Hi! I’m Odarka 🐾 I have a few years of professional pet-sitting experience and a lifetime of love for dogs, starting from childhood. I’m most experienced with German Shepherds—a smart, strong, and sometimes challenging breed—so I’m comfortable caring for high-energy, intelligent dogs. I work remotely, which makes it easy for me to spend quality time with your pet at home. I offer pet care both at your home and dog boarding at mine. For boarding, dogs should be comfortable with cats, as I have a sweet boy cat named Mersik. My goal is always to create a calm, safe, and loving environment where every pet feels happy and secure. Home away from home!

I live with my husband, who love dogs as much as I do and also have experience taking care of them & we love having a furry friend at our place to shower lot of love! I have been on other petsitting apps , where I have taken care of almost 10-15 dogs for the past 3 years. I moved to Amsterdam recently from Rotterdam and we live in a Pet-friendly neighborhood with lots of open space for long walks! Med and my husbands work schedules are pretty flexible, and we plan our work days based on each other availability, so we ensure that atleast one of us is at home when we have taken dogs. I have taken care of many dogs here in Netherlands which included breeds like - Maltese, Mini-Poodle, Poodles, Golden retriever, Shih Tzu, Labrador, Cocker-spaniels etc, whose age varied from 3 month old to 12 years and I could say that my friends and the puppies were always happy coming back to my place :)

I have had my dog since he was a puppy. My wife wants another one, but I'm not sure yet, as we might move intercontinental in a couple of years and the idea of a dog in a plane, sedated, stresses me out. helping others to take of their dog seems like a good combination to help others, while giving her a second dog in the house every now and then. Because we both are able to be working from home, there will be someone home most days though and for the the days we are not, we try to work half a day from home. once or twice a week, it might be up to 8 hours though, so that should be possible. therefore puppies are not a great fit, even though I would love to have one around. Normal walkschedule is a short walk in the morning. 30 minutes at lunch to a dog park. 15-60 minutes after work, depending on the weather. and 10 minutes before bed. Of course the dog gets lots of love and an elderly friend in Bammbamm. (please note that we do have stairs in our house) Ik spreek overigens ook Nederlands.

If I didn't need the money I would do it for free

Hi there! I've always been passionate about animals and I even became a vegetarian because of that. My boyfriend introduced me to PETBNB to fill in the void of not being with my own dogs while I couldn’t bring them to the Netherlands. Unfortunately I am not able to look after your dog in my own house, but I have no problem going to yours and make your puppies few as safe as they possibly can in their own environment. I have a positive approach so I don’t believe that being aggressive and showing yourself as an “alpha” is really effective. I have experience with cats and I don't have a problem with any breeds or reactive dogs, I have one myself so I know what it’s like and how to make them more comfortable. It’s all about the baby steps! I will give cuddles and pet them all day even if my hands fall off (if they like it, of course). I promise you that I can take care of your baby as if it was mine! While sitting I usually take a LOT of pictures to show you what are we up to, so I recommend saving a little space on your phone for the thousand pictures I will send you haha (I’m not joking). I go on walks everyday and would love a companion

The dopamine I get from seeing a dog in his happy element brings me immense joy. Taking them on long walks while playing games with them makes the happy moments in our days. Having a companion to talk to, play with is something that only a dog can provide and it is something precious to cherish those moments. Having moved to the Netherlands I have missed the company that dogs provide, being close to them provides a feeling of closeness which I haven't had in a long time. I have always had dogs around me as far as I can remember, I am half French half Seychellois and am 21 years old. My apartment is quite big (112sqm) and I am located at a 5 minute walk from Erasmus park and Rembrantpark which I really enjoy going for walks in. I live with another roommate who is also a big dog enthusiast so there will always be someone to take care of your dog. I have also dogsitted here in Amsterdam for a year on a different platform so I am familiar with the processes of petsitting here. I prefer vaccinated pets and who have a updated medical record. Oppasstel voor honden in Amsterdam (Oost)

Hoi, wij zijn Pim en Quirine! Wij wonen samen in Amsterdam (vlak naast Amstelstation) en passen ontzettend graag op honden. We zijn al 5 jaar de vaste oppas van Mowgli (Labradoodle medium) voor meerdere weken per jaar, maar lijkt ons heel leuk om ook andere oppashonden te leren kennen. We vinden het onwijs leuk om met onze oppashond gezellig te wandelen, te spelen en te knuffelen. Vroeger hebben we allebei huisdieren gehad en inmiddels hebben we veel oppaservaring door ons vaste adres. Pim is consultant en Quirine is jurist. We zijn allebei flexibel qua thuiswerken, waardoor we het oppassen prima kunnen combineren met onze banen. We kijken er enorm naar uit om op de liefste hondjes van Amsterdam (en omstreken) te passen. Neem vooral contact met ons op!

Fijne mensen met ervaring met honden, communicatief vaardig, we zouden onze hond bij dit oppas adres zo weer achterlaten!

Ik hou van honden

Ik heb zelf 2 Boston Terriers van 8 en 6 jaar en 1 Shiba Inu van 4 jaar, en daarvoor een Franse Bulldog gehad. Ze gaan 3x per dag uit. Ik ben beschikbaar op donderdag en vrijdag, en om de week op woensdag. Soms ook in het weekend, dat kan besproken worden. Zelf maak ik af en toe ook gebruik van een uitlaatservice, wanneer ik een paar dagen weg ga en in m'n omgeving geen oppas kan vinden. Ik vind het leuk om op m'n vrije dagen te gaan wandelen met honden. Als ik jouw hond ga uitlaten, dan zouden 2 van die van mezelf ook mee kunnen, tenzij je aangeeft dat je dat liever niet wil. 1 van mijn Boston Terriers, die van 6, kan ik niet meenemen, omdat deze dominant gedrag vertoont naar andere honden, dus die laat ik alleen uit met m'n eigen andere 2 honden. Maar mocht je het leuk vinden dat je hond gezelschap heeft, dan kunnen de andere 2 wel mee. Het is een optie. Mocht dat zo zijn, dan zal ik ze natuurlijk wel eerst laten kennismaken.

STOP MET ZOEKEN!

Hier vind u de beste hondenoppas van Amsterdam Oost :) Met een overschot aan liefde en een eindeloos geduld zorg ik voor uw hond. Echter een voorwaarde: hij/zij moet vriendjes worden met mijn kat Morgan. Ik ben veel thuis en heb daarom heel veel tijd om met uw hond te wandelen en knuffelen. Het Flevopark is bij mij om de hoek, daar zullen we veel te vinden zijn. Als het weer meezit kunnen we met de auto naar het bos of het strand. Ik heb veel ervaring met honden, ben opgegroeid met een Engelse Cocker Spaniel en heb na een scheiding co-ouderschap met onze hond Lilly, een kruising tussen een whippet en een greyhound. (Zij is op het moment in het buitenland) Ik heb veel ervaring met het zachte karakter van een whippet, maar het ras maakt me niet uit. Zolang ze maar lief zijn. Omdat ik het erg mis om een hond in huis te hebben heb ik besloten me op te geven als oppas. Uw hond zal met veel liefde verwelkomd worden.

Fantastische zorg voor onze 2 whippets tijdens onze vakantie. We werden op de hoogte gehouden en kregen erg leuke foto's. Bij ons volgende tripje gaan ze zeker weer bij Sofie logeren.😊
