Dear Emre, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations, and I understand how upsetting it can be to have concerns after returning home. I would like to clarify a few points respectfully. Gigi vomited once during the stay and immediately returned to her normal behavior - she was active, cheerful, eating well, and showed no signs of discomfort. When you picked her up, she appeared well and behaved as usual. After reflecting on this, I understand that informing you about the incident right away would have been better, and I acknowledge that this communication could have been handled differently. Regarding food and treats, I followed the feeding instructions provided and did not give excessive snacks. The vomiting did not occur after feeding and may have been caused by Gigi eating something quickly during a walk. Gigi slept in her crate as requested. When the incident happened inside the crate, I attempted to remove the vomit and cleaned the area; however, the bedding and toy could not be completely cleaned. Concerning the leash, it was only kept on indoors at the very beginning, as I was worried about causing discomfort when removing it. After your clarification, I removed it when we returned from walks. I also shared regular videos during the stay where you can see whether she was wearing the leash or not. I do have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, and my previous stays have received positive feedback from other owners. I genuinely care about the animals I look after and always act with their well-being in mind. I regret that this experience led to dissatisfaction and appreciate the feedback, which I will take into account to improve in the future. Kind regards, Elvina
