Thank you, Danny, for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you felt your dog was well cared for during her stay. We’re sorry that you felt there was a lack of communication. We normally send photos and updates every morning, and in your dog’s case, we actually sent updates twice that day. We also tried to provide a video, but unfortunately, we experienced an issue uploading it through the app. We explained this at the time and let you know that we would see you the following day. Regarding the pickup, we understand that every owner has different expectations. We always do our best to make the handover smooth and convenient, while also respecting our host family’s schedule. We were also happy to accommodate the pickup when you arrived around two hours later than originally expected. We also want to clarify that our service focuses on caring for and keeping owners updated about their dogs. We are happy to share photos of the dog during their stay, but we don’t normally send photos or videos of our home itself. We’re sorry that the experience did not fully meet your expectations, but we’re confident that your dog received good care and attention throughout her stay. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working on making communication and handovers as clear and comfortable as possible for every owner.
