Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en heb mij altijd geïnteresseerd in honden en hun gedrag, hun doen en denken. Zelf heb ik een vrolijke actieve hond van momenteel 5 jaar oud. We zijn altijd samen op pad, maken lange wandelingen, we houden van spelen en mentale uitdagingen (parcours afleggen/agility). Eenmaal thuis kan hij goed zijn rust vinden en slaapt hij graag. Mij lijkt het ontzettend leuk om op hondjes te passen en samen met met mijn hond en jouw hond een leuke dag te beleven. Daarnaast is het voor mij een win-win, aangezien ik er zelf weer kan van leren op het gebied van honden psychologie :)! Met een rustige, en juiste introductie kan mijn hond in principe met alle honden. Mijn hond vindt grote honden erg spannend, vandaar dat ik heb aangegeven alleen op kleine tot middelgrote honden te willen oppassen.

Timmi heeft een geweldige tijd gehad! Sofie is heel begaan met haar geweest en heeft haar ook lekker gedrild en onder de duim gehouden. De match met haar hond was top, dikke maatjes waren ze. Tussendoor veel foto's en filmpjes gekregen en heel gerust m'n hondenkind achter kunnen laten bij Sofie.

I am a very experienced petsitter with many pleased clients. I love animals and treat every animal I care for as my own. I have been pet sitting for the past 5 years and love it each time. I volunteer regularly with an animal shelter and am trusted to care for cats with the toughest medical and behavioral challenges I have lived with pets my entire life (mostly cats and dogs but also hamsters, fish, and bunnies). I love taking care of all animals and it's one of my biggest passions. I've spent the past 4 years working at my local animal shelter helping to raise and care for kittens. At the shelter, I specialized in kittens that had special needs and/or required complex medical care (very young, vision problems, super shy, required medications several times a day, difficulty with eating...). I worked directly with veterinarians to learn medical treatment techniques and skills for special needs pets. I am very confident working with pets of all needs and abilities. It was incredibly fulfilling and I proudly raised 43 kittens on my own and got them adopted into their forever homes very quickly. I worked with cats ages 2 weeks-10 weeks at the shelter. But, as I've always grown up around cats and have also worked as a cat sitter, I've worked with cats ages 2 weeks - 16 years. I also have experience giving medications to older cats (it's a challenge but I don't mind it!). I also have experience with bunnies! I have a lot of experience as a petsitter and with animals in general. The main reason I want to be a petsitter right now is that I'm living in an apartment that doesn't allow pets so I'm really missing having animals around and would love to give your animals some attention. I love to play with animals and give them lots of pets and attention to make sure they don't get lonely. I can stay with your animal as long as you would like and come by a few times a day or spend the night, whatever you think would be best. I don't have any restrictions on pet ages. I'm an American Uni student living in Rotterdam studying for my Master's degree at Erasmus MC Services I offer: - I provide at least 2 photo updates per day of each of your pets - I maintain constant contact with the pet owner to make sure they know how their pet is doing and I immediately contact pet owners in any type of emergency or animal illness - Making sure your pets stay healthy, clean, and happy during my visits - Home visits: I will stay for around 1 hour for each home visit to make sure your pets get enough attention. I can do some basic household maintenance (checking mail, bringing out trash, watering plants). Lots of play time as well as making sure your pets are fed well and kept clean (eg. litter box cleaning) - House sitting: I will keep your house in order and clean while you're away and make sure your pets get constant attention and love. I will do all the same things as I would for a home visit but be available and with your pet all day long. This is a great option for animals that tend to get lonely or might need a little more careful medical observation. For short-term house sitting (less than 5 days), I will stay in your home for a minimum of 20 hours a day to make sure your pets are constantly surrounded by loving attention. For longer-term sitting (more than 5 days), I will stay in your home for at least 18 hours a day. These terms can of course be adjusted depending on the needs of the pets. I am a student at Erasmus MC so I do have to leave the home for classes but will happily work with you to make sure I spend plenty of time with your furry friends! I am available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights any day of the week. Ik leef al vanaf mijn 5de met honden en hou van ze

Ik ben een absolute hondenliefhebber. Als kind vond ik het heerlijk om naast mijn hond of die van vrienden te knuffelen. Nu ik ouder word, raak ik meer geïnteresseerd in het begrijpen van relaties tussen dieren en hun eigenaren. Toen ik 5 was kreeg mijn familie een bruine chocolade labrador. Daarom lijkt het mij super leuk om uw hond uit te laten. Een rondje Kralingse Plas lopen (naast de fiets of skates kan ook), een balletje gooien, lekker snuffelen, knuffelen, het kan allemaal. Op verzoek zal ik tijdens het uitlaten een foto van uw hond sturen. Goede communicatie en duidelijke afspraken vind ik belangrijk. Al 25jr (eigenlijk al veel langer) zorg ik voor dieren. Uiteraard bij mijzelf thuis (sowieso altijd katten gehad, nu 2 katten en een hond) en zo af en toe bij alleen vrienden en bekenden in de buurt. Vanwege een drukke baan als doktersassistente heb ik dit nooit kunnen uitbreiden, maar deze maand 43jr geworden en het roer omgegooid! Gestopt met dat wat ik zat was en nu als ZZPer aan het doen wat ik ECHT leuk vind! Ik ben flexibel en ook met spoed beschikbaar van ma t/m vr (en als het om vakanties gaat uiteraard iedere dag!) Het is nou eenmaal fijner voor een kat om in zijn eigen omgeving te kunnen blijven! Ik woon in Berkel en Rodenrijs, dus die omgeving is fijn en makkelijk (Bergschenhoek, Pijnacker, Lansingerland) regio Rotterdam kan ook, maar wel met reiskostenvergoeding. Delft en omgeving is ook een optie. Alles gaat uiteraard in overleg! En ik kom indien tijd genoeg altijd eerst langs voor een kennismaking en wat papierwerk. Medicijnen toedienen of een speciale manier van aandacht geven is geen probleem. En als ik er dan toch ben kan ik ook wel even de plantjes water geven, de container aan de weg zetten, de bb legen, de woonkamer even stofzuigen en evt zorgen dat er wat boodschappen in huis gehaald worden als je wat langer bent weggeweest! (Kosten uiteraard voor u zelf!) Gemak dient de kat, maar ook de baas en zo kun je gelijk knuffelen bij thuiskomst!

Dieren en wandel liefhebber

Ik ben een enorme dierenliefhebber (het gekst op katten waar ik er twee van heb). Al vanaf mijn jeugd heb ik veel op honden gepast en uitgelaten. Voornamelijk grote honden zoals ierse wolfhonden en herders. De laatste jaren veel gewandeld en gespeeld met spaniels. Ook ben ik voorheen vaker meegeweest naar puppy training met een buur en heb ik de labrador van mijn oom en tante alle trucjes geleerd. bij mij krijgt een dier veel knuffels, goede wandelingen en speel tijd zoals ravotten met een touw of gooien met een stok of bal als de hond daar behoefte aan heeft en voor een kat het liefst met een veertje aan een touwtje of het gooien van stuiterballetjes voor katten. Mijn katten spelen overdag graag buiten, maar zijn wel bang voor blaffende honden. Met een rustige hond kunnen zij omgaan. Voor een hond om bij mij thuis te komen is het dus ook belangrijk dat deze niet blaft of gemeen is naar katten. Vooral van katten weet ik heel veel af en heb ik snel door als er iets mis met ze is door veel youtube kanalen die ik over katten volg. een cursus dieren ehbo staat nog op de planning.
