Dogs are pure love!

All my life I had a dog, unfortunately here in Netherlands I don't get enough time that I can bring my friend home forever. Therefore, I try to spend as much time as I can by babysitting and dog walking. They are my first love and will remain that way. I have had Doberman, German Shephard, pomeranian, Pug and Labrador Retriever(currently) as my pets back in home. From my experience, I can say that every dog is unique and deserves the best and unique treatment. I live in an apartment which consists of a balcony. The house is properly ventilated. I started pet sitting here in Netherlands 1.5 years back and I am loving it more than anything. I had an amazing time walking the dogs, taking care at my home or sitting them at their parent's house. Hoi, mijn naam is Indy. Ik ben 26 jaar oud en woon in Den Haag. Al vanaf kinds af aan heb ik altijd honden in huis gehad en vindt het heerlijk om lekker met ze te lopen. Nu ik op mijzelf woon heb ik ook een lieve hond in huis genomen, genaamd Bobby (pomsky). Met beide honden ben ik op training gegaan, om meer te leren over het opvoeden van honden en het lezen van hun gedrag. Ik heb met alle leeftijdsfases ervaring en ben bekend met de voor- en nadelen die daarbij komen kijken. Het is belangrijk dat je hond goed met andere honden om kan gaan i.v.m. onze hond. Bobby vindt het alleen maar gezellig om een maatje te hebben. Wil je nog iets weten? Neem gerust contact op. Ik kijk ernaar uit om jou en je hond te leren kennen.

Bowy ging maandag voor de eerste keer naar Indy. Hij heeft het super naar zijn zin gehad. Tussendoor appte Indy hoe het gaat en een leuke foto. We zijn super blij met haar als oppas.

Hondenliefhebber

Ik woon in een benedenhuis met een tuin in Scheveningen. Het strand, de duinen, het park en het bos liggen om de hoek. Hier ben ik vaak te vinden voor een wandeling. Het lijkt mij erg gezellig om jouw hond mee te nemen! De liefde voor honden is er altijd geweest maar helaas mochten wij vroeger zelf geen huisdieren. Daarom brachten wij altijd veel tijd door met de honden van familie en vrienden. Ik werk regelmatig vanuit huis. Hierdoor is het geen probleem om doordeweeks op te passen. Ik doe in principe geen overnachtingen van >2 nachten en vaste dagen voor een langere periode.

Ik zorg met veel aandacht, rust en liefde voor dieren, en vind het belangrijk om ieder dier als een uniek wezen te leren kennen. Geen dier is hetzelfde: het ene heeft behoefte aan veel beweging en spel, terwijl het andere juist wat meer ruimte, voorspelbaarheid en rust nodig heeft. Ik ben heel opmerkzaam in het gedrag van dieren en let graag op de kleine signalen: hoe een dier zich voelt, wat spanning geeft, waar het juist van ontspant en welke routines prettig zijn. Ik vind het belangrijk om niet zomaar iets af te dwingen, maar samen te kijken wat werkt, met duidelijke grenzen wanneer dat nodig is en vooral met veel geduld. Zelf leef ik met een hond en twee katten, waardoor dieren onderdeel zijn van mijn dagelijks leven. Ik weet dat goede verzorging niet alleen gaat over eten geven en uitlaten, maar ook over een veilige omgeving, aandacht, hygiëne, beweging, rust en op tijd signaleren wanneer er iets verandert. Bij mij hoeft een dier zich niet anders voor te doen dan het is. Ik heb een vertrouwde, rustige uitstraling waarin het dier zichzelf mag zijn en waarin ik met aandacht aansluit bij diens eigen karakter en behoeften. 🐾

