back home, I own one big Australian shepherd named Orson and 2 cats named blue and maxwell. My dog is 8 and very well trained, he knows more than 20 tricks after a fun training we did together when he was a puppy. I have also petsitted smaller dogs in the past. I've been a pet owner my whole life and would love to take care of yours !! Same for cats, I believe I really get along well with them (and they are my favorite animals). I have a lot of availability and an apartment big enough to accommodate any kind of dog/cat for a few days. Bit mostly I live 2 minutes from the vondelpark so I can have long walks.

Dierenhotel aan het vondel

Wonend dichtbij het Vondelpark is mijn “dierenhotel” super goed geschikt voor uw hond om te komen spelen of logeren. Op die manier kunnen we lange wandelingen maken in mijn achtertuin. Zoals ik het park zelf noem. Ook heb ik mijn eigen kleine tuintje waar uw viervoeter goed kan spelen. Of om uw hond uit te laten ben ik zeer geschikt. Zelf heb ik geen hond, maar die zou ik heel graag willen. Helpen wij elkaar uit de brand? Ik door op uw hond te passen en uw hond leert mij of het in mijn leven past. Met mijn grote liefde voor dieren gaat dat zeker goedkomen. Vragen? Schroom dan vooral niet!

I was very upset that she boarded another dog overnight. To make the things worse ,the other dog was not just the opposite sex from my dog but also, like my dog, not sterilized! Because she did't inform me about this in advance ( in which case I would book someone else) nor did she refuse to sitt another dog ( she was already payed and hired by me ). Her approach was very unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied .o

Hondenliefhebster die van wandelen houdt!

Hoi, Mijn naam is Esmée en ik ben 26 jaar. Ik heb sinds mijn 14e een hondje gehad. Zij was mijn alles en is helaas is zij begin dit jaar overleden. Ik woon sinds 3 jaar weer in Amsterdam op de hoek van een park en wandel veel, maar mis toch een maatje om mij heen. Ik heb getwijfeld om een nieuw hondje te nemen, gezien kwa het wel mogelijk is met mijn thuisstudie. Ook wandel ik dagelijks door het park en langs de Amstel. Toch leek het me voor nu even handiger om als hondenoppas aan de slag te gaan. Ik pas regelmatig op de chihuahua x shih tszu van mijn moeder. Dit is nu minder vaak mogelijk vanwege de Corona situatie. Daarom zoek ik ik nu een leuk hondje uit de buurt om lekker mee te wandelen en die mij thuis gezelschap kan houden. Ook lijkt het me leuk om thuis langs te komen en nieuwe omgevingen te ontdekken samen met uw hondje. Zoekt u een oppas die dol is op honden met heel haar hart? Die geniet van verre wandelingen en het gezelschap van uw hond. Neem dan contact met mij op! Ik ben behoorlijk flexibel en veel beschikbaar in verband met mijn thuisstudie. Our dog, Rebecca, was with Esmee for 11 days. We were so happy to see that "Becca" was having good time playing and enjoying parks and outise areas. We could see that with the photos and videos that Esmee sent to us daily. That's made us more reliefe because we could see her happy everyday. We absolutely recommend Esmee to take care of your pet and for for we will contact her again. Apart of that, of course, Esmee is such a nice girl, super comunicative. It was easy to communicate with her being here or in another country with 5h of difference. Thanks a lot Esmee. We will keep in touch! ;)

I have had my dog since he was a puppy. My wife wants another one, but I'm not sure yet, as we might move intercontinental in a couple of years and the idea of a dog in a plane, sedated, stresses me out. helping others to take of their dog seems like a good combination to help others, while giving her a second dog in the house every now and then. Because we both are able to be working from home, there will be someone home most days though and for the the days we are not, we try to work half a day from home. once or twice a week, it might be up to 8 hours though, so that should be possible. therefore puppies are not a great fit, even though I would love to have one around. Normal walkschedule is a short walk in the morning. 30 minutes at lunch to a dog park. 15-60 minutes after work, depending on the weather. and 10 minutes before bed. Of course the dog gets lots of love and an elderly friend in Bammbamm. (please note that we do have stairs in our house) Ik spreek overigens ook Nederlands.

