I have a cat and a dog back home (the cat is 5 years old, and the dog is 6 years old). In 2024, I volunteered at an animal rescue center in Crete, Greece, where I had to take care of 15+ dogs. I enjoyed spending the whole day with them, taking them to the beach, and cooking for them. This is what motivated me to become a pet sitter, to make more fluffy animal friends! I study at home most of the time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My daily routine is very flexible and can be adjusted to fit the walking/feeding time of your pet. I love sleeping with dogs and cats too and I am happy to let your pet be in all places in the house. But if there’s specific requirements for no pets in bedroom/on couch etc I will also follow them. For house sitting, I will make sure to keep the place tidy, water plants/ pick up deliveries if needed, will also do a thorough clean up at the end of the sit. I will make sure to be careful with windows and doors, not letting the pet get out accidentally. Ofcourse, I will also ensure not to leave food out unattended. During heatwave I will keep a close eye on the behavior of the pet, for dog walks I will also check the temperature of the ground before leaving.

Enthousiaste honden oppas/ honden fotograaf🐶

Als sinds jongs af aan ben ik graag aan het zorgen voor dieren. vroeger hadden we dan ook nog net geen boerderij met kippen, vogels, katten, gerbels (woestijnratten), schildpadden, hamsters en honden natuurlijk! Nu ik iets ouder ben is mijn liefde voor dieren nog steeds even groot en hebben we dan ook weer 2 hondjes. Manju, onze oudste hond is erg energiek en Fox is liever lui dan moe. Wij hebben mogen genieten van een jaar Curacao en hier heb ik ervaring mogen op doen bij een doggy daycare/ hondenpension en bij een rescue centre. Hierdoor is er langzaam ook een droom onstaan om zelf in de toekomst een doggy daycare te openen in Nederland en sinds dit jaar ben ik dan ook gestart met de opleiding tot hondengedragsdeskundige bij Dogvision. Dit moet nog even wachten maar tot die tijd pas ik graag op/ laat ik graag jullie honden uit. In de opvoeding van mijn dieren ben ik consequent en kan ik streng zijn als dat nodig is, maar ik vind het vooral belangrijk om vanuit een positieve benadering te kijken en vanuit daar te handelen. Dus vooral veel complimenten, koekjes en spelletjes spelen staan centraal. Mijn voorkeur gaat uit van kleine tot middel grote honden. Mocht u meer vragen hebben dan hoor ik het graag!

Thamara was erg flexibel, kon op het laatste moment nog op Arya passen, en zelfs nog even langskomen. Arya was duidelijk heel blij met lekker lang lopen en met de bal spelen. Ook bij een probleem met de sleutel vanuit onze kant zorgde Thamara dat alles gefixt werd. Mede namens Arya hartelijk bedankt, en vast tot snel!

Hele fijne oppas voor je hond. Neemt de tijd voor een kennismaking en op de dag zelf van brengen en halen ook alle tijd om de hond te laten wennen en na te kletsen hoe het gegaan is. Super fijn! Tijdens ons weekendje weg heeft Cooper 2 nachtjes gelogeerd bij Robbert en Jelica. We werden op de hoogte gehouden met foto's, super leuk om te krijgen en hiermee te zien dat Cooper het naar zijn zin heeft gehad. Robbert en Jelica maken lange wandelingen, nemen je hond mee naar het park en houden zoveel mogelijk rekening met het ritme van jouw hond.
