I'm very comfortable with high-maintenance breeds; I have spent years caring for Ragdolls (I’m an expert at brushing fluffy coats!), high-energy Bengals, and active dogs like Labradors and Australian Shepherds, and most recently cats from the shelter. I've taken care of dogs with dementia (Dalmatian) and in-heat behaviour too. Whether your pet has a special diet, needs a lot of playtime, or just wants a calm presence to cuddle with, I'm happy to help. Hey! My name is Himena, and I love animals so much and have such a great affinity with them that I was recommended by friends and family to be a pet sitter. I grew up with hamsters and dogs, so I do understand the work and love that goes into caring for pets no matter how big or small. When I pet sit, I spend as much time as I can doting on your fur babies by talking to them a bunch, giving them pets while they lie next to (or on top!) of me, going for walks (usually for dogs), playing with and grooming them. Of course, I take many pictures and videos along the way and love sending them to the pet parents! Scheduling: I have recently found a job after graduating and will only be able to do weekday evenings and weekends! House sitting: I have done daytime sitting to keep pets company while their parents are away at work, or overnight stays for when parents go on a trip. As usual, I love being around pets and stay with them all the day, and love having them sleep with me or be in the same room at night if it is in their habit to do so :) On top of taking care of your pets, I can help with things around the house if you need (eg. taking out the trash on a specific day, watering plants, bringing in mail, etc.). I like to make sure I clean up after myself and leave the house nice and tidy for you to come home to (and have gotten a lot of positive words for this!). Dog walks: The length of dog walks would depend on the activity level of the dog and what the owners' expectations are. In general, 30 minutes to an hour would be the average length. I would probably walk a route around the neighborhood and nearby parks, or if there is a specific place your dog likes, I would bring them there too! I do know how to train dogs to walk well, so if this is something you are keen on having, let me know! Pets I have experience with : -pets who were a little sick/had severe allergies and needed to be closely monitored and fed a certain way. I am also experienced with giving medication. -pets with separation anxiety and needed a lot of extra love and attention, and minimal periods of being away. I am the kind of sitter who will set up a video call with your anxious pet if I have to go out (usually only for groceries) so that I can keep talking to them :) -large dogs that are reactive to other things during walks. -very high energy dogs that need some behavioural training. Oppas bij u thuis, zorg voor uw huis(en)dier!

Mijn partner Jan- Willem en ik (Anja) houden van allerlei hondenpersoonlijkheden; we zijn al jarenlang actief als hondenoppas. Eerst in onze eigen woning in Brabant en later in ons oppashuis in Drenthe. (Referentie voor huisoppas en huisdieroppas is aanwezig). We hebben zelf ook altijd honden gehad. Vanaf 1 april 2021 zijn wij op pad met onze buscamper in binnen- en buitenland. Dat betekent dat we ook beschikbaar zijn voor vakantie-oppas bij u thuis (in Nederland en buitenland), waarbij uw huisdieren in hun vertrouwde omgeving kunnen blijven en door ons verzorgd en uitgelaten worden. Daarnaast was ik tot 2019 mede-eigenaar van Coachen met Honden en ben ik medeschrijfster van het boek 'Wijze lessen van je hond'. Interessant hoe honden ons spiegelen, wat we van hen kunnen leren en waarom nou net díe hond met díe persoonlijkheid in jouw leven is. Wij zien honden als 'furry friends', en vinden het mooi om door ons oppaswerk allerlei hondenwezens te leren kennen. Kortom; zoekt u een oppas met hart en ziel; waarbij de dieren in hun vertrouwde omgeving blijven? Neem gerust contact op om de opties te bespreken! Hartelijke groet, Anja en Jan-Willem P.S. Mila heeft minstens zo een leuke vakantie gehad als wij😉:feet::feet:! Lekker door de bossen gewandeld, mee naar vrienden geweest en veel liefdevolle aandacht gehad. Mila is ook weer zo goed verzorgd. De eerste dagen was ze niet helemaal fit en Anja wist precies wat te doen en hield ons dagelijks op de hoogte. We zijn enorm blij en dankbaar🙏:smiling_face_with_3_hearts:.

zoek je een beste vriend(in) voor je hond of ander huisdier. Gegarandeerd dat ze zich bij ons helemaal thuisvoelen.. Mijn zoontje van 4 en ik passen regelmatig op dieren, met name honden. Ze mogen bij ons logeren maar we gaan ook graag eens bij iemand anders in huis. we hebben vele goede referenties en zouden via deze weg graag eens kennis met je maken. Wonen in het mooie, rustige, afgelegen dorpje Koningslust aan het natuurgebied Vlakbroek. Zoek maar eens op :) alle ruimte en speel/zwemplezier om lekker lang te wandelen. Heb zelf een bulldog en een stafford gehad maar sinds 2018 zelf geen hond meer en spelen wij graag het hondenhotel voor de honden die van klein tot gemiddeld. je mag me altijd even appen om fotos te vragen of een (video) belafspraak in te plannen. Ik ben een ontzettende dierenliefhebber maar kan wegens reisplannen zelf nog geen vriendelijke viervoeter in huis nemen. Daarom vind ik het leuk om af en toe op een dieren te passen, zodat ik lekker met de hond naar buiten kan en prachtige wandelingen kan maken. Van kleins af aan ben ik al gek op dieren en ben ik altijd door huisdieren omringd geweest. Vroeger liet ik met veel plezier honden uit bij het asiel , dit wakkerde mijn dierenliefde alleen maar meer aan.
