I'm a 26-year-old student from Australia, studying a Master of Interior Architecture at the Willem de Kooning Academy (with a history of Fine Arts). I LOVE animals, and have experience dog-sitting back in Melbourne - long-term and frequently I looked after an Akita-Inu, and the other dogs were a chihuahua and a mixed-breed terrier. I adore dogs more than I can put into words - I grew up with dogs, and had up until this year my darling Toto living in Australia with my parents, who was 17 years old (!) and such a darling. He was a Tenterfield Terrier. Hoi, ik ben Jasmine! Ik heb de afgelopen 22 jaren van mijn leven met honden geleefd. Nu mijn woonlocatie (vier hoog) wat ongunstiger is voor lieftallige viervoeters, sta ik te popelen hondenoppas te worden. Lekker te wandelen in bossen en aan stranden. Gezellig spelletjes te spelen, om ze zowel fysiek als mentaal te blijven stimuleren. En natuurlijk rust te pakken wanneer ze dat nodig hebben! Alhoewel ik vrij nieuw ben in het “hondenoppasveld” (sinds 4 augustus aangemeld), heb ik wel wat ervaring met het passen op honden. Ik liet vaak, met veel plezier, de Beagle van mijn buurvrouw uit. Ook heb ik even op een Cocker Spaniel puppy gepast (Lola, op mijn profielfoto). Die was zelf geen fan van wandelen, dus heb daar vooral veel mee geknuffeld en gespeeld :D. Zou u het leuk vinden uw viervoeter aan mij toe te vertrouwen, hoor ik dat graag! U mag mij ook altijd een persoonlijk bericht sturen om even kennis te maken. Ik kan me voorstellen dat het toch vaak spannend kan zijn om je beste vriend(in) bij een vreemde achter te laten. Misschien tot dan!

Hoi allemaal ik ben johnpaul 36 jaar uit denhaag loosduinen. Sinds jonge leeftijd ben ik al in aanraking geweest met dieren. Thuis hadden we 2 katten en ik vond het altijd leuk om met de buren mee te gaan hun honden uitlaten. Op school ben ik de dieren/dierenverzorging opgegaan en heb dit met plezier gedaan. Johnpaul heeft gepast op onze puppy. Er werd gedurende de dag goed gecommuniceerd wat erg fijn is want hij was bij ons thuis :) Ollie is beide keren lang uitgelaten en we ontvingen leuke filmpjes waar op te zien was dat ze het leuk hadden gehad. Loving and caring pet-sitter!

I am a psychologist, and I love animals. I’m actually convinced that so many of our mental issues would improve or even be cured with more animals (and nature in general) around us. Crazy-about-Cats-and-Dogs Lady

I have taken care of 10 cats and 3 dogs my whole life since I was a kid. I even owned 13 cats before I moved here in the Netherlands. Ik doe graag lange wandeling met mijn hond Yuka. Ze is van mij verplicht om dagelijks minstens 10km te lopen, niet alleen is het goed voor haar, maar het is ook goed voor mij. Aangezien ik graag van lopen houd, dacht ik, waarom niet met nog een hondje erbij. Als ik het hondje en haar of zijn eigenaar hiermee blij kan maken, waarom niet? Ik heb niet zoveel ervaring met honden, behalve met mijn eigen hond. Yuka is 4 jaar en is een Shiba inu. Ze is heel rustig en zeer lui, wat ik beetje jammer vind omdat ik graag met haar wil spelen. Ik ben heel erg spontaan en zeer lief en ik verwen alle hondjes die ik tegenkom. Onze vaste wandeltijd is tussen 11:30 en 13:00/ 14:00. De wandeling duurt minstens 2 uurtjes. Wij wandelen vaak in de omgeving van het Haagse bos, Malieveld, Hofvijver en centrum.

Erg sociale en spontane dieren en hondenvriend! :)

Ik heb zelf 10 jaar een hond gehad en dat was mijn maatje! Ik ben helemaal gek van honden en vind het mega leuk om met ze te spelen/wandelingen te maken/naar het strand te gaan, noem maar op! Ik ben erg sociaal en zorgzaam en vind het belangrijk dat de honden + het huis goed verzorgd worden. Hello there, I grew up with dogs from a young age and have experience caring for many different breeds and sizes. I had my own mixed Labrador, Pepe, who peacefully passed away last August at the age of 13.5. Since then, I’ve truly missed having my best buddy beside me for hikes in nature and swims by the sea. I live in the center of The Hague, within walking distance of forests and parks. I also have a fenced garden with a parasol that provides shade during the summer months. I only accept vaccinated dogs and prefer calm, non-aggressive, and non-excessively barking dogs so the neighbors are not disturbed. I am especially patient with senior dogs and still have all the necessary support equipment from caring for my elderly Pepe. I generally prefer dogs staying longer than 5 days, as it takes time for them to feel comfortable and get to know me, and I enjoy building a real connection with the dogs I care for. While your dog is staying with me, you can expect regular photo and video updates from our forest walks and outdoor adventures. During weekends, I often drive to the beach so the dogs can play, explore, and enjoy the sea as well. Your dog will be cared for with patience, respect, and love, and I’m confident they will be in very good hands with me.

Dawn took great care of our dog while we were away. She gave him a lot of love and attention and I could tell by the videos he got comfortable really fast, to the point he wanted all attention for himself xD We are very grateful that she had the time and that Spico had a great time as well. I didn't feel the need to keep asking questions because Dawn seemed very reliable and good with dogs. Pepe is also a great company and a delight to be around. Also grateful to Pepe that he put up with our overly enthusiastic Spico who is indeed used to having all the attention, keeping his stuff his etc All in all, Dawn and Pepe are a great duo to take care of your dog while you are away!
