For as long as I can remember I've had dogs of my own, fostered rescue dogs, and helped friends/family with their pets. I love interacting with dogs and learning new things about them. A few years ago, I figured out that dogsitting was a great fit for my lifestyle and never looked back! When your dog comes to stay with me, they will become a member of the family alongside my own dog: Merlin, a Spanish greyhound mix! He is balanced, calm and social. Other dogs naturally look to him as a role model, and he is delighted to play the part. Together, we will take walks in Haagse Bos or Scheveningen beach, cuddle on the couch, run errands in dog-friendly spaces like the gardening center, or visit friends... I work hybrid between my home and my office (which is a 15 minute bike ride away). This gives me flexibility to offer the following services: 🛌 Boarding 🛌 - The quoted price per day guarantees a minimum of two 20-30 minute walks, and one 45-60 minute walk with plenty of potty breaks in the garden. - An extra guaranteed 20-30 minute walk can be purchased for an additional €7 per day. - You will receive daily photo/video updates about your dog during their first stay. Repeat clients can get daily updates upon request, otherwise updates will be every 1-3 days. - I have to be at my office a couple of days per week. If your need me to look after your dog during periods that include office days, they need to be okay to stay at home with Merlin for up to 8 hours. Upon request, I am able to bike home during my lunch break to let your dog out for an additional €7 per office day. - Extra guaranteed walks must be requested and paid for before the booking begins. 🌞 Doggie Daycare 🌞 - The quoted price for this service applies to Tuesdays and Thursdays during office hours. - Drop-off in the morning is flexible, pickup has to be before 18h. - For doggie daycare outside of the described times, a different price applies based on the specifics of the desired booking. Feel free to reach out if you have different needs! - The quoted price guarantees one 20-30 minute walk with plenty of potty breaks in the garden. Depending on my schedule and yours, your dog might get a second walk. - Extra guaranteed walks cannot be purchased for this service. - New daycare clients will receive one photo/video update per stay, regular clients will receive them upon request. 🏡 Housesitting 🏡 - For this service I will stay in your home overnight with your pets. - The same conditions apply as Boarding, with the addition that my dog Merlin must be able to stay with me and your pets at your home. - I am also experienced with cats, and a different daily price can be negotiated for them. 🐶 General 🐶 - A 'Guaranteed Walk' refers to the minimum daily walks that your dog will get during their stay. Some days we might walk more, but never less. Extra walks which weren't requested & paid for before the booking started won't be charged extra, so there will never be any surprise charges for walks at the end of the booking. - Dogs will only be let off the leash with permission of the owner and if I fully trust them to stay nearby, in spaces where this is allowed. Special walking instructions will always be followed, unless doing so risks a dangerous situation. - Dogs are allowed on the sofa. Access to the bed comes with the condition of good behavior. - If a dog needs any meals during their stay, the owner must provide the food. I can provide bowls and fresh water. - Dogs will not be given human food at any point during their stay. They will only be given dog treats with permission from the owner. - Due to high demand during the school holiday periods, I do not offer boarding and house-sitting in those dates to new clients. This includes the Summer holidays, Autumn Midterm break, Christmas holidays, February break, and Spring break. This way I can guarantee a place to stay to dogs who are already familiar with me and my home, which is better for them than having to adapt to a new place every time. - The owner is responsible for informing me about any behavioral or health issues their dog might have. This allows me to prepare a safe and comfortable environment for them ahead of time. Undisclosed issues that cause problems during the dog's stay will result in refusal to accept future bookings, and the cancellation of other existing bookings. If you're not sure whether a particular behavior could be considered an issue, be sure to mention it to me anyways. - If your dog is very senior or has any serious health issues that increase the risk of emergencies, I require extended instructions on what to do if there's an emergency and you are not reachable. These instructions should be provided in writing before the booking starts. - Any veterinary costs made by the dog during their stay that aren't covered by the petbnb guarantees, are to be paid by the owner. - By booking with me you agree to the terms stipulated in this text. Of dat nu in de vorm van een kat of een