Onze hond Nobu vindt het heerlijk om met andere hondjes te spelen. Omdat we nog van plan zijn om veel te reizen, kiezen we ervoor om nu geen tweede hond te nemen. Wel lijkt het ons heel leuk om af en toe voor een extra hondje te zorgen en die gezelligheid voor hem te bieden. In onze keukendeur zit een klein dierenluikje, waardoor kleine honden zelfstandig naar binnen en buiten kunnen lopen (ideaal voor honden die van een beetje vrijheid houden!) 😉 Bij ons krijgen jouw honden niet alleen goede zorg, maar ook liefde, aandacht en knuffels. Of ze nu overdag komen spelen of ’s nachts blijven logeren, ik zorg ervoor dat ze zich hier thuis en gelukkig voelen. ❤️ Ik kijk er enorm naar uit om jouw hond(en) te leren kennen! Mijn naam is Jiska en zolang ik mij kan herinneren is mijn liefde en passie voor dieren heel groot! Vanaf kleins af aan hadden wij al katten bij mijn ouders thuis, waar nu nog steeds een rode rakker genaamd Bowie rondloopt. De liefde voor andere dieren was er altijd ook al, en is ook de grootste reden waarom ik voor al m’n vrienden en vriendinnen de oppas voor hun huisdieren ben. De dieren waar ik vooral op pas zijn dan ook katten en honden. De liefde voor honden werd nóg groter toen mijn schoonouders een labradoodle kregen. Toen kwam ik er achter wat voor onvoorwaardelijke liefde zo’n beestje je kan geven. En daarnaast ook nog eens gezelligheid & vrolijkheid. Met alle liefde passen wij vaak genoeg op deze lieve doodle genaamd Otis. Helaas wonen wij in een appartement en zijn wij nog onregelmatig van huis waardoor wij (nog) geen dieren kunnen hebben. Ik mis dus een beetje dierenliefde en pas ik graag op die van jou! En ik wandel graag… Wat is er leuker om dat met een harig maatje te doen?

Rennen, wandelen, spelen om daarna lekker relaxen. Niks leuker dan een contente viervoeter! Ik beleef een fantastische connectie met dieren en heb dan zelf ook altijd dieren gehad. (Honden, katten, konijnen, geiten, vissen, cavia's en hamsters). Het zijn de grootste schatten op aarde. I am a former pet owner, have grown up with a wonderful labrador, and have looked after cats and dogs for most of my life. My boyfriend and I have a cute apartment in the countryside, we have a flowerful balcony, and we’re surrounded by green. There are lots of areas where your pets can enjoy themselves. Shelter Dogs | Animal Behaviour Student

Hello there! After exploring different paths, I realized that my heart has always been with animals, so I decided to follow my childhood dream of working with them. I’m now a Clinical Animal Behavior student, and I couldn’t be more excited to turn something I love so much into my future career. I also volunteer at DOA, the largest animal shelter in the Netherlands, where I work with dogs from all kinds of backgrounds and personalities. I help with socialization, basic training, and supporting dogs with different behavioral needs. I’ve completed training focused on fearful and reactive dogs, as well as an 8-week course tailored to an individual dog’s needs. My sweetheart Milo crossed the rainbow bridge in June, and he’s the biggest reason I decided to follow this path. Spending time with other dogs is one of the ways I still feel close to him and I know he’d be happy to see me doing this. ❤️ Having loved Milo as much as I did, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. If it were up to us, we’d take them everywhere but sometimes that’s not possible. So no worries, I’ll treat them like my own and keep you updated with plenty of pictures and little updates along the way. 😊 I live with my boyfriend, and we both have flexible schedules. Our place is just 15 minutes from Vondelpark and close to two local dog parks, so your dog will have plenty of opportunities to sniff, explore, and have fun.
