dat ik er best nog 1 of 2 bij kan hebben tijdens het wandelen. Ik ben opzoek naar de wat makkelijkere honden om uit te laten die over het algemeen vrolijk gestemd zijn en makkelijk in de omgang zijn met andere honden en mensen. Honden die een lange mooie wandeling erg kunnen waarderen waardoor ze daarna heerlijk kunnen slapen.

Dogs have been a huge part of my life since childhood, so no surprise that I grew into dog lover. I own big dogs like Akita Inu and Bernese mountain dog. With them I learned to train and treat big dogs that need a lot of activity. I also have experience in dog showing and grooming as well as dog sitting with friends and family members pets.
