Kees is out permanent roommate, he’s a mini dachshund who loves to play in Vondelpark everyday and make new friends. About myself, I’m an analyst that often works from home and through social media and group chats I see a lot of people struggling to find a sitter for their pet. While working at home I usually walk Kees every 2-3 hours, while going to dog parks almost everyday for a least 30 min. I’ve taken care of a few dogs before, and when taking them anywhere I make sure to but a tracking device on them (better be safe than sorry!). If your dog needs to stay overnight, that won’t be an issue as there is plenty of space here on the boat. Regarding this, no person of dog had ever fallen in the water - but just to be sure we always put the dogs life jackets on. Regarding your dog, my only wish is that he/she is comfortable being picked-up and being friendly to other dogs. The rest I can manage! Looking forward meeting you and your dog!

Honden-en huizenoppas in heel Nederland mogelijk

Labradors en golden retrievers heb ik het meeste ervaring mee. Ik vind het heerlijk om lange wandelingen te maken en met een bal te spelen. Lekker knuffelen en veel aandacht geef ik aan honden. De hond van mijn vriend is onlangs overleden. Ze heeft de respectabele leeftijd van 14 jaar bereikt. Ze was niet de snelste meer maar ik liet haar heerlijk snuffelen bij het wandelen. Ik mis haar enorm en heb veel tijd nu om voor andere honden te zorgen. In ieder geval totdat mijn vriend er weer aan toe is om een andere hond te willen of zelf een hond zou nemen. Voor nu lijkt dit een mooie win-win situatie:).

Jacquelien heeft ons echt overtroffen in de zorg voor onze hond. We hadden daarnaast een zieke kat..die ze zo zorgvol heeft verzorgd en dat ook heel pittig bleek..maar die er helemaal bovenop is gekomen. Daar zijn we echt dankbaar voor. Jacquelien heeft echt zoveel liefde voor dieren!! We konden ons geen betere dierenoppas wensen en hopen dat ze in de toekomst weer een keer wil langskomen en wilt oppassen.

Hi, Mijn naam is Rianne. Al mijn hele leven ben ik een grote dierenvriend. Doordat mijn vader beheerder was van een kinderboerderij ben ik opgegroeid met verschillende dieren (huisdieren en boerderijdieren). Buiten en in Utrecht kan ik eventueel ook komen overnachten. Ik ben flexibel met werk dus zou eventueel wanneer nodig vanuit ‘huis’ kunnen werken. I will keep you updated with photos and videos during each visit. I have experiences with old cats and cats having IBD, so I can monitor their health conditions for you. In the cases of vomiting, no appetite, or cat not performing in the normal way, I contact you immediately and help with transporting to hospital if necessary. Dogs, rabbits, or other pets are all welcome. Either I come to you or they are brought to my place, I do my best to make sure they are well taken care of. They are not only babies in your eyes, but also in mine ! Last but not least, I clean my home regularly to make sure they can stay at ease, more importantly, not feeling threatened by the smell of other animals (for examples, some cats really care about this). Mijn liefde voor katten is sterk. Altijd heb ik katten gehad bij mijn ouders, maar sinds ik op mijzelf woon (2019) mis ik die warme knuffel op de bank in de avond of het kopje bij thuiskomen. Voor honden ben ik uitermate ongeschikt, aangezien ik er een soort trauma aan over heb gehouden nadat ik ben gebeten. Ik ben dus echt uitsluitend een kattenoppas. Fijne oppas voor mijn twee Maine Coon katers. De communicatie verliep heel goed en Meggie gaf ons foto's met updates. Zo konden wij onbezorgd vakantie vieren. Dank! :)
