We met with Polina week before we board our puppy with her. She was very accomodating and easy to talk to. We can tell that Tappy (our dog) enjoyed her time during the meet up and her actual stay with her. She sent pictures and videos to update us. She took Tappy for a walk and was able to administer her medicine without problems. We would definitely avail her services again.