Ik hou veel van dieren

Ik heb zelf altijd katten gehad en een Engelse bulldog, verder in "co ouderschap" 2 honden die uit Curaçao kwamen. Hi pet parents, lovely to meet you! I'm Nina, 28 years old, and I grew up here in The Hague. About me I grew up with two dogs and three cats, and I've always loved taking care of them. For the last two years, while living in Amsterdam, I had two regular addresses that asked me to look after their dogs during workdays, weekends away and holidays. Since I've moved, they still bring their dogs to me when they go away for a longer holiday, but of course much less frequent now. Now that I'm all settled back in The Hague, I'd love to find a new address. In the past, I've worked as a nanny for five years, and I bring the same warmth and communication skills to pet sitting. I'm currently living on Javastraat with my boyfriend. He's 29 years old, really kind and loves dogs as well. He has a labradoodle back home with his parents. I'm working as a communication consultant for the government and often work from home. Jasper (the boyfriend) also has an office job, but he works at the actual office much more often. About the apartment The house is a calm place, as there are no other pets or children. Luckily, the Scheveningse Bosjes (meaning lots of fun and plenty of other dogs!) are just around the corner. If the schedule allows and they feel comfortable enough, I also love going for a walk on the beach. Important: the apartment is on the first floor. The staircase is very doable (it's not steep), but it's good to know. Practicalities - I'm flexible with my availability. - The response rate on my profile might be low because it was inactive. When I was living in Amsterdam, I found two addresses that regularly asked me to dog-sit for them. I've moved back to The Hague, and now that I'm all settled in, I'm looking forward to finding a new pet-sitting address. Huisdieren oppas in Den Haag

Hallo! Mijn naam is Myrthe en ik woon alleen in Den Haag. Ik ben een dieren liefhebber die graag uw lieve viervoeter over de vloer heeft. Zelf heb ik sinds kleins af aan een ontzettend lieve kat gehad, helaas is zij laatst overleden en lijkt het mij heel leuk om weer een huisdier voor een kortere periode in huis te hebben! Ik ben veel beschikbaar door de weeks omdat ik vaak thuis werk en in de weekenden ben ik vrij, meestal heb ik dan mijn vaste oppashondje maar het kan zijn dat hij er een weekendje niet is dus je kan altijd vragen of ik beschikbaar ben. Ik hou graag van wandelen en vind het daarom ook niet erg om voor een langere tijd met uw hond een rondje te gaan lopen buiten. Dichtbij mijn huis zijn 2 verschillende bossen & het strand van Kijkduin en is dus daarom perfect voor een lange wandeling!

Home is where the dog runs to greet you

I am a Venezuelan, 29 years old. I recently moved to a new apartment in The Hague, together with my boyfriend, Rupert (33 years old), and we are so excited because we are allowed pets at home for the first time since we moved from our home country! I grew up with dogs as part of my family and that's the kind of family I wish to have someday in the future. Given my current lifestyle (busy with my work, going frequently to the office), I'd like to wait a bit longer until I have enough time to dedicate to them. However, I miss spending time with dogs so much, that I've decided to open an account at petbnb, and give and receive love from dogs as much as possible for the time being. I learned how to take care of dogs when I was a little girl. Our family dog, Bicho, stayed with us until I was 12 years old. After that, I was the go-to person to babysit the two dogs of my grandma and thereafter, the puppy of my aunt (all of them schnauzers). And not so long ago, I volunteered at the 'Animal Rescue' organization of Madrid (I studied my bachelor over there), where I'd take care of rescued dogs, take them for walks, and incentivize people to adopt them. My boyfriend also has vast experience with dogs. He was lucky to raise a Weimaraner and have him as his companion for over 10 years, and he currently shares caring responsibilities of his sister's Poodle - they live in Hamburg and we babysit every now and then. When it comes to my availability, I am always available during weekends -24 hours a day. However, if the booking is done some days in advance, arranging having a dog during the week is also possible, as I have the flexibility of working from home, which adds some extra availability for weekdays too. I am looking forward to meeting your dogs and loving them forever.

Domenica was sooo lovely and communicative! We were running late to drop our dogs off before an appointment and she was very accommodating, and so sweet about the dogs. They seemed to have a lovely and safe time, and we hope we will be able to leave them with Domenica again x
