Once again, Shandra gave far beyond the call of duty and kept us well informed throughout Teddy's stay. Also her flexibility in making the booking and managing drop off and retrieval was most helpful and appreciated. I might add that for convenience with proximity to a tram line as well as places to walk the dog, was very helpful to us and beneficial to the dog. The five dog paws for a top rating are insufficient for Shandra. We couldn't be more enthusiastic in our recommendation. Teddy, himself, showed his own enthusiasm in how he greeted her on this his second stay with her. He gives her all his paws plus a multitude of happy barks.

Teddy's time with Shandra was an unqualified success and we recommend her with unqualified enthusiasm, Among the reasons for our highest recommendation: Shandra 1) was very responsive to our initial request and flexible in the arrangements. 2) invited us to her home in order to meet us and our dog. She was an immediate hit with our dog 3) worked with us to establish a date and a time for a trial sleepover 4) during the trial, sent photographs and assurances that all was well 5) throughout the overnight (even during the night and in the morning) she sent us photographs and a movie clip. While our dog was happy to see us the next morning, he was very affectionate with Shandra even in our presence. We know he will be happy to return. In fact, we are sure that he will be able to find his own way to her apartment from the tram stop close to her home. We will be travelling for a week later this month and without any worries will be as happy as our dog to leave him with Shandra for the duration.

Shandra was really great with our dog, Pura. Shandra is a very friendly and nice person. From the moment she (Pura) arrived she seemed calm and happy. We got photos and videos every day. We'd definitely have our dog stay with her again in the future.
