I am a pet lover eager to help you care for your furry, four-legged family members. As the owner of a beautiful adult Golden Retriever whose energy is still that of a puppy, I am a big fan of walks and play. I can work with dogs of all sizes, big and small alike! I raised my Golden from a 7- week old puppy into a happy and healthy 13- year- old adult and would love to help you do the same with your pet. I have lived with a cat as well and have experience caring for one. I love animals, which means I genuinely care for them. I will care for your pet as I do my own dog, with love and careful consideration. During thunderstorms, I sleept next to my dog on the floor to keep him calm, I would do the same with any pet I am caring for. I feed my dog on a schedule and would have no problem caring for an animal that is used to a schedule, I have also cared for dogs who always have kibble in their bowl so they can eat when hungary and likewise have no problem with that.

Hello! Since birth I have been around dogs, starting with a Maltese terrier for 8 years. After that, we had a Bernese mountain dog for 10 years. Only two years ago we added a Hungarian vizsla to the family, all very different breeds of dogs yet all equally loved and cared for. She doesn't have enough experience with dogs and has very questionable decisions. She gave too much treat to our dog which made her vomit. She didn't inform us about it, told us everything is good. After taking Gigi back, we noticed that Gigi's bed is covered with vomit and there was vomit stains on all her body. Apparently she let her sleep in vomit and didn't clean the bed and Gigi. Another unusual thing was that she decided not to take off her leash because she didn't want to "hurt her". So she thought that leaving her on the leash for 6 days is a good idea. She took it off only after we insisted. All in all, I don't think she knows how to take care of dogs.

I’ve been a dog owner since I was a child and have always been surrounded by pets, so taking care of animals comes naturally to me. I live by myself in a one-bedroom apartment in the center/east of Amsterdam, right next to a beautiful city park. I only pet sit one pet at a time to give them all the attention they deserve. I work from home most days, so I’m with your pet all day, offering companionship and supervision. Walkies are a big part of the routine—2-3 walks daily. Anastasia was in our home for 10 days with our dog Koekie. She was the most loving and kind friend for our furbaby. We got updates and pictures or videos daily. Our dog really had such a good time with her, their energy really matched so well. We saw her multiple times before we went away. Every time Anastasia came, Koekie got so excited and wanted to go with her for nice walks and cuddle time. The house was left so clean too. Overall we highly recommend Anastasia!
