Enthousiaste hondenliefhebbers zoeken logeerhond

Wij houden allemaal van honden. Onze kinderen van 8 en 6 willen niks liever dan een eigen hond. Dat lukt voorlopig niet. Maar een logeerhond kan zeker wel! Mijn man en ik zijn met honden opgegroeid. Met de laatste hond van mijn ouders heb ik een Martin Gaus-training gedaan. Ik ken dus de manieren om een hond verantwoord op te voeden, zodat het een blije, gehoorzame hond wordt/blijft. We hebben een kat die vooral nieuwsgierig is naar honden. De gasthond zal dus wel goed met katten moeten zijn (lees: ze moeten kunnen negeren). Het bos is om de hoek, dus als je je hond bij ons brengt kunnen we heerlijk met hem/haar wandelen! En als de hond het gewend is, kan zij/hij ook mee naar het strand in de bakfiets :) Er werkt altijd iemand van ons thuis. We kunnen niet wachten om een logeerhondje te verwelkomen!

Jack heeft het erg goed gehad. Veel geknuffeld door de kinderen en goed verzorgd. Thuis was hij gelijk weer zoals altijd, daaraan kun je zien dat hij een goede tijd heeft gehad. We kregen regelmatig een bericht met een foto. Helaas zijn Jack en Pip de kat geen vrienden geworden;( Jack komt graag nog een keer logeren! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen.

I have loved dogs all my life from childhood forth

I am 68 year old but have a lot of experience with dogs. I have had 4 dogs myself as long as I am married (37 years), and have looked after dogs of the neigbours too since my childhood. I love dogs very much. One of my neighbours had a problem with his American Pitbul Terrier and had so much trust in me, that I took care of this young dog more than a year in my own house, till they reshaped their house to better fit the animals (dogs and cats) that they had. I loved this intelligent special dog, and trained him to be a good and save dog to keep. I work full time during the week, so I am at this moment only available on Saturdays and on Sunday afternoon for full care. I can walk dogs also now and then in the evening if its near my house. I live near the Amsterdam Wood in Amstelveen.

Altijd opgegroeid met honden en er zelf ook een gehad. Echt een toevoeging in mijn leven altijd geweest. Momenteel niet in de situatie om zelf een hond te hebben omdat ik oa 5 dagen werk. Het lijkt me leuk om te mogen zorgen voor uw hond en buiten te wandelen, te spelen, en te knuffelen (als zij dat ook willen natuurlijk!). Ik ben als student nog heel flexibel in mijn beschikbaarheid en zeer zorgvuldig in mijn planning zodat ik genoeg tijd kan maken voor jouw maatje :) Ik heb vroeger met mijn ouders een oude belgische herder uit het asiel in huis genomen om hem een leukere plek te geven tot zijn overlijden. Ik werkte destijds ook als vrijwilliger in het asiel bij de honden. Mijn opa had ook altijd een hond en ik vind het erg leuk om met honden te werken en hun persoonlijkheid beter te leren kunnen. Ik woon in Amsterdam Oost vlakbij park Frankendael op de begane grond, dus ook honden die moeite hebben met trappen zouden hier langs kunnen komen.

Up for running around or pets and cuddles!

Have just moved to the Netherlands from Ireland and have had to leave my family dogs behind- missing company on my walks and evening cuddles. I know how to tire a dog out with a good walk (and lots of patient sniff stops of they’re that way inclined!) or give them attention if that’s what they need. Een vrolijke en enthousiaste dierenvriendin!

Ik ben onwijs gek op dieren en wil al mijn leven lang graag een honden vriend erbij. Helaas laat ons (mijn vriend en ik) werkleven dit niet toe. Je wil wel de aandacht geven die ze nodig hebben. Daarom is petbnb de plek voor mij om toch een beetje liefde te kunnen geven aan en ontvangen van onze liefste maatjes! Ik ben al mijn leven lang omringd door dieren. Voornamelijk katten, maar ik heb ook vaker gepast op honden (en kippen, maar dat terzijde). Ik ben dus een kenner, verwen ze maar al te graag met dikke knuffels en laat ze graag uit in de natuur. Zo krijgt de hond quality time en wordt ik opgeladen van het buiten zijn en de gezelligheid dat een hond geeft. We hebben twee katten, maar die zijn het grootste gedeelte van de dag buiten en zullen ook niet binnen zijn als ik op de hond pas. Ik ben voornamelijk beschikbaar op zondag, van 09:00 tot 17:00 uur. Dan kan ik oppassen en uitlaten. Ook ben ik beschikbaar op de maandag en woensdag tijdens de lunch (12:00-13:30 uur) om uit te laten. Af en aan ben ik vrijdag in de middag tot 17:00 uur beschikbaar, oppassen in overleg. Het lijkt mij onwijs leuk om op een lieve honden vriend te passen. Iets wat op dit moment niet zelf lukt, maar iets wat ik wel graag wil. Voor ras en leeftijd heb ik geen voorkeur. Iedereen is welkom. Ze zijn hier op het juiste adres voor vrolijkheid, gezelligheid en zelfs liefde en ze helpen mij om niet op een scherm te zitten. Een win-win dus!
