I am an expat dog owner who works from home with my dog Moody (male, German Spitz). I had a family dog (labrador) when I was young and adopted Moody 6 years ago when I was in university and he has been with me ever since. I have experience not only looking after my own but also pets of others as well. I know that every pet is unique and communication with the owners is crucial. If you tell me the special requirements for yours, I will do my best to provide that. I know that a pet is family and I will treat yours like my own!

Cem was super nice to my dog and he made sure Serif was okay during the loud fireworks around Xmas time. He shared updates when asked and also shared pictures. I would definitely book Cem’s time for Serif again. He definitely is a dog lover.

Hondenliefhebbers aan het water

Hallo hondenbezitters, Graag bieden mijn vriendin en ik ons aan om op jullie hond(en) te passen. Wij zijn woonachtig in Amsterdam Noord in een appartement met balkonnetje, aan het water met meerdere parkjes en stukjes groen om de hoek waar je met de hond kan lopen. Daarnaast wonen we niet ver van ‘t Twiske waar je de viervoeters heerlijk vrijuit kunnen rennen. Ik heb sinds mijn achtste een Friese Stabij gehad en ben dus echt opgegroei met honden. Daarnaast heb ik veel ervaring met oppassen op duck toller retrievers, labradors, golden retrievers, border-collies en doodle mixes. Door deze ervaring weet ik goed hoe ik met honden om moet gaan en hoe ik met ze moeten communiceren. Ik kan over het algemeen 3 a 4 keer per dag met de hond wandelen. Op dit moment staan we vooral open voor kortere periodes oppassen, maar evt zijn langere periodes wel bespreekbaar. Een ding is zeker, jouw hond wordt met zoveel liefde en zorg opgevangen dat hij/zij misschien wel niet meer terug wil ;) Stuur voor verdere vragen of een kennismaking gerust een berichtje!

Koen en zijn vriendin Madelon vormden een fantastisch oppasduo voor onze hond Carlos! Ze waren ontzettend lief, gezellig en verzorgend voor Carlos, en richting ons erg vriendelijk en snel en helder in de communicatie. Ook waren ze erg flexibel; toen we op de terugweg van vakantie vertraging hadden, kon hij zonder problemen een dag langer blijven. Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een betrouwbare oppas en wilt dat je hond de tijd van zijn leven heeft, is Koen een absolute aanrader!

Hoi, Mijn naam is Esmée en ik ben 26 jaar. Ik heb sinds mijn 14e een hondje gehad. Zij was mijn alles en is helaas is zij begin dit jaar overleden. Ik woon sinds 3 jaar weer in Amsterdam op de hoek van een park en wandel veel, maar mis toch een maatje om mij heen. Dit is nu minder vaak mogelijk vanwege de Corona situatie. Daarom zoek ik ik nu een leuk hondje uit de buurt om lekker mee te wandelen en die mij thuis gezelschap kan houden. Ook lijkt het me leuk om thuis langs te komen en nieuwe omgevingen te ontdekken samen met uw hondje. Zoekt u een oppas die dol is op honden met heel haar hart? Our dog, Rebecca, was with Esmee for 11 days. We were so happy to see that "Becca" was having good time playing and enjoying parks and outise areas. We could see that with the photos and videos that Esmee sent to us daily. That's made us more reliefe because we could see her happy everyday. We absolutely recommend Esmee to take care of your pet and for for we will contact her again. Apart of that, of course, Esmee is such a nice girl, super comunicative. If its needed again, then i would ask Yamile again.that is why i would recommend Yamile to everyone