[ENGLISH BELOW] Hi! Wij zijn Braden (27) en Ashley (28). Wij wonen sinds 2023 samen in Amsterdam, nadat Braden (Brits/Zuid-Afrikaans) is verhuisd naar Nederland. Wij hebben beide altijd verschillende soorten honden gehad en missen dit enorm nu wij zelf samen (nog) geen hond hebben. Daarom vinden we het superfijn om via deze manier anderen uit de brand te kunnen helpen én zelf omringd te blijven met viervoeters. Wij wonen 5 minuutjes van zowel Rembrandtpark als Erasmuspark (hier heb je zelfs een plek speciaal voor honden!) vandaan wat een ideale omgeving is om erop uit te gaan. Ook werken we allebei grotendeels thuis en zijn we ontzettend flexibel, waardoor we veel aandacht hebben voor oppashonden of makkelijk langs kunnen komen voor een wandeling. We hebben verder geen voorkeur voor een bepaalde dag of hoeveelheid dagen, mits we genoeg tijd hebben om het in te plannen. Ashley heeft een aantal jaar geleden met haar eigen Shi-Tzu en Chihuahua een nestje gehad, en dus ervaring met zowel het opvoeden van (zeer) jonge puppies als omgang met senioren. Natuurlijk is iedereen hond anders, maar we zijn er erg van bewust waar verschillende rassen en leeftijden aan toe zijn (en waar niet!). Last but not least, staan we er allebei voor open om natuurlijk even (digitaal of thuis) kennis te maken. We snappen dat het best spannend kan zijn. Dus stuur ons vooral een berichtje als je meer wil weten! Liefs, Braden en Ashley ---- Hi! We are Braden (27) and Ashley (28). We have been living together in Amsterdam since 2023, after Braden (British/South African) moved to the Netherlands. We've both always had different types of dogs in our lives and miss it greatly now that we don't (yet) have one of our own. That's why we're really happy to be able to help others by offering dog-sitting services, while surrounding ourselves by dogs. We live just 5 minutes away from both Rembrandtpark and Erasmuspark (which even has a special area for dogs!), making it the perfect environment for outings. We both work mostly from home and are very flexible, meaning we can give a lot of attention to any dogs we’re looking after or easily drop by for a walk. We don’t have a preference for specific days or number of days, as long as we have enough time to plan accordingly. A few years ago, Ashley raised a litter with her own Shih Tzu and Chihuahua, so she has experience with both raising very young puppies and caring for senior dogs. Of course, every dog is different, but we are very aware of the unique needs of different breeds and ages. If I didn't need the money I would do it for free

Hi there! I've always been passionate about animals and I even became a vegetarian because of that. My boyfriend introduced me to PETBNB to fill in the void of not being with my own dogs while I couldn’t bring them to the Netherlands. Unfortunately I am not able to look after your dog in my own house, but I have no problem going to yours and make your puppies few as safe as they possibly can in their own environment. I have a positive approach so I don’t believe that being aggressive and showing yourself as an “alpha” is really effective. I have experience with cats and I don't have a problem with any breeds or reactive dogs, I have one myself so I know what it’s like and how to make them more comfortable. It’s all about the baby steps! I will give cuddles and pet them all day even if my hands fall off (if they like it, of course). I promise you that I can take care of your baby as if it was mine! While sitting I usually take a LOT of pictures to show you what are we up to, so I recommend saving a little space on your phone for the thousand pictures I will send you haha (I’m not joking). Jouw hondje is bij mij in goede handen. Ik ben betrouwbaar, loyaal en lief voor je hondje. Mijn hondje Olly is een reutje en vindt het gezellig om een klein speelvriendje of vriendinnetje te hebben. Ik werk regelmatig thuis en op die dagen ben ik beschikbaar. Ik woon in de Rivierenbuurt, op de 1e etage met een ruim balkon. Vlakbij de Amstel en diverse parken, heerlijk om daar te wandelen. Isle was such a great dog sitter!!! We were lucky that she was excited to take care of our 3.5 months old puppy, Arya. As you know, puppies need to be walked frequently as they can't hold their bladder as well. She was super loving and caring to Arya, and we just knew Arya was in excellent hands. She visited Arya first at our place, and we knew it was a match. She gives us updates everyday on how Arya is doing, and is very responsive! She also lets us know when she thinks Arya had some fleas on her (which is not easy to detect since she's a black dog), and we were glad we could get rid of the fleas in time! Very nice and gentle soul, and we would highly recommend Isle! Arya was so in love with Isle that I think she didn't want to come home with us ;). Thank you so much for taking such great care of Arya! She had an excellent time with you Isle!

Betrouwbaar, zorgzaam en dol op alle dieren!

Hoi! Wij zijn Donalda (32 jaar) en David (36 jaar) en ouders van een dochtertje van 4 jaar oud en wij zijn dol op dieren! Mijn partner David en ik zijn allebei opgegroeid met dieren (honden en katten) en passen geregeld op de honden van familie en vrienden. Omdat het op dit moment niet helemaal passend is in ons leven om zelf voor een huisdier te kiezen, vinden wij het wel extra leuk om geregeld op te passen als dit schikt. Wij wonen in Amsterdam (Buitenveldert) en hebben ook een tuin. Daarnaast wonen wij dichtbij het ‘Ecolint’ wat een fijn wandelgebied is voor honden. En met als kers op de taart het Amsterdamse bos, wat met de auto op 5 minuten rijden ligt.

Donalda & David hebben met veel zorg en liefde op Syskha de Chiwawa gepast. Ze is niets tekortgekomen: fijne wandelingen ook in het Amsterdamse Bos, goed gegeten en volop aandacht en knuffels gekregen. Het was ook fijn om foto’s te krijgen en Sys vrolijk te zien. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen, de volgende keer vraag ik hen zeker weer om op Syskha te passen.:dog2:
