Hi :) My name is Perry, I recently moved to the Netherlands for my study! I always grew up with dogs at home (we had a Labrador, two Yorkshires, and now we are sticking to golden retrievers) and therefore I really miss spending time with a dog but I sadly cannot adopt one as I live in a student accommodation (I already had a hard time negotiating to be allowed to bring my cat!). I would be very happy to just spend a few hours with a dog, to pet it and play, and take it on a walk! But as huge animal lover, I just love any pet and it is always a joy for me to spend time with one!

Beste lezer, afgelopen maand is mijn hond helaas komen te overlijden. Elke donderdag ging ik altijd met hem naar het strand of andere locaties om een grote wandeling te maken. Echter na zijn overlijden mis ik deze wandeling en het gezelschap van een hond. Wegens tijdsgebrek om een hond fulltime op te voeden lijkt het mij toch leuk om op de donderdag toch nog de gezelligheid van een hond te hebben. Zou ik u kunnen helpen om uw hond van zijn/haar wandelingen te voorzien? Stuur gerust een berichtje. Ik ben zoals hierboven beschreven alleen op donderdag beschikbaar en alleen op de dagen aangegeven in de agenda. Ik beschik over al het materiaal om een hond in huis te hebben. Eisen vanuit mij: - De hond moet los kunnen lopen en kunnen reageren op commando’s - De hond vindt het niet erg om 15-30 minuten alleen thuis te zijn - De hond moet gezellig zijn - De hond is zinderlijk - De hond vindt het niet erg om in een bench in de auto te zitten. (Dit account was oorspronkelijk van mijn zoon, hierdoor zijn de reviews op zijn naam.)

Een actief en lief gezin met drie jongens in Katwijk aan Zee heeft plek voor een wandel maatje voor hond Yuki de Pomsky. Wij zijn opgegroeid met honden, wonen aan het strand en duin en houden veel van wandelen. Yuki is 50% husky dus drie flinke wandelingen per dag zijn standaard bij ons. Onze drie jarige pomsky is een speelse, sociale hond die zeer goed met andere honden overweg kan. Ik ben Femke, ben 18 jaar en ik kom uit Leiden. Ik hou van dieren en dat is ook de reden waarop ik ben begonnen met honden uitlaten. I am a pet lover - dogs as well as cats. Lived my whole life around and caring for my dogs back home in Latvia - playing and exercising them, physically as well as mentally. Back home I even went through dog school with my German Shepherd and trained our puppy on my own. Here in Leiden I would prefer small to middle size dogs, just because in case of per boarding I believe my apartment would be a bit too small for a large dog. All my experience with dogs does not take away from my love of other pets like cats - in facts I am the godmother of 2 cats that my friend owns. Grote dieren vriend die van wandelen houd.

Ik heb in het verleden een Duitste herder en een Jack Russel gehad. Momenteel heb ik een wolfgrauwe keeshond en mijn vriendin een sibirsche husky. Wij zijn gek op dieren, we hebben ook nog katten en paarden. Ik ben erg sportief en beschik over een auto, boswandelingen of strandwandelingen ben ik niet vies van. Ik ben altijd heel voorzichtig aan wie ik mijn maatje toe vertrouw. Maar bij tom is dat zeker goed bevallen. Hij is heel goed geweest voor mijn hond. Hij was helemaal uit geteld en heeft zijn energie ergoed uit gegooid. Ik had er thuis geen hond meer aan. Gewoon helemaal top. Huge fan of walking and having nice company aside

I always had pets in my home when i was growing up so I understand them well enough and I enjoy my time around them, I believe they have pure and genuine energy and love towards us as long as we can reciprocate it back. I moved in to the Netherlands almost a year ago and cant afford having a companion aside me due to my financial circumstances atm, however it would be amazing to have be able to walk them and hang around with them every now and then. Hello there, I grew up with dogs from a young age and have experience caring for many different breeds and sizes. I had my own mixed Labrador, Pepe, who peacefully passed away last August at the age of 13.5. Since then, I’ve truly missed having my best buddy beside me for hikes in nature and swims by the sea. I live in the center of The Hague, within walking distance of forests and parks. I also have a fenced garden with a parasol that provides shade during the summer months. I only accept vaccinated dogs and prefer calm, non-aggressive, and non-excessively barking dogs so the neighbors are not disturbed. I am especially patient with senior dogs and still have all the necessary support equipment from caring for my elderly Pepe. I generally prefer dogs staying longer than 5 days, as it takes time for them to feel comfortable and get to know me, and I enjoy building a real connection with the dogs I care for. While your dog is staying with me, you can expect regular photo and video updates from our forest walks and outdoor adventures. During weekends, I often drive to the beach so the dogs can play, explore, and enjoy the sea as well. Your dog will be cared for with patience, respect, and love, and I’m confident they will be in very good hands with me.

Dawn took great care of our dog while we were away. She gave him a lot of love and attention and I could tell by the videos he got comfortable really fast, to the point he wanted all attention for himself xD We are very grateful that she had the time and that Spico had a great time as well. I didn't feel the need to keep asking questions because Dawn seemed very reliable and good with dogs. Pepe is also a great company and a delight to be around. Also grateful to Pepe that he put up with our overly enthusiastic Spico who is indeed used to having all the attention, keeping his stuff his etc All in all, Dawn and Pepe are a great duo to take care of your dog while you are away!
