Daarnaast weet ik goed te letten op het gedrag van een hond door middel van oren/neus/staart. Ik ben 30 jaar oud en een echte hondenliefhebber. Ik ben zelf super actief, sport veel en werk als advocaat. Helaas heb ik op dit moment niet de tijd/middelen voor een fulltime hond maar wil ik wel graag oppassen op de dagen dat ik thuiswerk of in het weekend. Ik woon 3 minuten lopen van het Oosterpark. Door een hond ga je vaker naar buiten en ik vind het heerlijk om een paar keer per dag te gaan wandelen. Hondenliefhebster die van wandelen houdt!

Hoi, Mijn naam is Esmée en ik ben 26 jaar. Ik heb sinds mijn 14e een hondje gehad. Zij was mijn alles en is helaas is zij begin dit jaar overleden. Ik woon sinds 3 jaar weer in Amsterdam op de hoek van een park en wandel veel, maar mis toch een maatje om mij heen. Ook lijkt het me leuk om thuis langs te komen en nieuwe omgevingen te ontdekken samen met uw hondje. Zoekt u een oppas die dol is op honden met heel haar hart? Our dog, Rebecca, was with Esmee for 11 days. We were so happy to see that "Becca" was having good time playing and enjoying parks and outise areas. We could see that with the photos and videos that Esmee sent to us daily. That's made us more reliefe because we could see her happy everyday. Ik ben Bloem, een 22 jarige studente woonachtig in Amsterdam. Nu ik op mezelf in Amsterdam woon mis ik het ontzettend om veel met honden te zijn. Ik studeer op dit moment Politicologie aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam (2e jaars) en woon in het centrum. Fijn hondenplekje in regio Hilversum

Zolang ik me kan herinneren, heb ik altijd met honden geleefd. Van een chihuahua en een teckel, een Duitse herder, naar een mini golden retriever en uiteindelijk een Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever van mijn ouders die ik regelmatig opzoek. Helaas heb ik zelf nog niet 24/7 de tijd voor een eigen hondje dus ik bied mij graag aan als hondenoppas. Met mijn vriend (die ook een hondenliefhebber is) wonen wij in een flatgebouw tegenover een mooi bos met veel losloopplekken dus ideaal voor een hond die van wandelingen houdt. Zelf ben ik ook ondernemend dus eventjes mee naar het dorp of in de auto mee naar sociale gelegenheden lijkt mij leuk om te doen met de hond.

Liefdevolle oppas die graag veel aandacht geeft

Home away from home!

I live with my husband, who love dogs as much as I do and also have experience taking care of them & we love having a furry friend at our place to shower lot of love! I have been on other petsitting apps , where I have taken care of almost 10-15 dogs for the past 3 years. I moved to Amsterdam recently from Rotterdam and we live in a Pet-friendly neighborhood with lots of open space for long walks! Med and my husbands work schedules are pretty flexible, and we plan our work days based on each other availability, so we ensure that atleast one of us is at home when we have taken dogs. I have taken care of many dogs here in Netherlands which included breeds like - Maltese, Mini-Poodle, Poodles, Golden retriever, Shih Tzu, Labrador, Cocker-spaniels etc, whose age varied from 3 month old to 12 years and I could say that my friends and the puppies were always happy coming back to my place :)

Playful, loving, down-to-earth & good communicator

I almost enjoy spending time with dogs more than with people. I really love social dogs and I love playing and training, which I find so rewarding! I get excited when dogs are excited and love learning, so I have no problem leaving the house 10 times a day to potty train a puppy or walk for two hours in the park with an active dog while throwing a ball or doing little search challenges. I also think it's much nicer to cuddle on the couch after a long (or short) day in the park. I have signed up to Petbnb, since I work too much to be a dog mom myself - instead I will be the fun aunt. More about my experience: I've grown up around labradors and a springer spaniel in my family, all family dogs and some also trained and used for hunting. It taught me simple training techniques and made me see the joy that comes with a well-behaved and loved dog. I was the regular dog sitter for a broholmer for a few years, we always had the best time together. Currently I am the regular sitter for an old staffy. We tend to spend more time on the couch than in the park, but that's her preference. I also love bringing her when getting a coffee with friends or take her on a drive somewhere fun outside the city. Additionally I volunteer at a dog shelter, where I clean and go for walks with the dogs. I meet many different breeds here every week, and additionally I get to learn from professional dog trainers and caretakers. I've previously owned an english bulldog, Benji, a young rescue. He had issues with eating, seperation and stress because of his experiences, which I worked on together with a professional trainer. I definitely have a soft spot for those bully breeds now. Dogs communicate so much to us, and it's very important to read their body language, while I only give simple, easy to understand commands and use my body language. I am always calm and let the dog come to me, so they feel more relaxed and they can trust me. I have a lot of patience when getting to know new dogs, and I really appreciate all the little wins along the way, also if your dog has any special needs. More about my personal life: I'm originally from Copenhagen and moved to Amsterdam three years ago, when my boyfriend got a job here. I took a chance, quit my job and moved. I have learned some dutch, but communicate better in english still. I work in the fashion industry in a creative job. - I currently work full time and commute, so only my weekends are available. - We have an elevator in our building, if we are dog sitting in our apartment.

Speciale hardlooproutes voor energieke honden, zoals langs de Amstel (12 km) of door het Beatrixpark (5 km) kunnen we ook doen, in overleg. In parken in de buurt van jullie huis of mijn huis, kan jouw hond los, als dat gewenst is. Als jullie in (de buurt van) Amsterdam-Zuid wonen, lijkt het me heel leuk om structureel een hond uit te laten. Ik sta er dus zeker voor open om een vaste dag af te spreken of om vast uitlater te worden. Dagopvang (Geschikt voor 1 hond of 2 honden die samenwonen): Zowel mijn vriend als ik zijn echte hondenliefhebbers, dus jouw hond krijgt volop aandacht en liefde. Wij wonen in ruim appartement (140 m²) op de 3e verdieping in Amsterdam-Zuid. Het appartement heeft een balkon en in de zomer zetten we de openslaande deuren altijd open zodat de hond op het balkon kan liggen wanneer hij of zij dat wil. Uiteraard kunnen we de deuren sluiten, mocht een hond (of baasje) het spannend vinden. Binnen 5 minuten zijn we in het Beatrixpark met een speciale losloopplek en we zijn op loopafstand van de Amstel, waar we door het gras kunnen (hard)lopen. Ik sta er zeker voor open een om een vaste oppasdag per week af te spreken, maar het lijkt me ook leuk om af en toe een oppasadres te zijn. Het is voor de baas het meest praktisch als jullie in (de buurt van) Amsterdam-Zuid wonen. Logeren (Geschikt voor 1 hond of 2 honden die samenwonen): De hond krijgt een slaapplek in de ruime gang in ons appartement op de beneden of bovenverdieping. Honden die logeren wat spannender vinden, mogen direct bij onze slaapkamerdeur. Dus of jouw hond nu een actieve hardloper is of een rustige oudere viervoeter, ik pas mijn zorg en tempo volledig aan. Met geduld en liefde bied ik jouw hond een fijne tijd, zodat jij met een gerust hart weg kunt.