Ik ben Bloem, een 22 jarige studente woonachtig in Amsterdam. Nu ik op mezelf in Amsterdam woon mis ik het ontzettend om veel met honden te zijn. Ik studeer op dit moment Politicologie aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam (2e jaars) en woon in het centrum. Hoi allemaal, Ik ben Sabine (35) en ik woon samen met mijn hondje Riley (6) in een eengezinswoning in Heemskerk. Om mee te wandelen / spelen en chillen. Ik kan uw hond een warm, liefdevol en betrouwbaar plekje geven. Ook genoeg aandacht zal er niet ontbreken. Er zijn hier genoeg mooie wandelgebieden, voor heerlijke wandelingen. We hebben keus uit het strand, bos, park en het poldergebied. Thuis lekker uitrusten, op een eigen plekje of bij mij op de bank. Ik heb ook een tuintje waar de honden gebruik van mogen maken. Riley is een kruising tussen een Beagle, Cocker Spaniel en een Boomer. Ze is in huis een rustig hondje, maar als er een hond graag wilt spelen, is zij daar zeker ook voor in! Het is wel belangrijk dat uw hond samen kan met Riley :) Liefst geen hond die mij buiten omver trekt :) Graag maken wij kennis met jullie en hoor ik wat jullie behoeftes zijn! Zien wij jullie snel? Voor vragen, stuur gerust een berichtje! Omdat ik in de zorg werk, weet ik mijn beschikbaarheid niet maanden van tevoren. Doordeweekse aanvragen zijn vrijwel altijd mogelijk. I almost enjoy spending time with dogs more than with people. I really love social dogs and I love playing and training, which I find so rewarding! I get excited when dogs are excited and love learning, so I have no problem leaving the house 10 times a day to potty train a puppy or walk for two hours in the park with an active dog while throwing a ball or doing little search challenges. I also think it's much nicer to cuddle on the couch after a long (or short) day in the park. I have signed up to Petbnb, since I work too much to be a dog mom myself - instead I will be the fun aunt. More about my experience: I've grown up around labradors and a springer spaniel in my family, all family dogs and some also trained and used for hunting. It taught me simple training techniques and made me see the joy that comes with a well-behaved and loved dog. I was the regular dog sitter for a broholmer for a few years, we always had the best time together. Currently I am the regular sitter for an old staffy. We tend to spend more time on the couch than in the park, but that's her preference. I also love bringing her when getting a coffee with friends or take her on a drive somewhere fun outside the city. Additionally I volunteer at a dog shelter, where I clean and go for walks with the dogs. I meet many different breeds here every week, and additionally I get to learn from professional dog trainers and caretakers. I've previously owned an english bulldog, Benji, a young rescue. He had issues with eating, seperation and stress because of his experiences, which I worked on together with a professional trainer. I definitely have a soft spot for those bully breeds now. Dogs communicate so much to us, and it's very important to read their body language, while I only give simple, easy to understand commands and use my body language. I am always calm and let the dog come to me, so they feel more relaxed and they can trust me. I have a lot of patience when getting to know new dogs, and I really appreciate all the little wins along the way, also if your dog has any special needs. More about my personal life: I'm originally from Copenhagen and moved to Amsterdam three years ago, when my boyfriend got a job here. I took a chance, quit my job and moved. I have learned some dutch, but communicate better in english still. I work in the fashion industry in a creative job. - I currently work full time and commute, so only my weekends are available. - We have an elevator in our building, if we are dog sitting in our apartment.

energiek - verzorgend - aandachtig - heel veel zin

Wij, Carli en Danique, wonen in een heel fijn en koel appartement in Amsterdam-Oost met een tuin! We dromen van een eigen hond, maar willen daar alle tijd voor hebben en in sommige periodes is dat in deze fase van ons leven niet het geval. Vandaar deze gezellige oplossing :) Danique heeft thuis gestreden voor een hond (inclusief PowerPoint om ouders te overtuigen) en heeft vanaf haar 12e, jaren lang met een Border Collie mogen leven. Daarna heeft ze in Amsterdam nog verschillende uitlaat honden 'gehad'. Carli is verzot van honden. Hij haalt op reis alle straathonden aan die we tegenkomen en de liefde is vaak wederzijds. Samen houden we van in de natuur zijn, weekendjes weg met onze camper en zijn beide sportief! p.s. als je twee honden hebt die komen logeren is de prijs zeker overlegbaar!

Myself and my girlfriend, Sarah, are seeking to mind a dog on our work from home days. We live in a first floor apartment with a large terrace, very close to Erasmuspark and Rembrandtpark. We have a dog of our own, Cody, a two year old flat coated retriever who we walk three times per day (3x1 hour). Cody is very (perhaps a little too) friendly and docile, so, taking on a additional dog would be straightforward.
