Wel veel oppaswerk gedaan maar nu pas sinds kort op semiprofessionele basis. Katten vind erg leuke dieren, de meeste katten kunnen het ook goed met mij vinden!

Ellen's warme benadering van dieren en betrouwbaarheid zorgde ervoor dat mijn dieren rustig de breuk doorstonden. Ik zal in de toekomst ook gebruik maken van zijn diensten. Ik raad het aan.

Flexibele thuiswerker & enthousiaste hondenfan

Sinds kinds af aan, heb ik altijd voor buren en vrienden honden uitgelaten of opgepast. Nu pas ik regelmatig op de golden retriever van een familielid, vaak meerdere dagen achter elkaar. Ik werk regelmatig vanuit huis, waardoor ik veel flexibiliteit heb om tijdens de lunch lekker te wandelen in het Haagse Bos of Clingendael. In het weekend ga ik graag naar het strand, en als jouw hond dat leuk vindt, neem ik hem of haar natuurlijk mee. Bij ons thuis is er volop ruimte om te ontspannen: de hond kan rustig binnen liggen of op ons grote terras op de begane grond relaxen. Maar ik vind het ook leuk om samen actief bezig te zijn: van lange wandelingen tot lekker spelen. Zo krijgt jouw hond zowel beweging als de rust die hij of zij nodig heeft. Samen met mijn vriend, die is opgegroeid met honden en net zo’n liefhebber is, zorgen we ervoor dat honden zich hier welkom, veilig en gelukkig voelen.

I have always been around animals and genuinely enjoy taking care of them. I have a 13-year-old male Chinchilla Persian cat who I have grown up with since I was little. When he was younger, he had some kidney problems, so I was closely involved in taking care of him and making sure he was comfortable and received the attention he needed. We also regularly take care of cats around our family home. In addition, our neighbour’s dog has been a part of our lives for the past seven years. Whenever our neighbours are away, I take responsibility for walking him, making sure he has enough food and water, and keeping him company. I also have experience with two Rottweilers, a female and a male sibling pair, who are regularly cared for at my father's company. They came to us when they were only two months old, so I had the opportunity to closely follow their development and training from a very young age. This taught me a lot about understanding dogs' behaviour, routines, energy levels, and individual personalities. I am comfortable with both cats and dogs and really enjoy getting to know each pet individually. I am happy to follow their usual routines, whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, giving them attention, or simply keeping them company. I especially enjoy friendly, playful, and affectionate pets, but I am also comfortable with larger dogs. I understand that every animal has different needs and deserves patience, care, and attention.

Daarnaast hebben mijn tantes golden retrievers, een Berner sennenhond en een newfoundlander, dus ik heb ervaring met verschillende rassen en hun specifieke behoeften. Ik hou ook heel erg van kleine hondjes. Met kleine hondjes ben ik opgegroeid (king Charles spaniëls, keeshondjes) en heb ik ruime ervaring, en ik merk tijdens deze PerBnB carrière dat ik kleine hondjes heel gezellig vind om op te passen. Ik hou van actief spelen en wandelen, maar ik vind het ook heerlijk om lekker te ontspannen en knuffelen met huisdieren. Veel van mijn vriendinnen hebben katten waar ik ook graag mee speel en knuffel (uiteraard alleen als de kat daar ook zin in heeft). Ik vind het geweldig om tijd door te brengen met huisdieren en ik zou graag de zorg op mij willen nemen wanneer hun baasjes niet beschikbaar zijn. Er is lekker gewandeld en geknuffeld met Maui. Mocht je opzoek zijn naar een betrouwbare en lieve oppas, dan is Daphne zeker aan te raden. Plan graag weer een nieuwe datum in als het weer nodig is. Mijn naam is Joyce, 34 jaar oud en woonachtig in Rotterdam. Als kind ben ik altijd opgegroeid met honden (Golden retriever, Engelse Springer Spaniël) en hier ontzettend van genoten.
