I am a student studying at the VU. I have been pet sitting for almost 3 years now here in Amsterdam. I have taken care of 50+ different dogs and cats until now and I am experienced with different breeds and habits of pets. Originally I am from China, and I am currently studying at the VU. I have a cat and a dog back home (the cat is 5 years old, and the dog is 6 years old). I've been responsible for taking care of them since they were a few weeks old, so I'm really used to the life rhythm with these cute little angels around. In 2024, I volunteered at an animal rescue center in Crete, Greece, where I had to take care of 15+ dogs. I enjoyed spending the whole day with them, taking them to the beach, and cooking for them. I treat my pets as my friends – not only loving and caring for them, but I also pay attention to the small habits and characteristics that make them unique. This is what motivated me to become a pet sitter, to make more fluffy animal friends! I study at home most of the time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My daily routine is very flexible and can be adjusted to fit the walking/feeding time of your pet. I love sleeping with dogs and cats too and I am happy to let your pet be in all places in the house. But if there’s specific requirements for no pets in bedroom/on couch etc I will also follow them. For house sitting, I will make sure to keep the place tidy, water plants/ pick up deliveries if needed, will also do a thorough clean up at the end of the sit. I will make sure to be careful with windows and doors, not letting the pet get out accidentally. Ofcourse, I will also ensure not to leave food out unattended. During heatwave I will keep a close eye on the behavior of the pet, for dog walks I will also check the temperature of the ground before leaving.

Hele fijne oppas voor je hond. Neemt de tijd voor een kennismaking en op de dag zelf van brengen en halen ook alle tijd om de hond te laten wennen en na te kletsen hoe het gegaan is. Super fijn! Tijdens ons weekendje weg heeft Cooper 2 nachtjes gelogeerd bij Robbert en Jelica. We werden op de hoogte gehouden met foto's, super leuk om te krijgen en hiermee te zien dat Cooper het naar zijn zin heeft gehad. Robbert en Jelica maken lange wandelingen, nemen je hond mee naar het park en houden zoveel mogelijk rekening met het ritme van jouw hond. Mijn hobby’s zijn onder andere creatief bezig zijn, hardlopen, tuinieren, koken en bakken. Ik bied verschillende diensten aan, vooral het oppassen op huizen en dieren.
