Ik ben opgegroeid met honden. Mijn familie had altijd honden van verschillende rassen, en tijdens mijn jeugd hadden we zelfs meerdere Labradors tegelijk (drie van verschillende leeftijden). Daardoor heb ik veel ervaring met honden in verschillende levensfases. Ik hou enorm van honden en ga heel graag met ze wandelen, spelen en tijd met ze doorbrengen. Voor mij voelt het heel natuurlijk om voor honden te zorgen en goed op hun behoeften te letten. Op de lange termijn is het mijn droom om zelf een hond te hebben. Totdat dat mogelijk is, vind ik het heel leuk om andere huisdiereigenaren te helpen met hun hond. En tegelijkertijd ook zelf te kunnen genieten van het gezelschap van een hond. Ik pas graag op Labradors, omdat ik met dit ras veel ervaring heb en ze echt geweldig vind. Natuurlijk zorg ik ook met plezier voor andere vriendelijke honden.

George is a 9kg Kooiker Mix Rescue from Spain (5 years old & castrated) and very good and playful especially with small and midsize dogs. Ik ben superblij met hoe Naomi op Monster past. Hij is niet de makkelijkste hond en voelt zich meestal niet snel op zijn gemak bij anderen, maar bij haar was dat meteen goed. Je merkt gewoon dat ze rustig en lief met hem omgaat. Voor mij is het ook een fijn gevoel om te weten dat hij goed verzorgd wordt als ik er niet ben. Echt iemand die ik vertrouw met mijn hondje.

Hoi! Ik ben gek op honden. Ben opgegroeid met meerdere honden uit het buitenland en heb ook ervaring met gedragsproblemen. Ik woon in een rustig, groot appartement in Noord. Ik houd van wandelen (pre als de hond ook mee kan hardlopen!) en weet zeker dat je hond bij mij aan het juiste adres is! Ik werk als freelancer en heb daardoor vaak overdag tijd. Lisa heeft een dag op onze hond Appel gepast en dat is heel goed bevallen. Ze communiceert snel en duidelijk en heeft veel kennis van honden. We lieten Appel met een gerust hart bij haar achter. Zeker een aanrader!

I am 68 year old but have a lot of experience with dogs. I have had 4 dogs myself as long as I am married (37 years), and have looked after dogs of the neigbours too since my childhood. I love dogs very much. One of my neighbours had a problem with his American Pitbul Terrier and had so much trust in me, that I took care of this young dog more than a year in my own house, till they reshaped their house to better fit the animals (dogs and cats) that they had. I loved this intelligent special dog, and trained him to be a good and save dog to keep. I work full time during the week, so I am at this moment only available on Saturdays and on Sunday afternoon for full care. I can walk dogs also now and then in the evening if its near my house. I live near the Amsterdam Wood in Amstelveen.

Altijd opgegroeid met honden en er zelf ook een gehad. Echt een toevoeging in mijn leven altijd geweest. Momenteel niet in de situatie om zelf een hond te hebben omdat ik oa 5 dagen werk. Lijkt me heerlijk om na werk een hondje uit te laten of in het weekend op te passen! Op deze manier heb ik dan toch een beetje een hondje. Bas was very attentive and caring with Crepa, he made the right questions, and seemed to be very familiar with doggos. He sent me updates with photos which I appreciate, and he lives right in the park which is perfect for dogs. He is also a very friendly and approachable person which I find important as you need to feel the ease of communication with the person taking care of your furry family member. I live with a Papillon dog whom I found at the beach when I lived in Japan. Since that day our loving days has begun! I love traveling with her. But I understand the difficulty that you have pets on traveling. So I urge to support by taking care of your life-time fluffy friends! I live in an apartment (65m2) where is in front of large park. My neighborhood is perfect for dogs! There is a designed walkways for dog walkers everywhere! I normally take a walk three times a day about 15-30 minutes each time, depends on the weather.

Het lijkt me leuk om te mogen zorgen voor uw hond en buiten te wandelen, te spelen, en te knuffelen (als zij dat ook willen natuurlijk!). Ik ben als student nog heel flexibel in mijn beschikbaarheid en zeer zorgvuldig in mijn planning zodat ik genoeg tijd kan maken voor jouw maatje :) Ik heb vroeger met mijn ouders een oude belgische herder uit het asiel in huis genomen om hem een leukere plek te geven tot zijn overlijden. Ik werkte destijds ook als vrijwilliger in het asiel bij de honden. Mijn opa had ook altijd een hond en ik vind het erg leuk om met honden te werken en hun persoonlijkheid beter te leren kunnen. Ik woon in Amsterdam Oost vlakbij park Frankendael op de begane grond, dus ook honden die moeite hebben met trappen zouden hier langs kunnen komen.

Hi! I’m a second-year political science student with a big love for animals and lots of experience in caring for them. While my own two dogs—a calm and sweet 9-year-old brown Labrador and a velcro-dog 2-year-old Chihuahua—are currently back home in France with my family, I’ve been surrounded by pets most of my life. I also spent six years abroad when I was younger, where I had eight rabbits, and I’ve looked after cats and dogs of all kinds, including terriers and a Golden Retriever. Here in Amsterdam, I live with roommates who have pets of their own back home; a cat and two Chihuahuas. So we're all used to caring for animals. I’m used to animals with different personalities, and I especially love spending time with affectionate, velcro-type dogs who like to stick close and get plenty of attention. I’m also happy to play, cuddle, or just be a calming presence for older pets. We live just a two-minute walk from Oosterpark, which is perfect for regular walks and playtime if your dog needs a lot of outside time. There’s almost always someone home, so your pet will rarely be alone and I can guarantee will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I can also help with oral medication if your dog needs it mixed into food, as I've done this with my Labrador. One thing to note however, our apartment is on the second floor with typical Amsterdam stairs. Most dogs manage just fine, but if your animal has mobility issues, it’s something to consider. I’m available any time and happy to help, whether it’s for a weekend, a longer stay, or a last-minute booking. Your pet will be cared for in a friendly, safe, and relaxed environment where we'll make sure they'll feel right at home!
