Actually missing my 6yo shelter mixed dog Dobby in Spain but visiting him a couple of times a year and always bringing him toys (that he destroys in 5 min). I love animals!! Hi ! I'm Wes, a Dutch 24 year old university student in Amsterdam. Looking after pets for payment sounded too good to be true but apparently it's possible. I love all types of animals, dogs and cats especially, and I only have a slight preference for dogs. I'm Dutch / American and grew up on a farm in the south of the Netherlands, where we had donkey chicken sheep dogs and cats. Unfortunately I have no dogs or pets anymore but I still think often about the two dogs we had on the farm. I stop by and say hi to any animals I can. My friends tell me I should get pets because of this but I have no space. Pet setting, for me it's a lot like looking after someone's kid so that's how I'll treat it. Er zijn genoeg wandelmogelijkheden, parken en het Diemerbos biedt natuurlijk extra leuke mogelijkheden. Ik woon op mezelf, maar mijn vriend (erg rustig en ook een dierenliefhebber) komt regelmatig langs. Mijn werk als freelancer is flexibel. Ik werk thuis of ben helemaal vrij om te zorgen dat het dier zich op zijn gemak en veilig voelt. Natuurlijk kan ik in overleg ook bij jou thuis langskomen. Zodoende veel ervaring met veel verschillende soorten honden, van puppy's tot oudere honden, van eigenwijze fox-terriërs tot herdershonden. -- Hi! I don't work at the moment so I have a lot of free time during the day and would love to spend that time outside with your dog! 'Back in the days' at my parents' house we always had dogs, and I really miss that! Lieve honden oppas zoekt maatje!

Op mijn vrije dagen zou ik het super leuk vinden om bezig te zijn met de dieren waarvan ik het meeste houd, honden! Zelf Heb ik 12 jaar lang de liefste amerikaanse bulldog mix gehad 'Mobby' en hij is mijn allerbeste vriend. Toen ik 8 jaar oud was heb ik hem van mijn ouders gekregen en sindsdien zijn we onafscheidelijk. Ik heb hem dan ook zelf alles moeten leren dat hij weet. Waarom ik me heb aangemeld is omdat ik het contact met honden ongelooflijk veel mis sinds mijn maatje is overleden en ik zeker weet dat ik honden die extra aandacht nodig hebben dat kan geven.