hond is, maakt mij niet veel uit. Ik vind beide dieren leuk! In mijn ouderlijk huis ben ik opgegroeid in een gezellige beestenbende. We hadden een hond (recent: Heidewachtel, vroeger: Vlinderhondje), 4 katten, konijnen, kippen en cavia’s. Ik heb zelf één van onze honden opgevoed en ik ben ermee op cursus gegaan (de Heidewachtel, een jachtras). Onze poes is tweemaal zwanger geweest, waarvan ze één nestje heeft verworpen. Deze kittens heb ik toen ook verzorgd en gevoed. Kortom: ik ben praktisch opgegroeid als dierenverzorger. Later, als uitgevlogen vogel uit het ouderlijk nest, had ik helaas geen mogelijkheid tot huisdieren ivm verbod door huisbaas. Gelukkig kan ik af en toe oppassen op de katten van mijn ouders en de kat en Appenzeller Sennenhond van een vriendin. Maar ik mis de regelmatige, dierlijke connectie enorm. Honden en katten maken mij blij en ik merk de connectie met ze. Zij voelen dat bij mij aan, vaak lopen honden uit zichzelf vrolijk op mij af om hallo te zeggen en te snuffelen. Ik kan het dan natuurlijk niet weerstaan om even een aai over zijn/haar bol te geven. Met katten weet ik heel goed te herkennen wanneer zij aandacht willen en wanneer zij hun eigen ding willen doen. Ik woon dichtbij het Haagse Bos en vind het heerlijk om met een hond door het bos te wandelen. Doordeweeks werk ik, maar ik mag van mijn werkgever veel thuiswerken. Mijn werk kan ik overal waar WiFi is uitvoeren, dus ook bij jouw huisdier. Tussendoor en tegelijk met mijn werkzaamheden kan ik je hond uitlaten, met je hond/kat spelen en aandacht geven. Mijn kantoorrooster is zodanig flexibel dat ik bijvoorbeeld elke maandag voor je geliefde huisdier kan zorgen. We kunnen hier uiteraard goed contact over hebben wat jouw wensen zijn! Whether that's in the form of a cat or a dog doesn't really matter to me. I like both animals! In my parental home, I grew up in a lively animal household. We had a dog (recently: a Münsterlander, previously: a Papillon), 4 cats, rabbits, chickens, and guinea pigs. I personally raised one of our dogs and took it to training (the Münsterlander, it's a hunting dog pedigree). Our cat has been pregnant twice, with one litter being rejected. zoek je een beste vriend(in) voor je hond of ander huisdier. Gegarandeerd dat ze zich bij ons helemaal thuisvoelen.. Mijn zoontje van 4 en ik passen regelmatig op dieren, met name honden. Ze mogen bij ons logeren maar we gaan ook graag eens bij iemand anders in huis. we hebben vele goede referenties en zouden via deze weg graag eens kennis met je maken. Wonen in het mooie, rustige, afgelegen dorpje Koningslust aan het natuurgebied Vlakbroek. Zoek maar eens op :) alle ruimte en speel/zwemplezier om lekker lang te wandelen. Heb zelf een bulldog en een stafford gehad maar sinds 2018 zelf geen hond meer en spelen wij graag het hondenhotel voor de honden die van klein tot gemiddeld. je mag me altijd even appen om fotos te vragen of een (video) belafspraak in te plannen. Let op: op dinsdag en woensdag kunnen we niet oppassen. Hopelijk tot snel! groetjes Josien en Daan

Hoi! Santino en ik zijn enorme dierenliefhebbers en passen dan ook graag op jouw viervoeter. We houden van wandelen en gaan regelmatig naar Delftse Hout of het strand. We hebben zelf altijd huisdieren gehad en zijn de trouwe oppas voor de viervoeters van onze vrienden en familie. Inmiddels hebben we ervaring met honden, katten, knaagdieren en vogels. Santino studeert nog en ik werk veel thuis waardoor we extra tijd hebben voor knuffels, spelen, en wandelen. We wonen in een appartement met balkon op de tweede verdieping en gaan graag naar buiten als onze viervoeter gast dat ook leuk vindt! Verder is Santino heel rustig, houdt van lezen, duiken en spelletjes. Ik vind het leuk om op pad te gaan (wandelen, boulderen, duiken) of te koken. Hopelijk zien we je snel! Stuur ons vooral een berichtje als je vragen hebt. We hebben ervaring met lang verblijf en kort verblijf en met verschillende honden rassen :) ——— Hi there! Santino and I are huge animal lovers and we would be very honoured to look after your four-legged friend. We like to go outside and walk in Delftse Hout or at the beach. We have always had pets ourselves and are the prefered pet sitter for our friends' and family's four-legged friends. We have experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds. Santino is still studying and I work a lot from home, which gives us extra time for cuddles, playing and walking. We live in an appartment with a balcony and like to go outside when our four-legged guest likes that too! About ourselves, Santino is very calm and likes to read, scuba dive, and play games. Zo kan ik lekker tussen de dieren zijn én tegelijkertijd iemand anders helpen met de zorg voor hun grote dierenvriend. 😊 Kort iets over mezelf: ik ben Kim, 29 jaar en opgegroeid op het platteland in Noord-Holland, met honden om me heen. Ik ben dan ook gek op zowel honden als katten! Inmiddels woon ik samen met mijn man en onze kat Fien in Wijchen.
